The staff is extra slow and they don’t follow the order numbers at all. They are giving orders to the people on different priorities. The manager is not able to manage the staff. Store is not ready for iftaar orders at all. 😡😡😡😡😡

To be honest the quality of the food was not too bad, not that I would eat fast food daily but at least when eating fast food you would eat something acceptable. I order mighty zinger sandwich and a zinger twister. It tasted just fine and the portions were quite generous especially the fries! One important thing that needs improvement is the layout of the place as well as the speed of preparing food (food took some time to be ready). Moreover, though there are some tables and chairs outside, it smells like sewage outside and it wasn’t possible to sit there. It should be fixed so that it doesn’t smell like that, clients won’t like this. Overall, I’m satisfied 👍

I paid for two meals and one small popcorn with a total amount of 55 AED for takeaway but when I reached home with my order there was no popcorn...

Very bad customer service. brought a 21 piece bucket meal and provided 3 ketup for the same. when we requested for additional ketup they are charging 1 AED per sache packet.when the manager is being called, he behaved so rudely with the customer and provoking to register complaint at the KFC callcenter. so dissapoonted.

One of the best in Sharjah area. Will get nice quality food. Enough parking spaces are available. But some time you may disappointed with the cleanliness.

They never execute the take away orders as requested. I have got back and changed it a couple of times. Its very disappointing. U got to either go back or wait for yout food while you are hungrybst home.

The place is nice, has outside open area as well as inside tables to enjoy your dine in meal. Has baskin Robins beside it perfect if you wanna grab quick kfc meal and baskin Robins ice cream in dessert.

Quality of food is sub-par at best, service is provided on time with the staff however they dont seem customer friendly. Ive given 3/5 only because the place is not hygienic, ive witnessed firsthand on many occasions where it isnt cleaned.

I dont think I have to emphasis on the food here because Im pretty sure everyone knows about their excellence in that field.So instead Im gonna talk about this branch.So this branch has everything one would need. And the place is decorated extremely beautifully. Cheap and best - main advantage.Staying is there for all types of people - family, bachelors, couples, etc. Outdoor and indoor seating.The only disadvantage that I would say would be that it is always a little bit too crowded and what they show on the TV is completely useless so no one looks at it because they show old Arabic movies. Very poor customer service. Absolutely poor. As if they dont care. Very rude staff. I asked for a lunch meal. The answer was " not today. Come back tomorrow". As if I was desperate to eat KFC. VERY RUDE INDEED.

Rude staff / poor service!! I asked one of the employees to call the cleaner before us sitting down in order to clean the table, and he replied with “you can request manager to call the cleaner for you” with an attitude!! then I asked him if he’s really a KFC employee working in the branch, he’s like “yes but what you asked is non of my business, I only work inside (kitchen)”. I think this branch / KFC staff shouldn’t represent KFC and ruine their name!!

Always check if you are getting what you ordered for while ordering a take away or you will possibly have to come back again especially if you have any special requests they probably wont consider and ignore. Also take special care to request them not to put ice or too much ice as there would be probably half cup or more of ice for one cup of soft beverage ( note that the soft beverage is already chilled when its being dispensed to the cup in the first place ). If you still need ice you can always request for ice in a separate cup free of charge, there by you will be preventing their less customer friendly and more master loyal over dedicated staff who would go to any extent to save every penny that they can save for their master from the beverages that they can from every customers. The chips wont be salted and you can request for salt if required. Their loyals staffs will be charging 1 AED for adding some mixture of salt and chilly powder to your already prepared chips in case when you answer Yes to spicy chips. I thank their courtesy for not charging more for the more popular spicy chicken recepie when compared to their original recepie.
