KFC in Kroonstad

Chicken pieces where very oily,thicker pieces was not cooked all the way and tasteless. The burger I got was dry,the sauce were barely noticeable on the bun.

Firstly let me say I buy food at this KFC, often but 17/10/2022 food, service and atmosphere was horrible.The wings were so salty my heart sank🧂 with disappointment,waited for hours for my horrible meal ,the KFC tables were not even wiped my 261 oder number took forever to be called and one bothered to ask why is order 280 out before mine.See if those orders were ice cream 🍦 and I would understand, but iyoh they were meals.KFC stuff that were in yesterday, Im disappointment 😞, I know how yall work very hard to serve us ,and to also put food on the tables for your loved but we are also customers as well.A little apology and letting me know that my order will take longer than usual will be appreciated.

Just because I cant give zero. We waited 30 minutes for 2 brekkie wraps and a snack burger.

I was on holiday and my son Kevin begged to stop for KFC , he was very tired of farm food and wanted chicken. My son ordered the box chicken . THE CHICKEN WAS RAW!!!! He ran to the bathroom . We had to rush him to hospital to check for salmonella. NEVER GOING BACK. I want a refund with cooked chicken !!

Quick, excellent customer service and menu.

Not warm welcoming, the lady was tense. Relentless response when asked if breakfast menu was available of self service booth.

Good chicken could use bigger venue and card machines

I was passing through Kroonstad and bought a twister and took the option of the bottled cold drink instead of the machine. I realised after I have driven out of the town that the Coke was opened before and was not full😡

My chips was ice cold,the floor was dirty,see me no more near this KFC of KROONSTAD

The doors of the shops were wide open, got there and the two ladies there told me the shop is closed and the cant make anything even a cup of coffee why will the shop be open if there is nothing to sellKfc kroonstad at Rietz street the ladies there this morning around 8 were very rude!

Its fine...I just hate parking outside when clearly it is a drive thru nott a park thru staff is not trained up to standards

This is the Kakest kfc I ever been to ..Did 4 transactions for 1 order because they dont listen when a customer gives a order and the food was Cold and chips was Kak sleg ... wouldnt recommend any one to go there again. Wish i can give a zero Star .

You can place your oder on the machines and pay with your card! No need for standing in long lines...

Night shift staff customer service horrible, the one lady kept cleaning and bumped my cousin without saying sorry, the cashier called us "di slay" coffee was cold. Please train your staff there is alot of people without jobs and they are giving ur campony a bad name.

Nice place but service was a bit slow

Its was fine cos its the only fast food I saw close to the road open at night.

Was driving from Eastern Cape to Gauteng,had a great time and rest at KFC, service was quick and served with love

The place is clean with friendly staff, excellent service and delicious food.

Went through the drive thru ...no breakfast menu when I asked the cashier she insisted that the menu is there ....we ordered inside of the restaurant there was no cappuccinos , my cousin placed his.order after mine they gave him the wrong order which was a streetwise 2 ..And we had the brekkie box meal

Till lady is working twice as fast as everyone else and while waiting for chicken orders they dont help the small icecream order people. They must also wait. Im sure its month end problem but a problem that can get fixed with a little more enthusiastic staff.

The waitress were just acting like they were in shebeen. They were laughing amongst each sharing their news as if we are not there. They never asked us whether we are sitting or take aways. We ended up using serviettes as trays. So disgusting.

Poor service delivery. I waited for more than half an hour for meat to be cooked yet they told me about 15minutes. An its not for the first time that has happened. Its more than three times to be precise.

I visited this Store at 6.00am on a Sunday, the staff just ignored our presence as customers, taking into consideration that after a 2 hour drive from Johannesburg we wanted to make use of the bathroom, we were told that they misplaced the key. I will not visit this KFC store ever again.

Their service is so poor and youll wait for over 45min just for a mere streetwise 2 then over an hour for a twister. Mind you, when you finally get your order, its wrong.. Sweet chilli twister instead of regular...

Service was very bad, we where kept waiting for more than ten minutes before service. I forgot to take the cashiers name she is arrogant. Cashiers we at the back for long. Other people left the store. I never experienced such service. Actually the is nothing to rateOne is too much for me.

I waited 40 min in a drive through on the 18th of August 2018 at 22:00 after placing my order.There was only 2 cars ahead of me and no one had courtesy to inform us what was happening until I started knocking at the cashiers window thats when a woman appeared hurling insults at me "what if you break the glass what what, you wont afford to replace it......".I was directly in front of a camera at the cashier and I hope some investigations will be conducted.

Waited 5 minutes before I could place an order, the cashier did not greet me. They did not have fries available! My order took 25 minutes to prepare! They took it off the preparing list as if I had collected it and did not inform me of the problem till I finally asked where my order was.Extremely disappointed!
