I never done a Google review before. But this is Worst KFC in Australia. So slow 40mins for a meal. Meal was cold when we finally got it. There is No management no one in charge of running the store/system… All kids running it… guy at the front counter unwrapping burger to see what burgers they are, HIGHLY RECOMMEND GIVING THIS KFC A MISS
Their chicken was unhappily soggy and their facility floor was mopped with too much water that I can start ice skating. It might be a one off event..
Absolutely a disgrace!! And that is a understatement, kfc should step in before this franchise pulls them down, the food was terrible burger looked like it was a week old didn’t eat it took it back and the chicken was still pink the premise was filthy they weren’t even busy so it wouldn’t off taken much to clean everything down!! Wish I read reviews before stepping in this hole!! Threw it out and went elsewhere after I complained..
What a total mess this place is. First there is buggar all seeting, second it was 3 degrees outside and the aircon was on, myself and another guy lined up for over 5 mins and the two guys at the counter didnt acknowledge us or apologise and at least say theyd be with us in a minute. The food was as youd expect from KFC but the service was non existent.
Food was fine but toilet disgusting and a young female staff taking a break and vaping inside the restaurant. Unacceptable!
Waited 20 minutes before being served. Despite being fully staffed. No adults in sight. Staff covered in flour hand prints from horsing about. One had hand prints on his backside.
Never thought Id review a KFC but here I am. They have a sign up saying no chicken salt but they have salt satchels. So I reluctantly order large chips, hit the highway, and they didnt even salt the chips with normal salt or at least throw in some salt??? Who wants soggy deep fried potato with no flavour. Seriously 😑
The staff have no idea what they are doing. Rude service and gave me the wrong piece of chicken when I asked about the piece of chicken I wanted. All I got was a “awwww there is none left” response

With 3 major fast food outlets within 350 meters of each other this was the worst for service , food, cleanliness, and attitude . It took 3 times going back to get a 3 piece feed right , how hard can it be ! It took 20 mins and there was only 4 other people in the store ... very poor and very disappointing .. The owner should be ashamed of the state of this store ...Adults to supervise and show team leadership skills with showing each employee how to do the job right from the start nurture and mold these kids and young adults and give the skill to work with pride and determinationso to have pride in themselves and their work . this will benefit this store

Unbelievably bad.. over 15 mins to realise the food I ordered was standing cold not being bagged up by rude lazy staff standing around doing nothing watching one wombat spin around pathetically getting nothing done.. refunded by " manager" who I wouldnt trust running a bath let alone a food outlet.. filthy covered in food and not following hygiene practices handling cash then touching food.. watching this was like like comedy.. avoid..
I dont usually leave bad reviews, but I feel I have to for this place.The staff & mananagement really need to step their game up and actually take pride in their work.Their was no order, organisation, communication between the staff & customers an no real leader authorising the team. Just a bunch of young kids doing whatever in all honesty with no structure, long wait times, countless orders wrong, bad customer service, dirty tables and floors an rubbish all over the place and alot of upset customers.
It is horrible. Customer service was horrible and they didnt get any part of our order righ and they didnt let us get the right order. They put more food on the order than they gave us and made us pay for it all.
Like every fast food outlet in Goulburn, you get approximately what you expect but with bits missing because the teenaged staff are a bit useless. Drive thru service here is markedly better than in-store. Do NOT go inside the store. A couple of other reviewers say that this is the worst KFC in Australia which is clearly unfair as its not even the worst one in Goulburn: Goulburn South is much worse.
Its KFC. Theyre pretty quick here, and actually get your order right, which is nice. Staff are very friendly.
Bought Burgers and Fried Chickens. Chicken taste very bland. However I liked the burgerDrive through and dine in services available.
Just filthy. The toilet floors have no drain, so after cleaning them they spread that same water all over the restaurant then push it down to the street through the entrance. Some people wearing flip flops even got their feet wet 🤮
Very slow at drive through, waited almost 10 mins and couldn’t even get what we wanted 😒 would not recommend.
The worst kfc yet, horrendous chips with cold chicken
The service was not there, the dine in experience was not there, toilets were dirty,tables not wiped down, floors filthy, kitchen staff had hair up but no hair nets, chips had no salt, our order was correct but no napkins or spoons, they were more interested in drive through than eat in. We were still treated like take away customers. 30yrs ago it was exciting going to KFC or McDonalds because you got atleast asked if you eating in and your food placed on a tray but over the last 10 years it gas diminished, now it just gets shoved in a paper bag and the inside dining area is forgotten about. Its like the teenagers working there are not being trained to care about the customer. Highly disappointed.
Please turn off the drive through lights if you are not open. If someone is sitting at the drive through for 10mins it might be common curtesy to let them know they’re no longer open and taking orders.Heaps of cars in the car park and all the lights on allude to the fact that you’re open. This is poor form. We all are well aware you know when people are in the drive through because you have notifications.Seriously poor form.
Hit and miss at this store ,,this time couldnt have ticked all boxs Small pieces of chicken , that dry and tough well thats enough without being too Negative but in saying that will be a little while before I go back to pay for something but you cant eat it was just rubbish
worst kfc in australia looked like it was run by people with no idea bloke was clearly off his face (girl at drive through was polite respectful and smilingcant even get orders right one meal didnt even have chicken in the burger and my order had a chicken patty old potato gravy a pre chewed looking tender n chips that had enough salt to preserve Tutankhamen for eternity didnt even get the drinks right the bloke behind just just drove off as it was taking so long one chick was just leaning on the counter just spaced right out and the ppl in front obviously never got their order right n she stormed back in the shop car in the middle of the drive through im usually pretty optimistic but man this has been my worst expirence at any food venue
In app order, a little slow but the food was fresh and hot. Well done, would recommend this place.

