Did not eat in, just got our food and left

I would give it 0 stars if I could. The store and kitchen is absolutely filthy, and they have messed up my order more times than I can remember. Chicken is also disgusting, I will never go back.

One of the worst KFC‘s I’ve ever been to. very rude and bad customer service, felt extremely rushed. The chips had no salt on them, tenders smelt like road kill, were extremely salty and tasted like the oil hasn’t been changed in months. every time i go here i am disappointed. this meal ruined my day.

Girl with the tiara on her head this evening Friday 8th October 5.30pm should learn some manners. Very rude and unprofessional, regardless of whoever she seems to believe she is....

Went there during the school holidays, Labour Day exactly, after Oyster Farmer Daughter rudely declined and scammed us (read that review cause it was hella story).It did save us during our desperate time of need because all the restaurants in close proximity were closed due to the public holiday and we were near the desolate farm-like terrain.Our first impression was alright for a KFC. The male’s toilet was atrocious with a broken urinal and urine filled to the brim. There was no female toilet but a well-kept unisex toilet.The food was acceptable but the order system was a complete mess, the employees only announcing the order but not the order number. The did not provide napkins and wipes unless you physically asked.The state of the tables and chairs were a little dirty and full of crumbs. The TV was also set too low and ironically featured ads of opposing competitors such as McDonald’s, Domino’s and Hungry Jacks.Though these concerns were little overlooked by our ferocious hunger. Overall underwhelming and could be better. 2 stars.

Wow. Does this place need a clean!!! The mens toilets were horrendous and that was before 12pm today?Food was good however.

Ordered a 3 piece feed the chicken pieces were that small nuggets wouldve been bigger nothing good comes out of this store absolutely pathetic

Not to busy this time, fairly efficient and we were on our way quickly.

Always have good experience with drive through, sometimes have to park and wait on food which is understandable.Had a bad experience with going in to get food. Service was slow, staff unhappy and swore at customers when customers where wondering what is taking so long.

my son got food poisoning here! workers were smoking out back of woolies. your staff needs to be sorted.

Still one starEither oil dripping throughout bag.or dont have sides that go with order,or dry small pieces,or chicken off bones,or totally screw up,or dont have the correct pieces like box of wings etc etc.chips not cooked probably.etcRun of of this and that.my experience is at night dinner time!!!!

The food was dreadful dry añd hadBeen cooked some time ago.Most of the chicken went in theGarbage bin.

I realise this place is short staffed but to leave a trainee struggling to take and fill orders inside by their self whilst all other staff tend to the Drive through area is utterly unfair to the staff member

Thay never get the order correct always something missing or incorrect. Its about time kfc batemans bay closed up shop. Its the worst kfc Ive ever been to by far. Thay are rude and have no idea what thay are doing. Its been like this for years.

Discusting, food scraps and rubbish all over floors inside and out, staff outside in eating area smoking, hospital ecg stickers stuck on walls, bins overflowing and the only CHILD cleaning wiped a table then the top of bin before moving to next table then we decided that we just couldnt eat there. ONE STAR IS TOO MANY

Staff very pushy when placing an order,ran out of original chicken, chips were hard still green, Zinger burger was soggy well truly the wurst KFC ever had, Mc Donalds next time .not worth one 🌟.

Had the single best feed of KFC ive ever had in my life. Who ever was working there on Thursday 28th of April and cooking that night needs a promotion ASAP.

I take my hat off to the boy around 15/16 today -5 2:15 on front counter packing and serving people, he was so nice and caring had about 20 orders and a bunch of angry customers but still but up and did he’s job so well, he deserves his behaviour to been shown keep it up man!!

Fast service. KFC here always seams fresh. On scored 4 because staff on the day were not very happy or inviting.

Average food and generally very poor customer service. Worst nuggets I have ever had .Maccas is just as bad. Better off paying a bit more for real burgers from local take awaysDrive thru is convenient - unless KFC say their eftpos is down lol

Most filthiest place ever, dirty and disgusting, couldn’t eat the food for fear of poisoning. Should have taken photo, dried out chicken. A Broom would be handy and a clean out of the overflowing rubbish bins would also be good. KFC Batemans Bay - Clean your act up. You bring shame to the other restaurants.

Pretty good. Check your meals before you leave drive thru everytime though

Not happy at all, ordered and paid for 6 piece pack, 3 wicked wings and 5 strips. Should have checked before leaving the store as I have now arrived home in Moruya to discover there are only 3 small pieces and the 3 wicked wings in the box, certainly not going to feed the family and it’s not worth the hour to drive there and back let alone the fuel to get what we paid for. Will never go hear again the staff are rude ordered my meal last night and the young girl throws my meal across the counter and walks off teach Ur staff better

food was good but drive through useless , i was yelling and repeating myself multiple times for my order and they still got the wrong order and couldn’t hear. honestly dissatisfied

Respect our staff the sign says ,as the young rude girl is laughing having a joke as youre ordering.Dont expect respect if you dont give it back!

