Tried calling 3 times...no answer. Order 5604221014012....I have ordered 3 x 2 pieces of chicken....you delivered only 3 pieces. I have been to this useless KFC in the past...and this is now the 3rd time they messed up an order....I want my refund.
This was not at all clean. Food was just warm, manager spent the whole hour i was there on personel call as i could here, while tables and floor was left dirty
Yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah it alright, sometimes have a few missing items from the order itself.
The food was okay but the floor was very slippery in the store including in the toilets where I nearly slipped over.
This kfc is alright..they got self serving kiosk as well but very less parking available
Quality varies each time but today was great quality.19/9/22 taste at greenlane was better than our previous experience in August 2022. But staff lack attention to detail as they always forget to put sauce when you are supposed to get it on spicy chicken
So disappointed!!! We just ordered a sharing bucket with 5 original and 5 spicy, but no single spicy flavour. Tried to ring the branch but no answer!!
Needs to learn customer service she was rude I asked 3 times for extra seasoning on my chips I got nothing. I paid extra for just gravy got potato and gravy and I ordered hot and spicy and got plain! A little training would go a long way!
Not impressed with the service. I ordered a take-out via the on-premise so called "express" service kiosk, but waited just over 30 minutes for the food, got home only to discover that it was not my order! I paid approx $24 for my order and what I got was approx $15 worth of food. It tasted good, but I got no zinger, so annoying! I filed a compliant via their website the same day, that was 1 or 2 weeks ago, but not a hum, no response so farUpdate 30/08/22 - Finally a reply back from KFC aplogising for their mistake and a $20 in-store credit. I guess the most important thing here is the aknowelegement and the reply not the store credit, though I must say it was a nice touch.
Went to KFC Greenlane store on Saturday 27th August, We went through Drive Thru. It took a staff to take our order after about 10 minutes.When we went to the actual collection point we met this Indian staff. The order she was giving us was not exactly what we ordered.We asked her if she could give us what we ordered and went through the order again, but she started arguing, and she started to say words like " fighting" I asked her name, she refused to give her name, I asked her that I need to talk to her manager she refused.. She called another staff, who again was Indian (sorry not racist, but lack of communication and understanding due to language barrier), it took us about 20 mins to get 3 piece quarter pack, and an extra piece of chicken.Not happy with the staff they have at this branch where they lack understanding of customers orders and argumentative, take long time to take orders and serve.

Had a really nice experience at this KFC it was really nice the service was great and this boy called Eli was very professional and when i ask for something he happily helped me. Over all i had a nice pleasent time and the food was great, i recommend to everyone passing through.
The chicken was banger, loved the atmosphere of the KFC Great staff especially one young man Eli who helped me locate the bathroom and cleaned up after my table. And even said Goodbye would never see this at the KFC in Glen innes. Cheers
Same as any other KFC around the country. Staff do not care at all and are just chatting between them
I ordered 10 piece pack and got 3 wings. And all the chickens were very very dry and was hard to eat. Potato and gravy was like something that I never tasted before. I dont think I will visit this branch next time.
I choose KFC then Texas Chicken. ( KFC taste so goodbut dont wanna do it all the time( Treat sometime)
Worst KFC EVER! wicked wings were so soggy and super oily! Gravy burger was also soggy and freakin cold! I changed the orginal patty for a zinger in the app but they gave me an ordinary one! The fact that I had to wait for 15 mins makes it even worse! They threw a whole lot of fries as they were over cooked but they gave me a freakin soggy one! Everything was soggy! Disappointed as hell!
Large potato and gravy with F all gravy.. Just big lump of mash potato with dry powdery lumps! Ruined the meal.
Staff was really nice .How ever Toyota staff in there eating wasn’t nice to the staff behind the counter
Waited 20 minutes at the counter for food at 3pm.not even a busy time. The restaurant tables were all dirty and the bins overflowing. Worst KFC experience ever. Wont be going back to Greenlane.
Zinger burger was pretty good I must admit.The KFC itself was very dirty. All the rubbish bins were over flowing with rubbish on all tables. The floors had food everywhere and so did the seats. Worst wicked wings Ive had to date, very greasy and the batter was falling apart.

Well where to start!Bloody slow, ordered through touch keypad thing,waited maybe 20 minutes, staff member called a meal by product not number, product called was wrong as was packed order got back to Motel with wrong order $50 lighter and won’t be backIn town for a trade show certainly will tell other attendees where not to goOut KFC at home is average on a good day this was next level
Went through the drive thru, first thing I hear out of the speaker "Whats your order?" No Hi welcome to KFC may I take your order? Too casual from the young lady taking orders. Teach her some proper etiquette when it comes to customer service. I drive up to pick my order and flings the order bag out the window while asking her colleagues to pump up the awful music they were listening to . No acknowledgement no manners. Did this girl come straight off the marae or something cause I know if her Koro heard her acting like this he would clip her behind the ears. Dont ever serve with such casualty again.

Wasnt to bad chicken not as crispy and yummy, was more dripping in oil. Chips where well salted and cooked.

