Ordered burger box, only received 2 nuggets instead of 6, chips were cold and soggy

This KFC is an absolute joke but its far from funny time and time again they dissapoint there under staffed and the staff are all just kids . just today i spent 30 min in drive through to place a order that was over 100 bucks only to be told that sorry were out of original recapie but we can replace it one for one with tenders I dont think so!! Just cancel the order along with many others wont be going back to that circus again

Terrible order was missing chicken and sauces, chips were cold and took over half an hour to get.

Massively understaffed most times Ive been there. The staff are always going flat out and still cant keep up with the demand. Might need to give the manager a little more staff scheduling training!

Must say the barthroom were so clean one of the cleanest Ive every seen in a farst food shop. Well done guys . Food was great to.

Expect to wait 30 mins in drive thru even with an online order

Fried chicken good, chips good, car parking and drive thru bad....too small at popular meal times... fast service usually

Every worker is under-age. Dont expect fast food from that place and prepare for long line up in drive through.

The food was great quality and the staff were very friendly.

Got given the wrong burger in my order, took 4 times of getting in an out the shop to collect my things for proof of purchase when its clear that I was the last customer with everyone knowing me and my order. After having to get someone to open the door for me each time as the mechanism doesnt seem to work for short people , I then asked for my money back when I was told I would have to pay another $2 . What a joke. Subway was way better for my moneys worth

ordering was easy at the counter and was made fast and fresh... premises were clean n tidy...

Usually I dont mind what kind of service I get from a KFC so long as the food isnt horrible. But today the staff made a special effort and I felt I had to as well. ❤️

Went at 4.30pm Sunday arvo. Was pleased that it was nice and quiet, 1person inside and 2 in the drive thru. 6 items in my order, received the order went back to the car to realise they didnt give me my drink. Went back in , got my drink and drove home only to find out at home no coleslaw that I paid extra for. See every 3rd time I go here they manage to get my order wrong.

30 minute wait in drive through for a large chips we ordered via the app. Only to drive away and discover they were only half cooked and not salted.Worst chips ever

Honestly it depends on the day you go. Sometimes the food will be absolutely perfect and other days it will be undercooked. One time I was given undercooked chips that didnt even have salt on them. Usually a really good place though.

We were there on the 4/6/22 1ststaff member got our orderwron had to repeat it 3times, went to pay 2nd staff member got our order wrong, went to pick up our order 3rd staff member got our order wrong now we are sitting in the parking area waiting for our order. How in the hell can 3 staff members get our order wrong they need to listen properly to what the customers are saying thats why people get annoyed and go Elseware

The majority of times Ive been there to eat or take away via drive through the food has been great,..hot and fresh!Im in favour of the quality controlled chicken they serve at KFC as compared to McDonalds whose staff are mostly school kids who cant cook that well yet, and when they introduced chicken pieces to their menu there they didnt know a piece of breast meat from a thigh and burned the chicken to a crisp.KFC however know their biz! 😃🤤

We ate sliders and popcorn chicken shortly after brutally mutilating 6 carp fish 🐟 at the Murray river :)

Terrible quality in food and too long of a wait time for the food to be so bad.

I had ordered thru the mobile app - 36pcs chix, 8 bread rolls and 2 large fries. They only had 32 original recipes and asked me replacements for 4 pcs. I received complete orders but they forgot to give me wipes, dips and serviettes. Too late to go back. It should be automatically given.

I wish to make aComplaint in the strongest terms aboutThe quality of service at Murray bridge KFC.You need to lift the standard of training to your employees as a shrug of the shoulders in response to a mistake is not good enough.The standard of accountability in your Workers is appalling.

Make sure u always get ur receipt and check Ur orders before u leave. Often they make mistakes or their out of something and without Ur knowledge they replace it by something else.

Food was as youd expect. Was a busy time but only took 5 minutes. The drive through is unusual, with cars from the front entrance and back entrance meeting in a kind of v at the kiosks. Small seating area inside. Friendly staff.

I dont think Ive ever been there where the drive through isnt lined up. And Ive been there for lunch and dinner. So I always go inside as it is generally quicker. Store is small and with restrictions you may have to wait outside if its to busy, but this hasnt happened to me. Staff are friendly and no one has made a mistake with my orders so thats a bonus.

The person at the first window today which Jacob isaacson was super good at his job he was super fast and onto what he was doing. I was very impressed with speed he was working at and I was very impressed with the food.

This shop is failing terribly and nothing like it used to be.. not even worth going anymore, due to the long wait and the terrible quality in food, not to forget that items ordered are always forgotten.Staff need to learn consistency of quality and please learn to cook chips, as they are raw more often than not - its honestly not that hard to do.If youre passing through, skip this KFC.

