Everything was great except the long wait in line.. I guess thats why its KFCAlways delicious and tasty

So, I googled KFC Accra Mall. I got the link and got a number er associated to it. I made my order, and paid via a number I was sent. I got to the Mall to have the feed picked up and I was told they have never heard of that number. So I got scammed. Nice One how can KFC have a number sneaked onto their site used for scam? SMH

Good food and no long waiting queue

Order taking and preparation is more than 40 minutes, some customers drinking beer which should not be allowed. Service very poor.

I bought chips and chicken and it was tasty at all and this is the first time am experiencing this

The place is always busy from 12am going when dine in plenty people are there not to comfort to for me

Limited seats for customers to sit. Had to wait for about 30mins before I could get a free spot to sit and eat.

Great experience, good food and serene environment though can get very busy and not spacious.

I came to buy streetwise 2 and mini Oreo Krushers around 9:30 and the chicken was extremely hard looked more like stale chicken that had been refried my mum sells food so I know stale chicken. And hence I couldn’t eat the chicken because of how hard it was. I complained to the manager I wanted to do a survey and for like 30 mins I was seated there unattended to they had taken the survey portion off my receipt and she and her staff were just talking about me and making funny comments that I have been sent and blah blah as if I wasn’t present. I just wanted to do a survey and that is what I got in return. Such bad hospitality.

Service on point. Food temperature nice and hot.

No washroom. The place is not spacious. Staff are not up to task. I literally had to clean the table myself before using it.Chicken was lower standard of KFC chicken I know.More seriousness must be employed.

Fast service. The food was very good and almost like home. It was nice to be able to come here for a taste of home. I love Ghanaian food but sometimes you just need to have that home feeling.

Bad customer care , very selective. Dont know why the originals here tastes different from other KFCs

Timing was bad and the supervisor was very rude to some of the staff and was shouting on top of your voice to the hearing of the customers within the premises.

An exquisite place for shopping in Ghana for tech products, food items, supplies and accessories as well as for clothes at reduced prices. Truly a sensational place for shopping.

Their premise seems to be small for the current human traffic that it generates daily.Their AC couldnt provide the comfort of a cool room as the place was warm.Inadequate seats for their waiting customers hence many were standing.However, their delivery time was shorter and their spicy chicken, as always, was great.There is enough car parking space

For an eatery at a Mall and for a popular joint like KFC I expect the sitting area for food to be much bigger than what’s there. The place is always packed beyond capacity and there’s barely any place to sit and eat sometimes. Maybe the idea is for people to just buy and find another place to sit and eat. But my question is where are the customers expected to go.To the good part, the fries were amazing the spicy chicken was spicy and crispy. The ladies there are nice. Customer service is an 8/10 for me.

I ordered for my food and ordered for food and ordered an extra regular chips to go with it which they didnt add. I called to complain and got no help at all, I also reported to them on Instagram still no feedback. They mustnt get too comfortable because theyre a widely known brand. I too am a customer and I wasnt treated right, and Id keep saying it until they render an apology. Lemme also put on record I purchased food for 21 people at almost a 1,000ghc

Very nice and clean location. The food was hot and delicious. They have a very organized system and a screen even shows you when your order number is being prepared. I did not have to wait long for a large family order. Would definitely recommend!

I love crusher but todays own tasted too sweet than usualToo many sugar added.But the chicken nice.Am back here today and you guys served me a left over chicken mixed with new onesWow .

Food was hot and tasted good . Tables were not cleaned had to throw someone else food bags away just to eat at the table and wipe it down with baby wipes 😔 not as clean as Osu or The Junction Mall.

Despite being a busy one, this KFC is the smallest Ive been to after KFC-Circle - seating space is very small. Service is fast but waiting times are a tad-bit long due to business. Its very easy to find in that big mall.

One of many KFC outlets in the city of Accra. Located at the Accra Malls food court, the outlet is cool if you are eating in but excellent for take outs as well. Staff are friendly and courteous too.

Tables are too small. So this makes the dining in experience uncomfortable.As for the chicken, I dont think it tastes or smells like UK KFC. Im not a fan of the coating used. Makes the chicken too crackerly.What we were served was also too damn hot. Like it had just come out of the presdure cooker.Wont be back.

I loved the inscription on the wall it says "everyone is welcome bring your family and friends, laugh alot make new memories, stay as long as you want etc"

Staff were not that friendly. They seemed to be frowning most of the time. Its hot inside so its best to dine outside. The seasoning for the chicken was quite bland. I ate there three times, so perhaps this is how this particular branch prepares their food. If youre okay with chicken that labels itself hot and spicy, without a trace of such attributes, go ahead.

A bigger space would be a great idea, but still a nice place

I visited the KFC Accra Mall branch and the heat was just unbearable. The air-condition was not working and the staff seems not be bothered about it because according to a lady who was speaking to a man who enquired about it, they have reported it severally and nothing has been done about it. Its soooo horrible experience. Almost everybody in there was sweating profusely because of the heat emanating from the kitchen. KFC dont only sell, but be concern about the customer experience as well. Cant you also automate the calling of customer numbers instead of your staff rudely shouting on top of their voices?

I have failed so many times, the heart breaks and disappointments, the tears , I nearly gave up, but you oh Lord never gave up on me . You reminded me of what am worth, yes am worth more than gold. Am still standing here because of your love and grace. Thank you Lord Jesus 🙏🏽

Got there a bit early but had to wait past the advertised start of work time. TBH I was expecting a better meal than oil rice and chicken drenched in oil. So oily it looked like water.

The spicy hot chicken isnt spicy at all. The chicken here was oily. Hopefully its gets better 😌 .

I love the smartness and courteousness of the staff here. Nothing is more refreshing than enjoying a sumptuous meal served by very lovely workers. I will always buy from here

Get the Bucket for 1 or the Duos. KFC actually gives alternative ways of getting the same thing. We need more flavours of the Sundae too. Generally less expensive as it has always been
