KFC Drive Thru in Oradea

Extremely understaffed. Ive had to wait 45 minutes for my order on a weekend.Bad and gready management.

Zero stars, if I could.

Make sure to check your order before leaving. It happened too many times to arrive home with missing food.

Manager was very rude after her employee messed up my order. I was done wrong twice. Just like that.

Went in with a group of 8. Asked a person at the order counter for change for a 50 to pay the taxi. They refused. Said it was against policy.Took our group across the parking to Mesopotamia.

Not wery pleased with stuff, I know that anyone has to start somehow, and maybe today was newbies day, but have to notice that, the orders I asked, to take, were not packed well, as we all expect at KFC, but most important, I ordered, a hot menu, and a normal one, getting my order I had to guess wich one, is hot. This I find a bit disturbing

If you order a lot of things...Check your food! Sometimes orders get messed up. Missing sandwiches or fries from the order is not nice, besides whats the point of ordering if stuff on your order gets lost or replaced by other products anyway?

I go there often but happened like 15 times that I got 1 sauce less and I have to go back if I dont check the bag. Also once I didnt get fries to my cripsy menu.

Quick service and they get youre order right.

The order was mistaken twice. They did not look after the order no. My boy was disappointed.

We had a chance to meet the director of the place, he was very very nice and the place was clean and the food very tasty 😋

Good taste just like every other KFC, good prices but drive-thru is EXTREMELY busy.

Great taste even for KFC, juicy hot wings, very fast pick up, 5 ⭐.

90% of the times they forget to give you wet wipes... So if you need them, make sure to ask for them even though you should not have to do so

I got there around 10:40 pm. Google says it closes at 11 pm. The sign says the drive thru is 7/24. The security guy sent me away, even though the car in front of me was still ordering. Is this the service you provide to a customer? I want to spend money here and you send me away? Pathetic!

Dope place reminds me of home. Even though the menu doesnt have the variety like back in the U.S. its still cool

nice place, fresh products, the service is quick, but it is pity that in Romania since a year-2 changed the recipe of coleslaw. it is horrible. when I eat first time I thought it is alterated😳, in other countries is much better. Sorry for that...

Recommend! Fresh food, just in time, clean place, 4 terminals for take orders, cash or card, clean toilet with soap and hot air blade.

Cashiers unable to understand the english language.I have been waiting for 23 minutes for 3 pieces of wings.Also the staff was unfriendly when I asked about my order.

Amazing and fast delivery! Everything was on point,all the food was there,nothing was missing.

I havent been inside for quite some time. It has installed those stands where you can select the menu by yourself and you can pay without going to the cashiers. God stuff.

Much better experience since you have the option inside to order & pay using a touchscreen.

The fries were cold and the double crispy hot dog was also cold. Disappointed.

The service there was horrible! We ordered meal for five people through kiosk and then waited. I dont know what system they use, but apparently wasnt working well, cause worker asked us if we have a bill and then she prepared the meal from the bill. But still, she forget one burger, one pack of wings and two fried fries. It took us five more minutes of arguing and counting til we get what we ordered. Not recommended.

It happened 3 times already that i payed for 8 crispy strips menu and i only got 5 or 6 and some of them are the size of a shrimp really... Dissapointing

Usually everything is fine but once I’ve found a long hair strain cooked together with one of the crispy strips.I have called the regional manager and he was very helpful.

The person that takes the order was a bit rude , cant say anyname since they dont wear those name tags so yeah , the rest of the experience was pretty fast

Just three letters. KFC. Always good and crispy. 4 stars only because they always get my ordering wrong. Ok, maybe not always but in 85% of the times something is always missing from the order. The quality of the food is good and the service is fast usually.

Crowded prtty much all around the week and the food sometimes is in small portions and frankly unappealing, a little below the KFC standards.

Looks good, nice design and comfy seats but Its too small and crowded. Loud music. There is no unlimited refill for the drinks. Prices are as usual for KFC...

Open 24/24 :I would suggest not to visit really early morning :as I see they refresh the oil only around 6am :)

Its a drive thru, doesnt really need a review but i can say it doesnt get much traffic

Yet another KFC with the same good quality products, the difference being that this one could also be fast if you are in a hurry - it has a drive through. I most definitely recommend this place!

Cool place, not a long wait but food is a bit expensive.

A few members of the staff have been extremely rude, but the quality of the food is there. Other members are extremely patient, nice and welcoming.

Pretty new place. Not too crowded. Watch the line at the cashiers people havent been used, they are not respecting theirs position, are trying to get in front of others.

Very good food, a little spice but delicious, the drive through was fairly fast.

Pretty much what you would expect from Kentucky Fried Chicken, plenty of friendly personnel to take your order and prepare your meal. It has inner and outer dining areas as well. The average wait time in the peak period is around 1minute and 20-30 seconds according to the board but I usually get my meal under a minute. Keep up the good work! As for the customers have Good Appetite!

A place where the employees think that if they put on youre menu half of portion of french fries they will get a bigger salary.thats what happened to me...at a smart menu I got 10 french fries

Long wait, employees outside eating ice cream and generally not working, food not great at all. An overall dissapointing franchise

Nice Kfc restaurant in Oradea with drive.

Service was fast, but the food was sub-standard. Chicken legs were small, bland and greasy, fries were cold and chewy. Ive had better KFCs.

If you want to grab a quick bite that’s the place, same like all the KFC’s.

good location and very pleasant environment with friendly staff. The prices are good and the food, also.
