KFC Cooma in Cooma

At the time of the visit the computer system to order was down. The staff however were cheerful and kept is in the loop. The really fun part is the public toilets in the little shopping centre which KFC is housed. Something like a set from the movie series SAW. Very rapey feel down to the low yellow glow lighting and unexplained stains on the walls A must visit for horror buffs.

The server Dalton was super nice, smiled and very polite. Food was out quick and the atmosphere was nice and quiet. Most importantly the chips actually had a good amount of salt on them 😝

So sorry to say they serve the worst chicken.

Not the greatest of places to visit. Toilets next door but in the same complex were dirty and needed repairs, didnt seem like the chips were fresh

The place is good. Their manager is kinda rude to us, too bad I didnt get her name.

Worst KFC in Australia easily. Chicken is always dry or out of stock of certain items. But a zinger box is still a zinger box I guess

We had to stop by during our long driving and this place is one that will ease your hunger. My favourite fried chicken saves the day.

The people running KFC and making the food were swearing in the kitchen

Went in today at 10:45am and got a tenders box from the lovely cashier lady. She was super friendly and had a lovely smile. Very accommodating to my order. Keep up the good service :)

Went there in a busy hour, the waiting time was reasonable. However the oil used to fry chicken wasnt great, one could tell the stale oil even though they were freshly fried.

Potentially the worst KFC in Australia. Extremely slow, ordered 2 zinger box’s waited in drive thru for a good 20 only to get to the collection window they said they have no wicked wings, pretty much the only reason anyone orders a zinger box for. The actual burger was so rubbish looked and tasted like it had been sitting on a bench for a few hours. Asked for a Pepsi max the server even said here the Pepsi max as he handed me a standard Pepsi. The lettuce shortage also ment the sad looking zinger burger was even sader with cabbage. Terrible experience, would not recommend 0.5/10.

Dirty tables and chairs, had to wipe down ourselves.. chicken was super super dry. Next time I’m cooooooma we’ll keep driving

Was really average half cooked chips old chicken no flavour at all.

Shocking service,chips not cooked an than put that much salt on them .we put them in the bin.

Disgusting oily , undercooked chicken not Maintaining KFC standards

Despite the fact that they were very busy, this KFC got my order 100% correct, which unfortunately, cant be said about other KFCs. However, the quality of chicken doesnt live up to the quality of other KFCs in Australia

Absolutely disgusting. Had to listen to lady in red beanie and 2 young boys behind counter saying f and c to each other 4 almost 45mins.

Visited this KFC outlet they took almost 1/2 an hour to deliver the order . Tables not clean as they are under staffed for peak hours. Most of the menu special boxed meal where not available. Visit only if other options are not available.

Terrible Food.Tenders were small and undercooked, chips were bad and half full.

Was speedy service,As it was weekend and was super busy.The front team members smashed it well.Chicken was a-bit oily.

The last straw. Been here a few times. Tried the touch screens-they barely worked. Ordered a 3 piece dinner box but the order cancelled at the eftpos stage. 12 yr old guy behind the counter was watching me the whole time. Ordered with him at counter. He takes my cash, goes out the back. Comes back 10 seconds later and says we have no chicken. KFC has no chicken! I cancel order and get chips. Sit in car right outside the front window and watch people coming in getting chicken! The Colonel would be rolling in his grave-a KFC with no chicken that still takes your money! Never again.

It was excellent KFC,though as always with KFC you usually have to ask for napkins,.They are the worst fast food restaurant for this

To whoever organised the roster for 8pm onward on 26th of june, not a single table was clean, literally everywhere covered in food scraps. Also the two guys at the front speak to customers like ordering food is a sin

Being a Cooma resident this is kind of sad but I will never be coming back to this kfc was told I would have to wait 30 to 40 minutes all I ordered was 2 large chips a box of nuggets and a potato and gravy.. 30 to 40 minutes....