Absolutely terrible. POS terminals that don’t work, counter service non existent, 35 minute wait from service to food, the chicken burger was gristle. No napkin, spoon for the potato and no straw for the drink. Just disgusting!
Went once and it was nice and fast but dirty tables.
A person in our group received a gravy which tasted old and off.When returning it the staff member grabbed a new one off the shelf and put the old one, which we had opened and tasted (finger dipping included), back onto the shelf to serve to a future customer.
Went in to this KFC just to have a break and ordered a small snack and a juice, when I went to sit down at the table , it was dirty , it had food scraps on the table, and the seat was sticky, I went to get up after my snack and the floor was so slippery that I fell over when I went to get up from the seat also the table moved when I tried to stop myself from falling by holding on to the table, 2 ladies (customerstried to help me up , but the floor was so slippery I could not get a grip , so had to hold on to a near by marble bench to help myself. No one notified the staff even though there were a lot of young people in the shop. I had to go up to the staff member still serving and say excuse me but I have just fallen over due to your floors being slippery and would like to report it. Then He stated he would get the Manager to come and see me to do a report. The Manager stated he has never done this before and the security camera will give all the evidence !!Oh and did say he will ring me tomorrow to see if Im ok. had a interview form and a clip board , asked for my name number and email address,Did follow protocol and ask if I was alright and did I need an ambulance .All I can say is if you have this many staff working at one time surely you can allocate someone to do some mopping and clean the tables. To prevent further accidents like this happening in the future . I would not recommend this KFC due to the cleanliness of the shop and the staffs Attitude . Although the chicken was good.
AVOID THIS KFC LIKE THE PLAGUE. By far the worst KFC I have ever been to. 2 young boys at the front serving (which there is nothing wrong with). The other 5 or 6 staff are out the back, laughing and doing nothing. The floor was filthy, tables dirty, bins overflowing with rubbish to the point the floor was covered in rubbish. Another guy came back in and asked for the manager while I was waiting 15 minutes for my food. Walked out and sat in my car to eat, no wicked wings in my box, was replaced with the smallest single piece of chicken. Walked back in, old mate is still waiting for the manager, 4 people waiting to order. Walked back out cause I didnt want to wait what would have been an eternity. Got back to the car and ate there. Fillet on the zinger burger was tiny and probably quail rather than chicken. Chips were cold. Never will I go back to Goulburn KFC.
Couldn’t supply Chicken in a chicken shop. Kicking myself I even went in there after other disappointing meals, worst KFC I have been to.
worst KFC i have been to ever been to. Took 30 min to make my food although the food was cold they also gave me complimentary hair in my zinger box.

