The place is a bit small and there might not be seating if you plan to dine-in. The food is good and so is the service.

Construction of the road has affected the mall

Its the typical restaurant vibe, but theres free WiFi and the staff are polite. Theres outdoor and indoor eat-in options. Air-conditioning in my humble opinion isnt near optimal, as I found it not cool enough. Perhaps if theres more customers eating-in at a given time itll be tuned a bit lower for a comfortable enough feeling.

Hoping road construction finishes faster to ease access to the mall.

Waiting for the interchange to be completed for reactivation. It is in a good location for more visitors

I loved the environment. Just little traffic on the stretch because of the new road under construction along the Mall.

Another KFC just the waiting time is too long, basically the staff need to work a bit more faster if we compare it to Europe otherwise everything normal

I dont know but I didnt enjoy the customer service so its a 3 star rating for me.

The main mall is very small as compared to the others. Gets crowded sometimes and I think things are a bit expensive. Besides that there are a variety of restaurants of CHOICE with different cuisines

I dont prefer to goany KFC in Ghana BczCounter/front desk behaviour is not good at all, they are unprofessional n dont know how to behave with the customers, management should train the front desk staff regarding how to behave with customers.They are showing discrimination to foreign customers.When we are ordering they laugh at coustomer n showing discrimination

Food is always hot and fresh. The customer service is good and they are always cleaning.

Food was great but the wait time was too long...Over 15mins.

Love the place ,,the food was good buh I have a little issue with their service ...pls Ill like to ask why a customer has to go and and place the order for him or herself and when the food is ready the same customer has to go for his food from the cash point himself and serve himself when the are workers around...I had to ask two of the staffs why and all they could tell me was that they are not supposed to touch the guests food buh then its someone who cooks the food and another person brings the food from the kitchen to the cashpoint ...so in this process has there not been touching of the guests food since it was cooked ...so how come they cant bring the food from the cashpoint to the guests table all in the name of they are not supposed to touch the guests food???.......hope to hear from you soon ☺️🤗🤗

Very patient counter attendants. Explained stuff to me pretty well so I could make best decision. Started me on my KFC journey. Now Im a fan of KFC. LOOOOOOVE their chicken
