Most of popular kfc on the town, but have a great service. They serve as fast as they can. Also they serve for delivery on "parking pick up"

Bad service, my number/receipt somehow went missing, waited for almost an hour only for people who came in after me to get their food first. Melayu kerja biasa lah macam sampah.

Never order via self pickup here. I did twice, disappointed!! Take a long time to wait, missing my order n they dont cater orders by time arrangement. Some customer will get their order 1st even though they ordered later than me. Ordered self pick up at 1740H now 2005H still in front of KFC waiting. Worse experience ever!!

So far Im satisfied with this franchise.Polite and friendly staff. 👨🏻‍🍳👩🏻‍🍳Clean environment and toilet.👍🏻Its more comfortable to dine upstairs if you come here.

Order through food panda, request for thigh and ribs only but received keel 💁 and i hv add on for coleslaw, but not received any spoon. So i think i should just pour everything into mouth 😝 and how can i get spoon as i travel for work without bring any spoon 😅🤣

Frontline staff not so friendly, the downstairs full of customer who waits for their calling number. Only can eat with peacefull at upstairs

The service is low, it take long time and number like in clinical service. Its different compare to others kfc in kemaman and malaysia.

This KFC is for those who are really craving for it. If not, better go to other kfc. Unfortunately, this is the only KFC here. So KFC, here me out, just open up another branch here will ya?

Its to crowded. So many customers here. But the staff still can handle the situation very well. But one thing a staff forget to give me the spoon and tissue. The cleanliness well maintained.

A very good service, the fried chicken and cheesy wedges are in quite large size/portion. Unfortunately, this is the only KFC branch in Bandar Kemaman and crowd with people. I am suggesting to open another branch cuz it is finger licking good.

I was so amazed by this restaurant. The food was great and taste like kentucky fried chicken ! Maybe I was delusional by the beautiful view of the river , its brownish and one of a kind

Good service but not many choice menu

So many workers... Never been to KFC outlet that have like 9 people behind counter. ... Service can be improve especially workers manner... Nobody want to see the worker dancing and singing... have to wait for them to take order... Some of them didnt understand the order really well

weird system. u order at counter A, then u have to take your order at Counter B. why are u making things compicated?if the efficiency of order preparation is good, only if..

Slow services. At peak hours, things get really worse. Sometimes the food serve is cold. Unfriendly staff. For a better experience, go to KFC Kijal.

Be prepared for long queue and slow service..even the sauce always empty.check your order before leaving.

Please open new branch at chukai. Bcoz there are so many people and they have only 1 branch here. Every full. Cue untill outside kfc.

the customer service here is very bad!!!!! been here for a few times cause its the only kfc in kemaman. but, theyre the worst experiences ever. they took the orders wrongly and some of thee food were bad!!!! cant imagine what will happen to our tummy if we decide to eat them!!!! and they dont respond to complaints effectively. just say simple sorry after we came back to return for the bad food! NOT ACCEPTABLE ATTITUDE AT ALL. being to some kfc restaurants in Malaysia and this is the worst! not sure why hot & spicy chickens here taste like original chicken!

Its another KFC obviously but this joint is popular among the locals or those in coveralls from outstation looking for food.Nothing of a big deal today but back when eateries seems closed or unsure, this is it, when you drive into town. The two storey building is everything a typical KFC restaurant in Malaysia might offer but be typical and experience hanging out with the local crowds.See if you find yourself on a weekend where working people in coveralls queue up, another day every family in town seems to be queing up, maybe a school day where teenagers in uniforms queing up for takeaways or a free day youngsters ordered and waste away with unfazed gazed into their latest LTE gizmos!Yeah, still the real typical Kemaman joint till date. Recommended to get to know the community.

the spicy KFC i bought on the 22nd november 20125 tasted of "burned" cooking oil. never had such horrible KFC like this ever.