Service was very poor,30 mins to get 2 Combo boxes.I was told there was a 7 min wait on the chicken,then that turned in to another 5 mins.Plus was never offered an apology by the Manager or asked if I wanted anything else for the stuff around and the long wait. Very Very poor management and no apology what so ever,if I didnt need food I would have asked for my money back.

The staff seem to have given up on life. Everything was sticky and dirty especially the tables outside. 1 staff member came out to "clean" the tables she just sprayed and wiped a table in what seemed to be a mechanical chore, after she finished the table was still dirty and sticky 🤣🤣. Maybe this KFC hires people with special needs, so if that is the case good on them, and I wouldnt mind that everything was dirty.

Not what it use to be. Nowadays it’s a hit or miss with the chicken either being too oily or overcooked/too dry. Every now and again I’ve gotten a decent meal. Have experienced a few rude, impatient staff members but most have been friendly. Have definitely eaten less KFC due to the quality of food.

Easy drive thru. Was hot and Not dripping with oil. Even had staff that smiled and spoke clearly. Could hear the staff when they spoke (no mumbling quietly, as I have had in many drive thrus)

Had huge drive through lane very slow moving, however in store ordering. Ery quick. Had meal in 5 mins.

The wait was too long, just for a family feast.I would be happy with your service but not on this day. I had a very grumpy toddler waiting for him with his dinner at that time of night.

It was awful service and dirty restaurant. Waited 25 minutes for food, asked for a refund and they refused saying food was ready now. My daughter vomited about an hour after eating, and felt sick for 2 days. I dont recommend you go there. While I was waiting for my order two people who had already been served came back and complained about their order.

Drive thru not bad last night. Chips freshly cooked. Only complaint was greasy/oily chicken skin, oozing. You could squeeze it out. Same as first time I had KFC here.

Store was basically in disarray. Multiple people had been waiting for a while when we went in store as drive through was full and not moving (at like 2pm on a sunday).Kid that took my order seemed to have no idea what any menu items where.Had run out of multiple ingredients for some customers also.Food was cooked and tasted great though so wasnt too disappointed in the end

I love KFC. 😀This particular venue though, leaves a lot to be desired sometimes. I find it a bit hit & miss with the quality of the meat (chickenI recieve in my order. Not the juicy succulant meat I expect! Almost like its been -refried-🤨🤔Wont stop me from going there though, just longer between visits😋💕

Waited around half an hour in line only to find out the wait would be an extra 5 minutes to get what I wanted so I swapped it out for something else. The meal was great and kfc never fails me but I must be honest the wait time is a real bother.

My friend and i go to the bridge about once a week and our treat is a 3 piece pack. Today we went in and the young lad at the till was new but a very nice boy. We requested no breast meat as neither of us like it. My friend got 3 pieces of breast with the bones and i got two wings that were from pigeons. They were so small i couldnt believe it!! The other piece of my chicken was, yes you guessed it bloody breast! The place was busy and the young lad was trying so hard but the girls doing the orders were just not caring. I thought putting two small wing pieces in a 3 piece pack was a no no. Maybe a younger person should be out the back doing prep and not thrown to the wolves out the front. The woman i heard complain to him ripped shreds off him and it was the packers that messed up. Not good enough!!

Last time I went through the drive thru they handed us the bag of food and the gravy had opened and went everywhere. Lucky I looked before leaving as when I passed it back to them, it became that wet underneath that the bag ended up with a hole and the gravy dripped right through the front of my car. All they did was give us 4 paper towels and replaced our meal. Now had to spend an hour cleaning the inside of my car. Free meal would of been nice but these days ya cant ask too much I suppose.

Love theyre chicken burgers especially the BBQ bacon stacker. I do not enjoy spicy food but really do enjoy that burger. Although I do love the chips, its inconsistent in how they look, taste when they get to you, sometimes covered in salt, sometimes no salt all, sometimes cold, sometimes way hot. Its a bit of a 50/50 with their chips.

Not a great experience.ordered a bucket of original.after waiting 15 or so minutes watching others after me being served.i was told there would be a further 20 min.wait.as they didnt have the chicken to complete order. i canceled order but still had to wait for refund as staff tried to reverse order and couldnt manage correct procedure.?

Is good but the food quality isnt all that great at times as we brought some chicken and had to take it back as it had maggots in it

I wasnt very happy with my order because they left some of my order out, they stuffed up my order. I want very impressed at all.

Didnt get what we ordered and they dont put straws in there package with spoon and serviettes now .. not happy