Im not sure if it because we were wearing masks but after arriving home 30km away, I discovered that my order was incorrect.... This also happened a couple of years ago..

Paid full price: only received a little over half of what should have been in the boxes we ordered and poor quality, at least the chips were hot.We bought an ultimate box and a beer burger box: we were informed that there was no chicken pieces left, but they would give us chicken tenders to replace it. We said that was fine. What we got in the ultimate box: 1 chicken burger with a tiny bit of chicken on it. A half of a strip of chicken half portion of small chips potatoes and gravy and a drink.Beer burger box :1 chicken burger with 2 rubber like onion rings. A strip of chicken, half portion of small chips potatoes and gravy and a drink.

Zingerburger patties are as thin as paper. Now whether that may be due to a supply issue I dont know, but until I have a quality burger there its going to be 2star

A kind young man by the name of Tyler was the only employee actively trying to get us our food. By far the best customer service I’ve ever experienced from any kfc employee I’ve seenTyler deserves a promotion

I am honestly grossed out by the Batemans Bay KFC. It was disgustingly dirty. My chicken was Grey in colour and the chips were so over salted I couldn’t let my grand daughter eat them.obviously run by children that dont care. Shame.I will never go back! Yuk!

Worst KFC in Australia.every time I have been there they are out of something on the menu, chicken is never crispy and always dripping with additional oil.ordered a 6pce of original recipe and received 5 wings and one drum stick that looked like it had a bite out of it.I have come home to re-cook the Chicken so I can at least have some crispy skin.dont go past 7pm food is always soggy.This KFC should be shut down and start a new because for 5 years its been horrendous, every now and then I try to see if they have improved but every time Im disappointed.

Food was ok, however drive thru was so delayed that it backed into the bridge mall car park. Dined-in instead, some food was left on tables, and tables not wiped down. Toilet was left to be desired however.

Good food and Good Staff. Truly a fine work of art that they are able to craft with only the use of chicken products. Delicious and clean always.

Visiting the Bay we decided to have KFC on our last night..oh god! As a Customer Service Specialist I can honestly say my experience was appalling. We were the only people in store, 4 team members all looked straight at me and looked away, was ignored for over 5 minutes. All looked at us multiple times as they were doing whatever it was they were doing with no acknowledgement whatsoever. Eventually we were served with "are you ready?" I ordered and then had to explain my order twice. They also forgot the Coleslaw and when I mentioned it they just handed it to me no apologies no nothing. I found this very rude and wont go again. Very unprofessional

Cant complain to much, food was fresh & tasted good, friendly staffbut like M.D in the bay, drive thru seems to be the priority over walk in customers 🤷‍♂️(Kfcs location, carpark & drive thru set up makes more sense being that way though so Im basing my stars on the food & service only unlike M.D)

Worse experience ever, after waiting in the drive through line for over 20 minutes, staff rude, could not get order right, had run out of Pepsi and Pepsi Max, no water still wanted to charge full price for combo even when I explained I only drink water, would not even give me some tap water in a cup. Once we drove off found order wrong, no serviette or spoon to eat potato and gravy when I rang to complain not even interested. Will never go to this store again.

Staff are rude and get orders completely wrong and items missing all together. Food quality poor even by KFC standards. Not worth the risk

Unfortunately this place would come absolute last in any competition involving a local business with the cleanest floors and work spaces. Much against my better judgement, I took my family there for lunch. Regrettably nothing had changed from my previous visits ie grotty floors in the public food area, food scraps kicked under the food warmers, and absolutely no attempt to sweep the floors (or god forbid, wipe the tablesin the 60 odd minutes that we stayed there. If I was to put all of this commentary into a single word then Disgusting would certainly be the most appropriate!

Typical Batemans Bay KFC. No tower burgers. We don’t come to KFC very often because our local one in Batemans Bay is so hit and miss. Haven’t been here in 6 months. Thought I’d try my luck with a tower burger, an old favourite advertised all over the TV at the moment. Out of stock. No hash browns or whatever they need to make up the tower. Won’t be back for another 6 months now. Probably not a bad thing.

We did counter service because our large trailer would not fit through the drive through. ... The drive through was being served quickly. We waited 35 minutes for two meals... not fast food in my books.

Outstanding experience, food is always served hot and fast through the drive through. Even had a sheila run outside the store just to hand me my regular coleslaw that they forgot. Peak time to eat at this KFC is between 12-3pm

Our order came quite fast, was correct and everything tasted good and was crispy. However, the guy who ordered after us was waiting for a good 15 minutes (we finished our mealsand other customers were served before him... That didnt seem right. I guess they are understaffedy as the person at the counter taking the orders has to pack them as well, so whenever there are a bunch of people, nothing goes out, as long as the staff member is taking new orders. So maybe 1 person more in rush hour and everything should be fine!