No Consistency! Chicken is either burnt or partly raw. and nearly always really oily. Staff are great, but if the food is awful, the whole thing falls down!20/03/2022After our last order fiasco at KFC Auburn Street, Goulburn, where we waited 2 hours for our food to be delivered by Menulog, (who said on their tracking app that it had been delivered within 20 minutes of placing the order), (this problem was rectified by Courtney the manager, who replaced the entire meal, so I could drive in and pick it up), our latest nightmare at this store take the cake. Drive through was basically empty no rush, place our order quite clearly;1 x Zinger Stacker box + Pepsi1 x Zinger Fillet Burger Box + Sunkist1 x Regular ChipsNot a huge ask in a basically empty store.What we got was the Stacker box lge chips and drink in 1 box, 2 fillets + potato and gravy and lge chips+ drink in the other box and NO regular chips.Took it all back to the manager,( all of maybe 16 or 17 years old), and demanded the entire meal, as it was now all cold, be replaced. I actually paid for the regular chips, as the child taking orders in drive through hadn’t even added them to the order. What I discovered when I got home was the manager had replaced the entire order with exactly the same as the original error order, AND STILL NO ZINGER BURGER!HOW HARD CAN IT BE TO GET IT RIGHT IN AN EMPTY (AT THE TIMESTORE, AND THEN SCREW IT UP A SECOND TIME?Hope their head office gets this, and stirs them up! The manager at the time needs to be demoted at the very least,and RETRAINED! Not good enough!
It took 30 minutes to get to us, they had no big buckets left and we order a big bucket and we also ordered 2 big buckets of mash-potato and they had only 1 big bucket so they put it in 4 small containers instead I wish I colour give this a zero but I have to give it a one so I can write this review
Went down to KFC. Drive through was full. So went in. 30 min wait for a 3 pce feed. Poor trainee on his own out the front. About 5 cars after me went through. Not good enough.
The outside of the building wasnt clean. Garbage very full therefore KFC containers were all over the footpath.Upon entering the building, customers were asked to wait as chicken & chips were not yet cooked.My ""quick"" meal took 22 minutes to get.NEVER AGAIN .
Not really the best KFC out there. Our order took over 30 mins. However there is a DVD shop across the road where you can find some cool collectors DVDs and games.
I order a large chips. I asked if they are fresh as we do not like soggy chips. The girl said yes they are fresh they just would have come out. She lied!We got a large pack of cold soggy chips!Biggest disappointment, after all the advertising KFC does!

Not happy with the service, ordered online went to Windows to pay advised there would be a 4min wait on wicked wings, asked to park, called the store 20mins later hug up on, called back manager was rude and told there was another 3min wait now on original chicken, no sorry or remorse in lack of communication, waited another 10mins then girl came out to deliver order with manager sharing out the windows at us. Extremely poor service.
Oh dear, dont give them the right change, it will confuse them. If you want half portions and cold food then this is the place for you.And if you love being addressed as Mate by a teenager, even better.Despite the upgrades the store is still dirty and the staff indifferent.Food could be a lot better, as could the service and attitudes.Service is particularly slow, and the drive trough is a bit of a squeeze on a good day. Dont take a trailer or a large vehicle.

Typical kfc setup. The girls at the checkout were courteous, however the service was very slow.. about 20 minutes to get 2 combo meals.. not sure why.
Well, its KFC. Chips were cold, but quickly replaced after a conversation that went : "could I have some HOT chips please"? "Those ARE hot chips" "Yes, but they are not hot". "Oh. Take these then". I dont know whose chips we got, but they were hotter.
I have placed orders through Menulog with the same disappointing result - incomplete order. I ordered the family feast with the coleslaw missing. I then opened the box of chicken expecting 10 pieces but only 8 were in there. This has happened before with my last order missing the potatoe and gravy and the order before that missing the chips. Phoned restaurant with the same result. A credit next time you are in the store. Im now close to getting a family feast meal for free. Im not confident a record of these credits will be there as they have shown they are not competent in their duties. The staff are more concerned with getting you off the phone then fixing their mistakes. More staff training needed. Unfortunately this will be my last order as enough is enough.
Worst kfc ever. (12th July 5:45pm)Nth fresh, felt like reheated. We ordered family box, everything was bad -burgers, twister, chips, nuggets except chicken popcorn. Nuggets was the nightmare, 0% crisp, felt like microwaved. Lastly the toilet, the commode was disgusting, there were 3 people on the counter doing nth just chatting as it was very quite, I wouldn’t expect them to fix it but at least put a sigh.The franchise owner and managers should be concerned and start working on lifting the quality up.
I’ve came in with my cousin and we ordered 2 regular popcorn chicken and a large Mountain Dew freeze and a normal Mountain Dew. As I am writing this I’ve been waiting patiently to be given my meal it has been 30 minutes. The stuff has served people with smaller and larger meals who have ordered after us, I know the staff has forgotten us as it’s conveyed on their facial expressions. We are hungry and yet have been giving our meal I find this high unprofessional as we are paying them for they’re service and yet we aren’t receiving proper service as we were promise.
Asked to have breast left out of our family meal as we dont eat it , got told no guarantee, you get what we have. I never have this problem at my local KFC. When order wasnt given with serviettes, straws etc got eye rolled after interrupting 2 staff members chatting about non work related issues to be handed some.