Wanted to do half a star but cant. 9pm on a Tuesday, was told "Were only doing burgers", so I asked for a tower burger which was declined, they said were only serving zinger burger or colonels. What the hell kinda business you running? If you dont have your product, just close.
Orded food an hr ago online from green lane and delivery says its here but its not near my door. Called them 7 times twice the line was busy the rest they couldnt be bothered picking up. Im very disappointed and hangry Ive got a new born son. I shouldnt have to wait an hr and a half
Ordered online and the order was wrong. Tried to call 3 times at separate times, did not pick up. Tried calling the main KFC 0800 which sent us back through long phone trees to then be connected to what I assume was the same Greenlane phone number and the call was disconnected immediately. Delivery guy was nice though and the food was tasty.
3rd time I got really bad food1. When I bought 20 pc wings, it was so soggy and the crumbs were so hard it looks liked it was cooked and kept for more than 1 hr2. Bought a meal and most of the items were missing from that3. Again I went there today and bought 20 PCs wings, thinking mornings they will be giving fresh products, but was really disappointedI found a piece of cloth inside the foodI will never ever go kfc greenlaneI would prefer kfc panmure
The chickens and fries are not fresh. The chicken recipe is no.longer KFC recipe. The bread roll does not look fresh either. Very dissapointing with the meal uneatable at all.Ling
Terrible service. No service. No meal delivered. No one answers the phone & when you turn up there to get what you paid for, they look at you like youre the criminal. Would we waste gas to drive all the way there, after paying for delivery, for nothing?! This Greenlane store is THE WORST but at least youre not serving raw chicken like the ROYAL OAK store. Both youll need to close down or sell to people that can fry chicken & know their way around the suburb. Stop blaming Covid for stupid.
Absolutely the worst experience Ive ever had in a drive through. This evening, a lady was serving didnt even say hello just said yeap and the speaker box. I barley finished ordering and she said yeap and cut me off. She got my order wrong so clearly didnt listen. When I pulled up to the window, no hello. On top of the service, was 100% the worst kfc i have ever had. Cold, No salt and lids of drinks werent put on properly so I spilt coke through the car. Never again.
Long time customer, will never order from here again.Ordered roughly $65 of food and not only did it arrive 25 mins late it was all cold, that’s not all.Drinks had been placed against burgers making them wet.Fries were soggy.Normal chicken piece instead of spicy.Burgers were missing items paid for.No potato and gravy arrived, meant to be 2.Patties seemed under cooked.Refund requested and only $15 was given.
Closing at 10pm. I turned up at 9.45pm. Didnt bother serving. Pointed to the drive thru and gave a sarcastic smile. I have never been a person to complain. This is probably my very first official complaint. Even complaint with the online KFC customer services team but no one seems to be bothered here. I am sorry for spending my money here for years. Worst experience. Me and my husband visited the store in the evening(16th july 2021arround 10:45 pm. On the first ordering station, we were going to place our order and the lady didn’t give us time to think about the order she was in hurry may be her shift was going to finish but this is not acceptable at all that u rush the customers and i asker her for potato gravy and coleslaw but she told me that we don’t have any at the moment then on the payment window, i asked the another lady that if they have coleslaw or potato gravy then that lady told me that it is available. I told her to add it into my order and add wicked wings as well to my order because the other lady was in hurry and she didn’t gave me time to complete my order. When we came home and we saw that wicked wings were missing from the order however i was charged for that. That was disgusting and then i tried to call them and they didn’t picked the call. I will never visit again and never recommend to anyone.
We ordered online. The order we received was wrong. We tried calling but 1it is very difficult finding their phone number and 2they dont answer so I had to drive to their store. They replaced the order but didnt refund the delivery fee so 2 stars is all they get.

Service was friendly but unfortunately they buckle under pressure especially during peak times. Ordered a Dunked Zinger combo and got something completely different with more than enough salad tossed on the side . They also swapped the bread roll for potato gravy without letting me know and had to stop them giving me the wrong drink as well. This is second time this has happened at this joint. Just double check your order before driving off and dont feel bad about holding up the line doing it otherwise youd waste your time coming back for their stuff up.
Crew was good. Burger was close to perfect. Got large meal when ordered small🤭, not impressed with the original recipe chicken. May pay to get some training from Balmoral KFC. I think they got it right.Place was clean and tidy.
Got it for dinner but it was average. No seasoning on the chips. Original chicken was ok at best and a little dry. Everything tasted like it was prepared hours before hand. Wicked wings were the only thing good about the meal.

I used the drive-thru on this occasion. It was an efficient experience, the one area for improvement would be the actual path, which is quite a tight and awkward turn. My expectations were otherwise met.
Went here on a Friday evening to be met with a dirty restaurant with every table littered with rubbish, idle staff (restaurant was mostly emptyand the news that they had run out of chicken.The burger i managed to order was bone cold and had no dressing. Surely with an empty restaurant and free staff members they could atleast try make a decent burger and clean the tables. Or are they just paid to stand around until quitting time?Im never a fan of kfc service and i accept it but this one just dropped their standards too low.Greenlane isnt short of eating options so i see no reason to return.
KFC is quick and fast when you want a bite to eat the kids enjoy eating KFC, it is not a healthy option that you need to consider when you know you are giving the children a meal but they enjoy the chicken, hot and spicy and what warms there tummies. The location of this KFC is limited in parking but you can park on the road but be aware you are on a busy road. It looks like it gets busy which is good for KFC, but what I do notice with most fast foods now the ambience of the dining room in warm, clean, tidy toilet rooms is a less of a priority. More so getting sales revenue is more of a priority and seen as the focus which does not include ambience focus when a table or toilet needs cleaning or a warm lobby to sit in while eating. Again customer service should be from the time you enter; take your order, present your order and if eating in the experience not coming in from the cold to being cold while you are eating wouldnt you think so? . Food was hot, service was quick delivery to serve next customer, ambience cold
