KFC in Batticaloa

Need to improve their food quality and maintain the same quality of the food when they put special offers.Home delivery guys are donig wondreful job.Only one counters is available.Need to increase their counters.

Today I visited this kfc outlet i had a bad experience here customer service is very poor we were 10 people i asked a waiter to bring more chairs he doesn’t care about anything I waited for long and stood there I’m disappointed and I paid 17k for meals there’s not enough furnitures I’ll never visit again! And not clean enough lot of mess

Spice food, there were no cheese(all was cooked wihout it), there were no a lot of positions from menu.

This is one of world best chicken recepie Ive ever taste. We can take away this food. There are fried chicken, burger, submarine, french fries and etc. In srilanka we can get the sawan biriyani for srilankans. We can eat with friends and families. They have kids special menu. And they have lots of combo offers. There are lots of drinks like mojitos and soda. One of the must try place in batticaloa.

The KFC batticaloa is providing average taste of fried crispy chicken varieties which is not up to their brand, quality and that price range.

When their offers come we never miss out, its really worth for the money. No one can breakout their Crispy Chicken. Its the place for gathering with friends & family. One of our All time favorite place ever..!!!!

Not worth for money. Floor was very dirty. Messy presentation. Poor management. We were very dissatisfied with their food and service. We threw the food. I think I wasted my money...

KFC in Batticaloa is a perfect place for the chicken lovers. This place situated in the heart of the town.

Only KFC where you can not order french fries. The have given me some bull sheet logic. Hand drier didi not work

Terrible experience. When you order online they dont even send you a notification(msg). You have to sit and wonder if your order is gonna arrive or not. When you call them back after like 2 hrs they respond by saying your order has been canceled. Terrible experience.

Only KFC branch in Batticaloa area. Large parking area. Spacious seating capacity. Quick and friendly staffs. Maintain the taste and quality. Love their Spicy rice and hot drumplets portions a lot. Available in Savari foods and their own delivery Recommended for chicken lovers.

it’s really bad. they dont have burgers. i traveled from 40km.only fried chicken available. but have to wait 1 hour to get ready.very disappointed.retuning back to home with empty stomach. 😥

This time I have ordered delivery around 7.30pm. They mentioned delivery will be done within 45 minutes. It didnt reach even in 2 hours. Kids were waiting for long time and slept without taking their dinnerIt is a bad experience

One of the best restaurant In Batticaloa town. Most convenience location with large vehicle parking area. Good customer service, Tasty foods and chilled drinks. Best place for visit with families and friends. Kids playarea is also available in first floor.

I faced very bad experience @ Batticaloa KFC. The burger bun is very smaller and the chicken stuff is little bit inside the burger also taste is horrible. Too much water added to the drink. Upper floor isnt hygienic and smelly.Im totally dissapointed.

KFC chicken is tasty, every one knows, so I dont need to talk about that here. But, I can say about their services.Food is not prepared on that time. Its not hot always some times only we get hot.When we eat in 1st floor, no one come and ask for extra ketchup. We always have to go ground floor to get some. They dont provide water. We must buy Pepsi or something.this is not first time, always same. So, we avoid to go KFC now a days.Note: I studied and lived in Bangalore. There is KFC. I use to go there always. They care us. They provide whatever we want. Even if we want to order something extra. We dont need to go. If we give our credit card, they go and order it.But totally different in Batticaloa. People also think its a big international brand so no one complaint or argue with them.

Friendly staff. Theres sufficient parking and upstairs dining is available. Personally I felt the chicken drumlets in both batticaloa and kalmunai outlets were more delicious than in colombo.

Needs to be organized more at the counter where customers are waiting so long. Two counters shall for order and the other one for delivery. Ordered people are blocking the other customers by staying on the same place. Pickup time should be given to the Ordered people for collecting rather keeping them in front of the counter.

They gave me less pieces of chicken than I ordered and paid for, twice! Also they waste a lot of trees by giving for here orders in giant paper bags.

No need to say about KFC food but there is a delay on order delivery.

I really appreciate the all the staffs and their attitude. They are very friendly. But the area manager is not capable for that outlet because of his attitude during my last visit to KFC on the 9th of February. I made a complaint in the customer feedback form, but i didnt get any response yet. If any higher officers looking this please take necessary act. And no photos attached because the area manager told that no photos allowed to take in KFC.😝

This also a KFC outlet like others in Sri Lanka. But this place do have a kids play area i can see it on Sign Boards only but for now still no kids play area i think they will do it in future. Washrooms are ok.Same service like other outlets in Sri Lanka. Good for burgers and their unique spicy rice and mojitos. Recommended Place for have dinner. but i really dont like Cheese Kottu they have introduced last few Weeks before...If you are going with family of 5 you better purchase Savan from their menu.

Burgers doesnt have much taste. Its bland. This place is really packed up. (Beacuse it has started just three weeks agoI dont think there is anything so hype. Just normal. The variety of food is really poor though. The drinks are really limited. My brother likes their ice cream so he was so eager to eat there but then, there was no Icecream. Disappointed. They have to improve a lot.

Newly opened KFCs branch in Batticaloa. Located in the Island part of Batticaloa town. Conveniently located in the spacious compound. Ample parking available. Special area for children is also available. Variety of all items available. take away and home delivery service also available.

Had superb lunch. Long que were there. Less number of sinhala speaking staffs.
