My experience was great..was taken for late valentine with my boyfriend.....we first stopped at KFC were the food was exquisite and the service was fast....then we took a walk with the nice view..then went to carrefour to buy some snacks then we went to the 9D....where we had fun then went to have ice cream. And took an Uber which came at the pick up point to pick us. Garden city is the best place to be.

By far the best service compared to any other KFC both dine in and delivery. I actually do get an upsize of fries when I order one unlike other branches.

I would have given it five stars but didnt like the service, the food came in time but at the payment point there was one person and a long line it took long but the service was good either way.

They dont have provision for handfasting. How do you use alcohol based sanitizer to clean your hands ?????? Its not really hygienic.

The worst kfc. They made me wait for 1hr I was told 15 mins. I kept cheking they dished out many oders out no explanation even from their manager.I also think waiting for 15 mins is took long for a fast food. The chiken taste like its boiled its oily has no flavour at all flat. I always have a bad experience with garden city. Avoid it if you can. There concinstency is wanting.

Theres one lady whom unfortunately I didnt get the name. Woo! Her customer service is just bad. I was looking at the menu and she was like, what do you want? As I was making my order, she was just there shaking her head amd I didnt know what she was saying no to. I just wondered whether she couldnt wait for me to just look at the menu, make a decision, speak it out, then politely tell me that they didnt have what I wanted. Its a place I am not willing to go back to.

The time I spent waiting for my order was okay. The meal was delicious and the staff were friendly. My fries were too dry though. It was more like Im having crisps.

It is quite nice open Food Court. This KFC is very small and the staff is not very friendly. At the end to receive my food took 10 Minutes this is to long for a Fast Food Restaurant. Next time I will go to the Chinese Restaurant next door they need the same time to prepare a meal.

Ordered 8 piece got 7 today . Asked it be spicy its plain no chilli . Honey almost zero .how do you call it sticky with barely any honey ??? Hub Karen do a way better job!!!

Our experience at the Garden City was just amazing. The place is full of fun besides delicious dishes at the KFC, Galittos, JAVA and many other cafes Everyone should visit GARDEN CITY and sample the experience at the KFC Garden City.

One stop mall for all you need, dinner, lunch shopping and fun spot as well as banking.

You have just packed one less packet of street wise 2... I ordered 4 packets of street wise 2 but what do I get when I get home☹️ its less one.. the staff needs to be careful next time!

Its a quiet and cool environment.One doesnt have to wait for a very long time for their food,the food is also nice and I havent gotten any stomach ache.Its a nice place overall.

27th June 2020 at Noon, the ladies on shift were a disgrace! They packed wrong order twice and were not apologetic, thank God I unwrapped the food before I left.

The place is a bit out there, not really structure with walls... Its an outdoor kind of a joint.. so raindrops kinda find their way on the inside

Probably one of the business restaurant at the Garden city mall after chicken inn.This guarantees fresh food.The service is quite good and the staff have really shortened the wait time.Late in the evening however, spicy chicken runs out of stock.Making orders before 2000hrs helps .

Theyre mostly okay, but if you come past 7.30 pm on weekdays, they dont have spicy chicken anymore. Better just to drive past Garden City and not waste your parking money if youre really into spicy chicken. Oh, that goes for Chicken Inn as well.

KFC, Koreana chicken, a Chinese food I dont know which food is delicious. Guess what is...

KFC needs to step up. You can not serve a combo/meal and then you tell customers you don’t have the drink which comes with the meal so they have to buy the drink separately. That’s not even the biggest issue, your cashier Damaris needs a major attitude adjustment.

My experience with this particular branch has never been good except for a few occasions I was served by a particular lady.Try to always give your customers value for their money. Why would someone serve you 2 miserable wings in a 3piece combo? I saw the wings combo too and I didnt chose that so why force it?.

When it comes to some tasty flavored chicken, this is the place to get it. They have good customer service, timely order processing and the ambiance is good. There is plenty of parking space at the Garden City Mall with good security. Its also ideal for a family outing and their chips are just amazing. Their prices are affordable and overall, you do get the satisfaction of having a decent meal whether its a light or heavy meal.

Could be better I didnt feel the packaging was done well the attendant who served me well didnt make my newness to the place any easy but everything else like seating was excellent

The ambience here is great. One can enjoy the outdoors and theres ample seating unlike other KFC outlets. However, access by public transport can be cumbersome

I received very nice services. They stand up to what KFC is all about. The quality is on top, its not compromised. I must say that if I am going to mention anything about this place its going to be good. The environment is the best with enough space for a quick stop over.

Absolute chaos. No managers to lead the blind. Vomit at the tables and no staff clearing up tables... It wouldnt happen at Burger King...
