KFC Beaufort West in Beaufort West

It was great, terminals does not allow Apple Pay.. a bit annoying.

The people helping me was not too friendly but got the job done. After my order was pleased at the pay point AL was good but at pick up I was informed that one part of my order was not in stock any more and I had to take something else.The food whas oily and would rather go to the KFC at the truck stop outside of town Cape Town side for better food kwality.

The food is always fresh. Enjoyed it!!!Will definitely stop there again.

Service is to slow for a town that gets travelers who need to meet schedules

Perfect service. It didnt feel like it was full. I got my order within 5 minutes of being there. Place was clean. The manager was perfect and a great host to everyone.

It is a standard KFC, the staff are friendly although the ordering window needs to be repaired

Service was okay, however. While dining there were beggars watching and asking for food or money, others would come in and check the bins for left overs. It was scary.

We ordered full bucket of chicken underneath they put all burnt chicken but they exchanged them for us. It is as if they wanted us to discover that on our way to Bloemfontein.

Unfortunately cant cope with large amounts of people. No salt, no coleslaw, no this ,that or the other & chicken tastes bad

We were traveling back home from Kzn to Cape Town. were hunger and tired and expected a nice meal but were so disappointed. Nice friendly staff but the KFC was below average. They got our order wrong, they had no tomato sauce, the nuggets had no sauce, we had to ask for some which was given to us in thise small mash and gravy bowls By the time we ate the food was cold. So disappointed.

Clean, staff, friendly, quick to get your order.

No Pap , no coffee their machine always damaged I ask cashiers more than 4times on different dates I was very disappointed

I always enjoy stopping here for brunch when I travel but the chicken was so bad on this day. It didnt taste like KFC at all... it was salty and had too much black pepper.

The place was full of uncomfortable smell that makes someone to vomit. Sorr was not good.

Their service is excellent and theyre very quick with their ordes

This was a disappointing experience. One error after another led to a partially filled order which took 25 minutes to materialize. Lets hope my experience here is the exception rather than the rule.

Loved it friendly staff, the space is big at the parking lot easy to navigate from parking to drive-thru

I last visited this place at 12 midnight and it had only one assistant while the orders were a lot, but besides that it has all meals KFC points offer. The other feature I liked was the wide space and a lot of chairs and tables it had. If you dont like to sit next to other people especially during this Covid-19 pandemic, this place is the option.

Once they took long with my order . So they gave me two drinks free .Then again i took a drive after i ordered and they gave my order to someone else . But when i got there atleast i got fresh chicken afterwards.

Quick and fast service.We were on our way to Jbg from CT, my family and I stopped for refreshments and decided to have meal there. So friendly

We enjoyed the breakfast special. There were lots of homeless people outside the KFC who begged and this caused a dilemma. Although I understand their plight and tried to support, it necessitated sitting inside due to being bombarded.

Great food and friendly service. The 🚻 need some attention.No handsoap in the dispenser and handbasin tap as well as toilet cistern leaks a lot of water.

Passing through Beaufort West over lunch time on route... At KFCs drive-through we waited a few minutes longer than anticipated, however, the staff was friendly, got the order right and apoIogised for the short delay.

Yhoooo....what a disaster of having to wait more than 30 minutes for drive thru food after placing an order today. Even the guy in front of us hooted irritably. Whats worse the car at the very front was only given 3 cone ice cream....you must be joking🙆‍♀️🙆‍♀️🙆‍♀️. Beaufort west KFC please up your game...cos we driving from Cape Town to Northwest and needed meat....and to waste full 45 minutes on the quee is not ayoba...we have 8 hours trip ahead of us....

Please be vigilant if you park outside here. There are a number of streets kids/adults who hang around in the parking lot and will approach to ask for some money; unfortunately in the process they try to distract you and cleverly pickpocket where they can. Fortunately we caught the kid stealing my dads phone but it was a rather unpleasant experience. The KFC staff were helpful in offering to check the surveillance footage if we needed to go to the police.

Very quick and clean environment especially in the light of many travellers between provinces. However there are aslo many people who are asking for money in the parking area, that may not go down well for many customers who are used to have security deal with such people. Understandable, Beaufort West has high unemployment rate.

Outside parking is clean and safe. Drive through is clean. If you decide to go and eat inside or use the drive through,you wil get a service with a smile and a heartfelt welcome. I just cannot complain about KFC Beaufort west branch. They do know how to treat their customers well.

We were welcome with a smile. The food was nice. I had ice cream and my friend had mash potatoes and gravy and chicken We were tied and fell a sleep in the parking area in our car. The security looked after us,so we were safe. What a nice experience.

On Friday 31 Jan 2021 I drove through. And I ordered 3 pieces of chicken, mash and gravy, coleslaw and a bread. I received chips. The meat smelled offish. The chips were dry. And I will never ever stop there again.

Horrible KFC I have ever visited. KFC should take its franchise. Zinger wings were extremely hot. Tables dirty and wonder what will happen in this corona. Toilets extremely dirty, couldnt use their toilets. Ooh no I had a nasty experience.

Its just perfect, despite that I wasnt given spices, but I think thats a tiny mistake because I asked for them and I was given with no hesitation.Timing is great, meat is fresh and customer service is super quick.

Should always prepare for many people since it is on the route for long distance drives, and also during weekends. Now we had to wait for +30 min whilst were rushing.

Very dirty toilets, no toilet paper.Over all dirty appearance.Very long waiting time 11 orders on the systems.Waited 20 min...pathetic.Very disorganized.Not your typical KFCWonder if KFC head office even cares when I read the other comments here.

Stay away .... Far far away!For context I need to explain we left JHB for CT at 02:00 and stopped on Beaufort West for lunch (we had snacks for breakfast but all of us were starving)- I had to repeat my order multiple times and they still got it wrong.- it took them forever to get the order together; chaotic and disorganised would be an understatement which would be perfectly understandable if they were busy but we were the only ones at the counter!- when I pointed out my order was wrong the staff were unapologetic, disinterested and very condescending by saying "well then you must order and pay extra"- the burger I ordered was so stale it fell to pieces when I picked it up.(see pictureIt tasted dry like cardboard. It was replaced quickly enough with a burger of similar quality so I only ate the the sliver of chicken and left the bun.- My wife who is the KFC fan and regularly has the "twister" in CT left half of her twister as it just tasted off.- No serviettes or tomato sauce was included so had to queue for those also.To top it off there were several locals harrassing us for more money the entire time we sat and ate; after they started swearing at us and getting aggressive we hastely discarded what was left of our lunch and got out of there.If I could I would give this place a fat 0 stars but a single star will have to do.Avoid by any means - worst value for money / terrible quality food and service / unsafe KFC outlet I have ever experienced :-(

The place was smelling like faeses, we tried to determine where it came from. maybe the ice cream machine near the open door, drainage outside by open door. Or the entrance to the toilet is right next to the entrance. Maybe it is nothing. Is the size if the thigh the same at all outlets?
