KFC Lower Manor Park Plaza in Spanish Town

The restaurant was packed, there was only one cashier and two servers, made for a very LONG wait time. It took me more than an hour to get to the cashier. Just ridiculous for a location thats so popular.

Always crowded and it takes forever to get my order

This is one of the busiest kfc in Kingston so dont expect to get fast service here. Some days its a hit and some days its a miss.

Its no secret that Jamaica has the BEST KFC IN THE WORLD!

The worst KFC Ive ever been to. Customer service was zero. Had to wait 45 minutes for 2 zinger sandwich. When I got them they were cold. The juice was hot. It was awful. The worst experience ever.

Always extremely crowded due to the small serving area. The cashier and servers are very unpleasant.

Slightly long wait but the chicken was superb

I love you guys barbecue chicken but I need you guys to make more barbecue chicken and have two cashiers you know we want our food and we know that some persons are in the back sitting down doing nothing they are not even on lunch break

Service needs improvement. Unacceptable.. that after you place your order you are told it will take 15 minutes for the item to be ready. Happens too frequently...at all branches

When you get extremely poor service and cold food it makes the experience extra salty.Almost all the staff looked as if they would have preferred to be anywhere except work. There was only cold Original chicken and zinger available a little after 8pm. Then they served me what I did not order and was told no famous bowl was there and we had to choose something else. When they had on the warmer. The supervisor took almost 10 minutes to come speak with us and gave us attitude when we requested to be served the bowl. I will not stop by another time.

Its a little private,ideally located for me and quiet. I have a history with this branch and have celebrated birthday there with reasonable waiting time

Poor service! As usual, despite a whatsapp order at 3pm, I arrived 1hour and 15 minutes after the indicated delivery time and still my order wasnt ready. To then be met by rude staff, was NOT welcome! The one positive is that the supervisor was called in and she brought out my order quickly. Only about 30 mins wait, after placing my order 2 hours earlier.

The people at KFC know how to deal with customers you feel you dont want to leave that no time soon

Extremely poor service, just like most KFCs across the island. It is in my opinion that to that part of the criteria to work at KFC is screw face and attitude. Average wait time is 35 to 45 minutes

Service was awful, bathroom were no better. They didnt even have toilet paper available in the restrooms.

This place needs smarter staff and better management.

one person packing , one person serving, took almost a hour to get the food. Packer stop and chit chat alot. recommendations is to get more persons to serve on top of that the server has to deal with orders coming through via the wattsapp service. Supervisors need to assist if shortage of staff.

Its the worst KFC location I have vist first the staff no customer service didnt get the juice of my choice ONLY 2 flavors was available and the restroom was out of use. After being served I didnt get any straws r fork I had to go back

I ordered thru the app...and upon arrival I had to wait over 30 minutes after the agreed pick up time. There isnt a designated sign or accurate instructions for pick up....so carry ur patience with u when goin there...

So much better than the ones I tried on the states.

Too packed most times, never have what you want available, service too long and very poor. KFC takes for granted the jamaican public so they dont strive for good service

The staff at this location have very little regard for customers and dont communicate well..

Apparently you dont have to wear a mask to purchase food as everyone was not wearing one or wearing it properly including staff. No sanitizing protocol was in place. The food was as usual as KFC should be. But didnt like the lapse in covid protocol to protect staff and customers.

Was a good experience never had to wait long for the food costumer service was good.

Been there multiple times because its the closest to me however, there is no customer service, menu is limited most times, always seems under staff eg. I have been in line for over 36min without the line moving because the cashier had to be serving. Worst KFC ever

They are short staffed, the waiting was long. Only 1 person was packing and distributing. Then based on complaints the cashier had to stop and start to assist. It was just chaotic.

There was a long queue, shirt staffed & slow service. The wait time for service was over half an hourThe WhatsApp ordering is a good idea as you can pre-order and you are given a time to collect your meal. This is better than standing in a long line for more than half an hour.

The Kfc service and products that you know at the convenient location of being inside Manor Park. It has dine in , take out options, but what I liked the most is that you can pre order Whasap and just pick up. It saves you time.

The chicken was raw plus the wait time is very long Im there more than 2 hrs den wen mi get the food it raw plus i didnt get wat i wanted as i wanted a bbq zinger box n couldnt get it had to take spicy which wasnt my style

Service was horrible....staff very unfriendly.....had to wait almost 20mins even though I had placed the order via WhatsApp

They need better management workers have no behaviour they not customer oriented today was the worst store didnt open until about 11 oclock no one camed out to say anything r apologize smh they pack what they feel like and give you kfc manor used to be #1 but now its 0

Service is getting worse by the day, over the last year and a half I have been there about 4 times and each time they dont have a few things no Barbecue chicken and side orders are not available. I wait was so long and there wasnt a crowded.

WhatsApp ordering is the butter on bread. I highly recommend. The line to go in was around the corner, but, as I had pre-ordered on the KFC whatsapp platform I didn’t spend 3 minutes total in the store. Highly highly recommend!

Today the 17th of Feb what i witnessed was really terrible at KFC Manor Park.A gentleman had just purchased 7000.00 dollars of chicken (so he saidas he walked outside the bag came apart and the chicken fell out.He came back inside and asked for the manager , after awhile he was handed a piece of paper and told to call the number on it.Now what I saw from the KFC staff was rudeness and laughter.The reason the bag burst was because the counter top was wet from the soda cups the bags are placed in the water on the counter hence the bag comes apart.I witnessed the same thing happening to other customers.I would be upset too.

Poor customer service, poor communication skills & quite unpleasant staff. They fail to communicate issues to the customers then serve whatever they want without first verifying with the customer... They also have a very nonchalant attitude towards customers displeasure.

The different areas where these restaurants are located makes a difference, I wont say great but even good customer service in ja is lacking especially in these fast food restaurants, the main area is the cashiers which customers have first and more interaction with , and on my last visit to the island I had to cancel my orders and walk out of 2 of these restaurants due to the unprofessional behavior of these employees and dont bother to call for a superior staff member to address these issues because they are either unprofessional themselves or is in fear of dealing with these people not knowing their intentions after work . That said , this particular location can do with better training on how to deliver great or even good customer service but they are a bit better than others that I had to deal with before them!!

if I could rate it less i would, staff is slow, mean, unpleasant, full of attitude and not the good kind. Not sure how they were trained but they need retraining a few times over. even when there is staff turn over the service seems to be the same I dont know what is happening at that like action. They need a dose of pleasantness and proper customer service. dislike going there!

It was quick and efficient. Based on the line outside. I really thought Id have been there for a long while but the service was quick, staff was courteous, the securities were very on point with how they allowed the flow through the premises. The wait was not long at all. I love the efficiency of it all and of course the food! Keep up the excellent work as per usual.

The layout and cleanliness of the location is great. The quality of the food and speed of service are up to par but the soft skills of the staff when dealing with customers needs work. They never ask you if youre eating in or not and when I asked for a tray I was simply told there were none prepared. In other words my money wasnt good enough for her to go through the trouble of preparing one for me...

The usual this is the oldest know branch for me its been there from the early 70s
