KFC Caboolture City in Morayfield

My husband just picked up our order and a whole large chips were missing. Not good enough

This is one of the better KFC stores within 25km.. best food.. not drowning in oil. And a much better taste all round.. as for the staff.. they were kind and friendly.. but mistakes made are easy fixed.. people always check your order before you leave

Food was little over cooked chips was on the empty side the serves was good overall ok experience

Once again they had Fked our order again. Trying to ring the store, no one will answer the phone.

once again ordered food missing items how hard is it to make sure a order is complete . it really is fraud

Ordered tonight. Half of my family box is missing, kfc won’t answer the phone absolutely disgusting.I spend $60 I expect to get what I ordered. And this isn’t the first time either. It’s usually only one thing missing tho not half of my order.

Well, wont be back to this 1... went to the toilet - it appeared that someone went previously with a sprinkler. Would have not been attended to for a while as the smell was next level. The service staff appeared to be set in slow motion and appeared to be more interested in chatting with each other than getting the orders out. Now I understand they were busy with the orders covering the order screen. 20mins and my order was still 4 from service. Order was a double burger chips deal. Chips were warm at best and the burgers could be compared to a hockey puck - In appearance, temp and taste. EPIC FAIL 😐

Ordered a double tender burger, and they gave me 2 chicken strips in a small paper bag.

0/10. The chips here are awful taste like my ex-husband Bret Jones

Food quality standard , parking is terrible restaurant ambience is ok without being great

Can smell the sweet beautiful smell of KFC from the Caboolture Train station. Very enticing after a long day at work. Have to give in at least once a fortnight. That Large Zinger box combo with gravy and extra salt on the chips. U cant go wrong.

Heads up that this place can get busy with the drive through spilling onto the street. Apart from that its a decent kfc

I ordered 10 tenders for $10 plus large chips, the chips were luke warm at best and soggy, the so called tenders were not much bigger than a chicken nugget and tasted like they were reheated in old oil..... NEVER going back to this KFC again. So, overall the worst store i have ever been too.

Quick and easy service the store was clean and the staff friendly

Toilets were absolutely disgusting, no toilet paper in one and both were dirty and smelt terrible. There was a young girl cleaning tables that were already clean, so I told her she might want to go check the toilets. Not very good when you have a disabled person with you and they cant even use the toilet

Do workers take chips out of the fryer before they r ready? Just got some meals from the Caboolture store. Chip packets half full and not cooked. Meals were cold. Popcorn chicken tasted like they had been sitting for hours.

Probably the worst meal I have had from a KFC. My Zinger meal was cold, the fries oily, soft and cold. The only thing warm was the bottle of Pepsi Max. The staff were indifferent.

Had to clean table ourselves dispite it only being 9:50 am and not busy as there was no clean tables or seats. Parking lot had rubbish everywhere. Only thing Id recommend this KFC for would be food poisoning.

Nearly every time I go to this restaurant, they get something wrong with our order

The best they so busy and they smashed the line in the drive thru was long and was moving the inside was busy but not waitingMAYBE THEY Should TEACH KFC AT DECEPTION BAY A THING OR 2because they are have no idea

What does one say about the greasy goodness that is KFC. The drive through is a little tight to take the tinny through, but they have one of the highest rates of getting the order right then other stores.

As it was Mothers day we went to the store to eat in so that mum could have a day off. As we ordered our meal to eat in was told that had no plates to to the meal so we asked if there was napkins to use, and then no forks or spoons to eat with??? What is going on with the world 🌎 😳 will never ever be going back again

Usually ok there but Ive noticed the staff are more interested in talking to each other while customers wait for food n to be served. Then they forgot my chips in order 😒

Drive though was packed, after manoeuvring through the tiny car park and finding the only park it was definitely quicker to walk in and order food was to be expected for the dirty bird

Had our order stuffed up yet again, it’s beyond a joke now. Everytime we go there , they leave something out of the order and tonight the entire order was wrong not to mention cold with hard stale bread rolls.

Usual take away standard, not a bad store, I guess you only come here for non nutritional food that tastes good

Service was alright only forgot my coleslaw but was very quick to replace it

Chicken is inconsistent some time excellent sometimes un eatable chips are always good and the service is great

The chicken tasted so fresh and yummy, the staff are friendly, and even though they were flat out busy during the lunch rush, they did my order fast.

The only girl working the service area was very polite and welcoming. She was run off her feet with no one to help.

Great staff on shift this arvy 👍👍 peak hour and big line up but the line wait was pretty fast and food order was accurate. I dont even usually write reviews but there were 6-8 cars in front of me and only waited 3-5 mins through the drive through.

Got a random phone call from the store manager today following up an issue I had with an order from September 2021. Long story short the manager and I had a great conversation around staff training and customer expectations. I felt as though I was treated far better than I expected. Just a great manager and wants to get every customers order correct. I recommend.

My experience was NOT good. Masks shld not be worn during communication with customers. I ordered a zinger box, expecting to find a burger i found instead popcorn chicken. I was also not given any utensils to eat with. Terrible service.

I ordered a giant feast yesterday atthe drive through , who ever packed ittried to make it look good.That actual bucket is a 15 piece.There was 7 wings out of that 15 pieceat the bottom of the bucket,What would the manager of the store hadsaid if you said no wings in my pack please.

Dont waste any money here. Got Dinner from here and the chicken was old. Family of 7 and we all have been feeling sick after eating it. Toilet got a awesome work out. If you wanna lot of toilet runs enjoy! Morayfield store much better. What has happened to this store the manager needs to up their game.

Regularly get our orders wrong but are happy to help and fix their mistakes. Always nice staff and never had to wait too long. Good food when they get it right.

Spent nearly $60 there last night. Food was disgusting. Chips were raw. Tender burger looked like it was thrown in the bag.Other tenders were cold and one looked as though someone had been picking at it. Ordered sauces did not get one. Tried ringing for nearly a hour either the line was busy or it just rang out. Never ever will I buy from this place. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place. Sarah Borthwick

Ok if your getting small meals but I have found that most times if your ordering larger meals in family sizes like I do they just cant get my order right. Wouldnt mind if it was a one off but it happens almost every time I go there. We get KFC once a fortnight and now I have learnt not to leave the store until I check my order fully.

Staff are very friendly but the food is very average. More often than not its over cooked and covered in grease or the staff give you incorrect items or forget items completely. I give three stars mainly for the enthusiasm and friendliness of the staff.

The seating at the dining tables are all ripped the vinyl ones every single vinyl seat has rips in it it looks terrible the floors dirty the tables went clean properly I went into the restroom the toilet has a pipe that goes into the wall you could see pubic hairs and dust or on it the underside of the toilet seat was bright yellow stain it didnt want to flush properly the hand machine that you wash and wipe air dry your hands was the loudest that I have ever seen and there was no back baffle on it. All in all the store itself is ratty dirty and run down the staff were just staff nothing amazing the food was ok the chips werent they were horrible but the Twister was really good and so were the burgers and you dont do soft serves or any type of thing like that which is a shame

Always had good service till today. I pulled up to make my order " place your order " i continue to look at what I want " place your order" this time I said " just looking at the moment" nothing, no response. Cashier window is closed, no sign to let customers know to pay at pick up window.Get to the window, once again, no greeting, asks for my money. I decided to say something " You know part of customer service is greeting the customer, engaging with them". Staff member just continues to look at me. Passes me my food, still without saying anything. Before leaving i said " You are rude.Still nothing, no " sorry "So 1 star for service.