The chicken was a little bit oily, I think they used fresh chicken

Cooma Mankey Duck never disappoints. Quick service and I havent gotten food poisoning yet, I dont know what all the others are on about

This is the second time in six months that Ive eaten here while travelling. The chicken was super dry both times, I couldnt eat even half of it tonight. There was barely any salt on the chips (even though I asked for extra saltand there was no sauce (my toddler loved that 🙄). Worst of all, the potato and gravy was spilled all through my box, the lid was smashed so the whole bag had clearly been dropped. The kid who served us was nice, but this is probably the worst kfc that Ive ever been to. Ill definitely never go there again.

Hands down the worst kfc on the face of this earth, would rather eat red rooster over this joint any day

Very poor quality food, even for fast food standards. As per usual, they got the order wrong.

You clowns that work behind the counter cooking this garbage are going to realise one day that you had an opportunity to express your work ethics and make a difference!!! But No! You decided to clown around like Looosers that you are and hold everyone up!!! Good luck in the Dole Queues you clowns

Desperate stop as not much else open, shambles of an operation and very average at best food, but it is KFC so had extremely low expectations which were met

Terrible, couldnt get anyone on the speaker to take my order and so when I drove to the booth he then refused to take my order saying he didnt know how too, all this after queueing for 20 minutes.

Food has always been hot and fresh. I order online through the app. Very happy with Cooma KFC.

They were super slammed and the poor drive thru person was being abused by a customer, but they were very professional still, upfront about wait times and very apologetic. I had THE BEST crunch wrap I have ever had. Super impressed with the quality of the food.

Its a typical KFC. The food is the same as anywhere else. Service was quite good.

Pathetic. Service was extremely slow. Only one person on the till and trying to make up orders at the same time. Our order was incomplete and hubby had to go back and get the rest of it. Very disappointed as Cooma KFC used to be great.

I experienced the worst customer service ever today (02/03/22at 1:25pm by a male (man potentially 30’s or 40’s). I cannot believe any business would want him as part of their team. As I walked in to order I walked past a tradie working out the front and the front doors were wide opened. I asked him if I was fine to go in, he said yes, they had just opened the front section. A man walked around the counter and told me EXTREMELY rudely that the front was not open (however I could see drive thru was businessand there were signs all over the front door. I explained the front door was open so I didn’t see any signs, the worker said they had opened and that I was actually unable to go through drive thru because my car alone is too tall and we are towing a caravan anyway. He rudely took my order, and while he was making the chips a co-worker out the back yelled out and asked if the front was opened and he proceeded to yell back so I could here ‘I guess we are now’ he handed me my chips (that is all I was afterand I was on my merry way.He should feel lucky to have a job because if he was working in my business and acted like this he would not have one.

Fast service is good, but only when the food is perfect. Chips had more eyes than a spider, and green tinting evident, virtually no seasoning and the nuggets were soft and tasteless. Would have been nice to have been given some dipping sauces too, but I wasnt even asked if I wanted sauces or which flavours

Its not that hard to get an order correct... Twice this year now Ive gone through the drive-through and after leaving Cooma thinking I should check my order and Ive had different items from what I ordered. They even repeat my order as they give it through the window but it has different things in the bag...

I work there, the food is pretty alright, coworkers try their best, sometimes I myself miss some stuff for orders or even give less change than I realise. But as someone who is there, everyone is nice to work with and we all do our best with what we have to do.

This review is dedicated to Julian. Never before have I received such passionate and enthusiastic service from a business, let alone a fast food joint. Normally I’m just keen for some of the colonels finest, but today I was just stoked at how happy this bloke could make all of the customers that he served.You earnt that ribbon on your chest, and you wear it with pride. Julian from dirty bird Cooma, you love your job and we are all the richer for it.

Im glad that one lady wasnt charged for plenty of free sauces .I on the other hand Was charged 50c for each small packet. And while ordering, I decided to add French fries and a drink to my order and instead of using a larger box, they stuffed the fries into the small box crushing the roll into the chicken and the fries crushed into all that. My daughter was disappointed. I should have checked everything before I left; I would have taken it back. This isnt the first time Ive had problems with the KFC in Cooma,but this is the first time Ive complained.

Weirdly enough this place is possibly the most consistently good KFC around. I don’t know why but it’s always very juicy. I still think KFC needs to do something about how orders are placed and received they’re the worst fast food joint for that. Still this KFC is pretty good.
