I absolutely loved the food! It was fresh, hot and tasty. The service was fast and the staff was professional and the lady that attended me was kind. I would recommend.

Good clean and very and frendy staff.

The food, place, service and the staff were excellent, but they REALLY need to improve on the way they serve their chips. I only got thirteen fries/potato chips (yes...I counted). Which is so sad compared to other KFCs out of Mozambique.

This branch is located in Matola municipality. After the Shoprite intersection in N2 road the next traffic robot to the left. Really hard to miss. Enjoy you meal!

For fast food? More than okay

Reasonable chicken specially their 3 piece meal

Small store,you might feel uncomfortable to buy stuff there because there isnt enough space between people and for the second time something was missing on my order.

The quality has improved nicely

No receipts, food loosing quality. Low hygiene standard. During covid-19 water is provided at entrance. Sometimes the receiving bucket gets to overflow with dirty water. Very unsightly. This means managers do not oversee work.

Slow service on the part of the cooks. No lettuce was put on the burgers. The cashier was very nice and sadly was being abused by the clientele because of the kitchen staff.

They are preparing worst KFC I ever had, I had KFC in 4 continents. All I can say they make worst.

I hate the customer service here, they are completely arrogant and have an attitude to customers, i really want this to be fixed, i abhor the fact that kfc have Snobbish Employees

Wings were old. There was no water to wash hands. Ice cream machine doesnt work

Not bad for a KFC. It is clean and the service is good (for Mozambique). Stock shortages resulting in Menu items not being available is however frustrating
