KFC Mt Isa in Mount Isa

The absolute worst thing about the kfc in mount isa is the lack of good management and decent staff! i have had my order messed up not just once but multiple times. the food tastes like dish soap and the burgers are always dry, the fact that i even go back is crazy hoping they’d make a change but have they? no! extremely upsetting.

Not too bad but get in early very busy

This KFC has to have the slowest food delivery in Australia, it is horrendous.Seriously need to pick your game up, major management problemsYou can spend min20min to 45min to get your food with 5-7 cars in front of you. Slow food not Fast foodSeriously Kfc fix this problem !!!!!!!For eg. 18-9-22 2pm6 cars are In drive threw, 26min to get to the speaker box

Management needs to get their act together , the owners need to just check it out..absolute mayhem...

Of all the kfc in Australia, this one by far is the slowest and worst, took 40 mins to get from the speaker to the window,

Every thing is good except most of the time you have to get your food by drive through due to shortage of staff in this restaurant. Which is not easy for those customers who doesnt have a car.

Frozen machine broken all week slow service

Prepare for a long wait in queue for drive thru. Oh and it’s drive thru only, they don’t event open their front bit for customers.

No chicken until 1.30 PM & no burgers!

In 10 years Ive never finished Skyrim. Today I finished the game on my switch in this KFC drive thru. Thats how long the wait is here

No dine in service. Drive-thru is SLOW. Its usually backed up down the street, but even if not busy, you will be waiting 15+ minutes between the speaker box and getting your food.Worst KFC in the country.

Service is questionable at times. Restaurant isnt open for dine in. And so frequently you can only use the drive thru due to staffing issues.

What a disgrace! Horrible service run by school kids who just dont care. If you dont mind waiting 1/2 hour to be served and given your meal this place is for you. The day that this store actually cared for their customers would be a great day in the Isa

Absolute woefull experience at this location. The line up for drive through was 12 cars deep and proceeded at a snails pace. Abandoned that after 15 minutes to order via app and proceed in store. Complete shambles. Under staffed with only 1 server on counter. No chicken available ane the poor kid was having to offer substitutions or 20 minute waits. The franchisee here should really take a look at the business they run and plan accordingly for peak times. I felt robbed and the app wont let me process a refund. Disgusting food, not what i ordered as a substitution was made, over half an hour wait i was locked into as the app woouldnt do a refund. And to top it off they offer delivery however when you try and do it your blocked with a no driver available error. A real joke.

KFC Mount Isa needs new management. They have gone downhill the last 12 months. We get takeaway rarely and when you wait in line for 25mins and then get told no family meals available and it’s not even 7:30pm. It’s a joke. Sunshine Kebabs was 100% better!

The harassment from another customer who was wanting my daughters lunch was horrifying. Not only us there where other customers also being harassed & when he went outside he then punched the windows

Oh yeah KFC is always a great place to get a feed if chips or a drink for that matter deff recommend fasting serving so great pick of a place lads

15 cars queued for drive thru, 8 people in store and NOONE serving the counter, all staff running around prepping food...If you want to be served fast food, at the speed of a fine ding restaurant... highly recommended... if you want FAST FOOD... this isnt the place to go!

Waited 15 minutes at counter before being told they were to busy to take orders.

Im a big fan of the KFC just wish more Quality control was in place at there restaurant around Australia cause some is good fresh and some just very poor quality.

When its good, its good. When its not.... Its really not. Often very long waits due to ongoing staffing issues. When they get your order right its usually good, just made sure to check your order before you leave!

What a waste of time waited 30mins for a feed, went all the way home and what do you know, my burgers is missing the on that took 30 mins to make, honestly disappointed

Bought a 21 piece bucket. First piece of chicken we bite into, it has hair cooked into it. Not just an individual strand of hair on the outside but a clump of hair cooked into the batter. Definitely wont be going back.

Messed up one single order twice. Have to go back twice to get the missing order. Explained to the manager n she just walked, no apologies or getting me the missing order. Rude n irresponsible.

Its a KFC..... No better or worse then any other KFC Ive ever been to. Why are you even checking the reviews of a fast food chain?

It seems no matter how hard you try and give a verbally clear order at KFC that its a rare occasion that they deliver the correct order.

Not a long wait, but staff dont know how to smile. I was handed my order at the counter today but with a frown instead of an accustomed smile.

Service is always ridiculously slow. Was just waiting in a line of about 8 or 9 cars only to get to the drive thru speaker to be told that theyre only accepting cash at the moment. Might benefit from having a sign at the front so youre not wasting peoples time. Overall, my experience here is always poor despite trying to give the benefit of the doubt several times.

Food was fresh and service was quick. Drive through is busy but sit down area inside is clean and plenty of space.

Often run out of popular items. Frequent mistakes are made (eg, a chicken burger served without any chicken in it). A lot of harsh, loud swearing between staff in front customers. Long waits in drive through and in store.

Poor Customer Service. Always A Very Long Wait For Drive Thru. A Few Times I Have Noticed That The Young Teenagers Serving Are Having Alot Of Trouble Counting Money. And Im Always Continuously Missing Something Out Of Our Order Getting Sick Of This KFC Need To Fix It

not a good KFC I received an incorrect order the chips tasted like they were cook the day before and it will just wasnt nice. if you call and complain they say come back and will rectify it why should the customer who has paid the money have to drive back 15 to 20 km why cant the store send the correct order out

If you can make or get any sense of any of the staff who seem to have no knowledge of products etc you would of done very well.Dont ask any complicated questions.Asking for a straw or napkin just gets you a dumb look. Otherwise just average KFC.

Offered the pensioner discount without being asked, food was great with freshly cooked fries and the cold whole chicken offer excellent value. Definitely deserves the Michelin star.

Based on the cost of food vs quality... I am always stunned there is a line up of cars out on to the street for the drive through. Staff need training in customer service and the meaning of the word manners...

Passing through ordered a meal and chips. The chips were absolutely gross and under cooked also the oil didn’t seem to be drained. We waited forever in the drive through I’m glad this KFC isn’t in my town. The popcorn chicken was burnt.

Impressed. This place had me impressed. They were incredibly busy, but there was no wait on the food and it was actually very good. One of the best twisters have had the privilege to indulge in. Great work peeps!

Tonight service was absolutely 10/10 7.45pm on Sunday, the young man at the register gave us the best service my partner and I have had in 5 years. Didnt get his name but wont forget the service.

Hot and cold with quality. One visit its delicious and the next time youll be missing a fillet off your burger. Dont even bother if its busy.

Slowest KFC Ive ever been too. Often runs out of stuff as well, which I can understand given its a bit remote, but still not great. Food is usually decent at least. But yeah its gotta be quicker

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The service is absolutely disgusting, they grunt and show no respect to their customers. I think staff should be reviewed because if they keep that act up they will run out of business. Not only do you have to wait forever for you food but when you finally get to the window they just throw it at you and shut the window. No "have a good night/day" or anything. Extremely rude. I would highly recommend driving the extra 200m to maccas where the customer service is a lot better and the food is consistent.

Always Check ur order before you drive off. Also dont pay attn to the website saying they open till 10pm. They open till 9. Ive told them on 2 occasions they have the incorrect opening hours listed. They told me that its the website thats wrong not them??? Still unchanged cos theyre hopeless. When they do rarely get it together its usually hot and a good feed. Unfortunately as a rule they dont and obviously dont listen.
