Food as good as in any kfc. Orders almost always mistaken.

Поръчахме кофа с определен брой компоненти като една част от месото липсваше. Супер неадекватен коментар от момчето по телефона "обърнете се към Takeway" ние не можем да ви компенсираме по никакъв начин (за 40 лв поръчка ще получиш каквото решат и толкова). Излиза от думите му, че Takeway им слагат месото от кухнята и си го опаковат сами или, че някой от тях е бъркал в кофата?? Изключително гадно, непрофесионално, отблъскващо отношение плачещо за по-сериозни инстанция. След пореден разговор се разбрахме с една девойка, че при следваща поръчка ще ни компенсират с липсващото, понеже "сега сме много натоварени и имаме много поръчки, куриерите са натоварени". Ок ще имам предвид, че следващия път мога да не ви платя напълно понеже ще съм много натоварена откъм сметките за месеца...супер неадекватно, ето така се губят клиенти, продължавайте в същия дух ние приключихме с поръчките.

Абсолютно покъртително обслужване! Поръчваш за 30 лв. поръчката ти не е пълна (редовно се случва), после звъниш на някакъв номер, който никога няма свободен оператор за да се оплачеш и ти затварят автоматично. Ако имаше как 0 звезди щях да ви дам.

Тея от Варна мол са под всякаква критика ебхт персонала казваш ,че си алергичен към нещо и те слагат 2-но .Не за пръв път попадам на потресаващо отношение от тези дами ,ако може да се нарекат така

Pretty slow.

Pretty neat place for a quick and unpretentious bite in The service was great, the workers were pretty quick despite it being full of clients. Theres space for quite a few people. The fiid was good, there are plenty of burgers and different types of chicken that taste great.. The price can vary depending on what you want, but its definitely not expensive by any means. There are box menus which you can easily share with someone.

In der dritten Etage der Varna Mall befindet sich ein KFC neben weitern bekannten Fastfoodketten. Es war alles sauber und ordentlich und die Mitarbeiter freundlich. Die Bestellung wurde schnell zubereitet wie es sich bei einem Fastfood Restaurant erwartet wird.

They are preping the chicken nicely and the garlic sauce is one of a kind. Fries need salt.

Wow, I couldnt believe that the products could so different from KFC standard products.. the strips where not close to what they should be..the garlic...far, far from what it should be.

If you want to eat KFC in Varna, then this is the best place for you

Probably the worst KFC ever, cold, chicken was old... Only fries was ok...

No english speaking personnel, rude, not willing to help if you dont speak their language, no name tag at all on some employees, menu not served in its entirety. Do not eat there, pick other venue.

I ordered 2 Buckets of chicken wings from Fastfood but recieved only one. It arrived cold and I waited over 60 minutes for the delivery. I also not satisfied by the service becouse I was not offered any kind of compesnation for the late and incomplete delivery.

Mentally chalenged staff. Was ordering Rocker street box and the cashier tried to charge me for a menu saying its the same when the price difference is nearly double. Disgusting. Took them 5 minutes to get it right and another 5 to calculate 10-3.69 so they can give the correct change.

We went to kfc i Varna Mall and ordered a menu and two burgers. Whar we got was completely different. The fries were extremely dry. They didnt understand a single word english. The seller was 18 yo. Come on Bulgaria... You have been to EU for 12 years. You must improve yourself! Everywhere we come they speak zero english.Recoment KFC: No!No smile, no service, no commitment.

The poorest service my wife and I have experienced in Bulgaria let alone the the rest of the world. The girl serving rolled her eyes and walked away when we she understood we werent Bulgarian. Once back tried to charge double but thanks to my tone of voice, thought better of it and eventually corrected her"mistake". Wouldnt recommend this KFC to anyone. Its a shame KFC have few outlets in Bulgaria particularly Varna as the food was actually fine. We are from New Zealand, normally you wouldnt hear from us but we feel strongly against sarcastic little so and sos who think they are being clever. Sharpen up girl and give yourself an uppercut.

The food is truly disgusting. Its like a thick layer of bread crumbs, that taste horrible. This is not a KFC like any other. Do not spend ur money there !
