bad customer service.the cashier was women and she didnt answer the questions clearly.I said thank you, but no answer.

The worst KFC branch in Erbil. Never try here, the chicken tenders were so bad, it looked like they fried in old oil and the bread was old.

Excellent service and good food. I would really recommend this one if u want a dine in experince because is not very busy.

Updated review: the taste is still great, but many times they get my order wrong or they forget to add items especially in the drive through.

First of all the area inside is pretty dirty there is no enough space the tables and chairs are broken and getting old this place need service!!! And the food is coming out late. Really disappointing actually.

KFC is so good but there are some things that I dont like about it for example the building is not big enough for customers.

I love this KFC branch, its amazing, big, the staff is great, they offer refills, and they have drive-through. There is a balcony in the second floor and outside tables. I really recommend the "Big Filler with Combo" if youre really hungry and alone.

The best package you could get

If you have visited the original KFC in the US. you would normally feel that it people here really love KFC. Even though the service here might be better, but I wont give it more than 2 stars. The restroom is so dirty, the workers didnt smile for almost 30 minutes "my order was late for 30 minutes", you must ask for napkins, and you can imagine that theres no straw fits the large drink cup!Food quality is somehow good.Prices are the same as in the US, which is badly unbelievable.Overall, 2 stars is more than enough.

Its called "fast food" for a reason, you have to wait min 15-30 mins before they give you your food in the drive thru.

What i experienced a few minutes ago with KFC Koya road was completely absurd. I passed by their drive-thru just so i can pick something to eat, i didn’t see any poster menu or something on the wall nearby the order area so i can order my food. I asked for their menu, they said due to pandemic situation and government’s regulation we can’t provide you with the menu and i said then how can i order, instead they suggested to take my phone and scan their menu barcode!!!! LIKE SERIOUSLY!!! THIS IS PREPOSTEROUS!!! At the beginning you telling me we can’t give you menu so we can avoid physical contact and then you ask for my phone!!At the end I’m politely suggesting to get your work together and act professionally.Thanks

My favorite place , very delicious fried Chicken, i tested KFC at Istanbul , Erbils kfc are best compares to Istanbul original KFC .

I went to turkey and KFC in turkey is so delicious but in here the taste is not the same and the price is cheaper in turkey...

They need to improve quality when they have load, its important to get you order as you requested with good quality like today our order was cold and the bread for the sandwich was old not delicious as always
