Had a great meal

Ill admit right off that I have a soft spot for kfc in general (and maybe a more excentuated belly 😞). I had an error on my drive thu order. Disappointing sure... but this day and age, I should have known better and checked my order before driving off. 2 days later, popped in and customer left happy.

Every KFC youve been to, chicken is greasy but good on a sandwich cause that combats it

For the 2nd time I was given 2 piece meal instead of what I ordered. A 3 piece meal. I know my voice is easily recognizable... very disappointing as I like eating at kfc.

Its what youd expect from a KFC just a little more expensive than usual. I never had a problem with the food being inconsistent like other reviews have said and the people working genuinely seem nice. If youre craving some good ol kentucky fried chicken and in the town then this is the spot for you.

Just went into drive thru, ordered two 3 pc chicken tender meals, upgraded with poutine. Got home, opened our order and it was two 3 pc chicken meals ( if you could call it chicken, it was very, very, very dry, and very old, hours old, if not even overnight ), plus, we paid for the meals and added poutine which they charged us full price, but removed the fries that comes with the meals, (which we paid full price for with no discount). Used to go there often over the years, but, this fried chicken joint has really gone downhill, quality has really gone out the window. The meals tonight were not even edible, thru them out. Awful, awful, awful !! But, it’s the only fried chicken place in town, FOR NOW!!! Coming soon!! See you soon Aunt Mary!!

Went through drive thru and tried to order a bucket using coupon and I am told they do not except coupons. So not only are they one of the MOST EXPENSIVE IN ALBERTA, they refuse to honor coupons from KFC CORPORATE.

Not the greatest tasting but fast service, lady on the drivethrough was rude.

Amazing place. The cashier was super nice and really brightened my day. This place has the best service that I’ve ever encountered.

This place is thee slowest “fast food” place I’ve ever been to in my life!! There were 7 people working in the back and it still took 15 minutes to get an order??!! Pretty pathetic if you ask me.

Was a visitor to to this town choose this to eat at and I walked in and noone greeted me and or acknowledged me for 5 mins I kept saying hello anyone working here and 3 people were behind the counter ..it was very rude I ended up leaving cause noone helped me I was the only one in the store I work hospitality and this is big fat 0 and even as I stated well fine Im leaving they didnt care or try to convey at least an apology or reason why they doesnt help for 5 mins even longer..

Very terrible the cashier he was very nice the lady packing my food snapped on me she had a pink mask on horrible customer service all because i said excuse me i thought i order a large gravy than she grabbed the bag the baby gravy lid fell off she blamed me than i should have got 2 med salad not 2 baby salads she yelled at me again i will not recommend kfc again

Decided to switch it up from A&W in town and try out the KFC instead. Washrooms is closed due to covid. Ok thats fine. I can go to the gas station down the street or A&W to use.The cashier woman here is very aggressive and rude. Not just to me, but even the customers in front of us. Little kindness goes a long way. If not, best to stick to working in the back than the front line.

I think they forgot a few herbs and spices. Bland chicken burger, wife said same of her 3 pc dinner. Staff was OK.

Wont eat kfc had upset tummy for 2 day

Food is fresh and ready quickly. Would be nice to have indoor dining and bathrooms available to the public.

Staff always act very unprofessional, one of the staff thought i called her a b!tch, i didnt but she started getting heated for no reason because she misunderstood me.

The food was fresh! Delicious as the Colonel always makes it! Service was fantastic.

French Fries were unseasoned, no salt or pepper in the bag, asked for hot sauce recieved ketchup, and the hot sauce for the spicy chicken doesnt taste right... OH and the 2 piece chicken I got was pathetic, you get bigger wings at boston pizza... NOT IMPRESSED

Great service! Great quality food, definitely one of the better KFC’s out there. There was a simple mistake made on an order I took to go and I mentioned it the next day when I was going back anyway and they more then made up for it. A+ service!

Everytime I eat here the fries have a funky taste. Not like other KFC restaurants.

Great service, great food. Clean establishment. I live in Edmonton but only exclusively eat at this kfc because they change oil more regularly than other establishments and it’s always spotless.

At first, My chicken was looking dehydrated and very pail looking. I did go up and question about my meal. They fixed it up better and my chicken looked alot better and the way its meant to look. So the Customer Satisfaction was met with respect and diginity

The open time online is different from the posted sign on your store door.

Food is hot but the waiting is terrible yet theyve got 5 people in the kitchen

I like going there when the native lady is at the drive-thru. But when that other old lady does the drive-thru she can be such a old lady.

Its not like most kfcs.u dont get alot of the deals and u cant use coupons here in llb and its is double in price the most kfcs.food isnt bad actually really good .the atmosphere is usually really nice and quiet .clean as well

Prices are higher than advertising campaigns, and they dont take their own coupons.

Nothing different about this KFC other than it was very busy for lunch hour so it didnt have to wait long to get her lunch.

The food is always great here despite a few bad reviews. I know the cooks personally and everyone of them are clean, professional, and dutiful employees at this particular kfc. The place is always clean and updated and the washrooms are spotless. The view is great too if you want to eat inside. But it’s a local tradition to take it to the lakeshore by MacArthur. Use the garbage bins please..

Ordered 6 pcs chicken, with drinks and stuff when we got home and opened the box it was 6 pcs chicken strips. We were hungry but I have to drive back not happy at all
