The chicken was delivered cold and so over cooked and dry. Worse KFC ever!!! Couldnt eat it

The manager- little Indian man.. sorry forgot his name. But he is so rude!! Should not even be a manager. He wouldn’t help me out with changing something in the meal box for my 3 year old. The manager was very difficult and I felt I didn’t want to attend again because of him. Then they left an item out of the order … I had to go back
slow and unprofessional service, we waited long and got the wrong order after the 15 minutes spent waiting with 10 other people. The food was bad and overseasoned, the fries were old
They always have one person on the checkout, with a long wait of a queue which does not help. For a fast paced resturaunt they need to put more staff on the counters
A very rude and scolding employee puts us off really quickly. Not satisfied whatsoever. It is not surprising that many recent ratings are very poor.
Not too be over dramatic but this place has put me off kfc for life cold chips chicken that was as dry as the Sahara desert if wasnt in a rush too get a coach I would of gone elsewhere not recommended
More expensive then other KFC but when it comes to the service they are zero. Went to buy a zinger stacker at first it took around 7-10 mins to server and it was a takeaway order and when i opened the burger at home a cheese was missing and they put salsa sauce instead of sweet chili sauce and that was a really terrible experience. Will never come here again
Busy place but staff are very friendly and never got my order wrong , the tables are always messy but thats cause how busy and how short staffed the place is , had a couple of good experiences that make me come back to this store
Possibly the worst KFC in the universe.
The chicken was nice and the chips so that is a good start for a chicken shop but the service is show and unorganized. And seating area a state they dont have a large area of its own but over 70% filthy yes people should clear themselfs but when they dont then they have to clear it and clean the tables. Bins also over flowing likely the reason no one is clearing tables
Never have enough staff on shift. Not there fault probably management. Waiting times are a joke consistently here.
Never open on time and when it is its never hot or your missing half your order

I ordered through Delivroo the "daredevil box meal", I received my order with NO CHIPS and a fizzy drink instead of water!NOT FAIR!
After ordering a black tea with milk on side. After that hand me the tea they say that they dont supply and milk. Either a milky tea or a black tea. And she was really rude about telling me thism we wont be coming to this kfc ever again.
Really bad and slow customer service. Lady at the till was rude and got my order wrong. She received my payment in cash and proceeded to handle another customers food without sanitising her hands.Do not eat there if youre in a hurry - my husband who ordered food at the next doors shop had already finished his meal long before I even got mine.
Takes a long time for food to be arrive in amidst a slightly messy queuing system, only to be given mediocre fried chicken. Havent had food poisoning so thats a plus
I did order a delivery which has been missing a item, this is not the first time I dont know if KFC need staff but the service in there its terrible Im very disappointed
I don’t know what to say. I ordered 2 mashed potatoes, 2 gravy, 1 burger meal with 3 pairs of chicken wings. 1 gravy and all the chicken wings weren’t delivered at all. And the 2 mashed potatoes were not completely melted, looks disgusting. And the guy at KFC even ticked every item on the receipt. I’m really disappointed.
put meal through as large, asked for bbq sauce got mayo, a random spoon. and this so called large drink was a regular can. tables not cleaned after half hour. all covered in mess.
Terrible service. The "smart" lady who served, put every meal automatically Large and when I challenged her, she said "Sorry, I thought you wanted Large", even though when I ordered It was a simple "number x please".I requested and kept repeating "no leg". Yep, when the meal arrived, there were two legs inside. She wins.
Customers service- disgusting! Do they hire them with a competition who is more rude ?I travel through Victoria every day and many times I want KFC but not having a machine where you can order without experience the poor sad customer service at the tills , I just go somewhere else …If you don’t want to work, leave, so many people are looking for jobs …. Not a good job KFC
Megabox is £4 through the kfc app, this store doesnt accept payments via the app and so its £5, why should it cost an extra quid? Makes no sense.Also bring back the 20 wings for £6
Used to be good but its gone downhill... Gravy had oil/fat floating on top and when i bit into the chicken the grease shot out all over the place... Dont think ill be back and id tell anyone not to bother its overpriced dog food now...
This place should be avoided particularly if you ordering online via uber! Bought the 10 pieces bucket one piece was missing and the rest were the smallest part ever....chips burnt and super dried! No quality checks whatsoever!!! Who ever is in charge is doing a very poor job! Feel sorry for the people working there. Wont order anymore pity that you cannot rate minus 10 stars!
I used to go here regularly before taking a coach home. Food a bit hit and miss, sometimes really nice, other times a bit ropey. Im all for diversity but it would also be nice to have staff who can understand the customers a bit better.
Mmmm. Chicken.... If you dont know what its about, and you arent hooked then this is probably not worth a visit.Vegetarianism is great for the planet but this certainly makes for a nice treat once every 6 months or year.
Worst ever! Avoid would have given 0 stars if option was there. Several issues on several occasions and not acceptable to here that a member of staff was slagging me off behind my back to my friend asking what I was complaining about now. Tried to ring no answer waited 15 minutes for substandard food only to be originally told I wasnt getting my food or refund. Eventually spoke to the manager who gave me my food with just an apology for the abysmal service I was given by kamico?? Had to ask several times for a table to be wiped only for my friend to be told why did you sit at a dirty table when no other tables where free. Wow just dont.
They made us over 20 minutes and when I asked for an ETA, they said the wait was another 7-8 minutes for the fillets. They offered spicy chicken instead, which we agreed to. Once we got home, we realized that the spicy chicken was missing!! So frustrating!
Poor food...not freshNormally I am a fan of KFC.However this branch is appalling and needs to be inspected by the trading standards department urgently.The food has obviously not been freshly cooked but rather cooked in advance and kept warm for a long time.As a result it tastes revolting. This branch is ruining KFCs reputation...AVOID!!🤮
How was my KFC? Not good, food was piled up to be served and then I see this on the wall, didnt have big daddy meal, wasnt offered an alternative, prior when I asked for a large big daddy meal o would of thought when I ordered a boneless banquet instead I would of been asked if I wanted to go large but no, I was asked what sauce I wanted I said ketchup then I was offered others!?!.Bad service food was ok, at least they forgot to put ice in my drink, gravy was very runny. Shame.
I waited in line as the staff member rudely ignored me and chatted to the manager. Then after about 10min she reluctantly took my order, but she must of had a hearing problem as I had to repeat myself after every order. I asked if I could swap the 1.5l bottle of pop for a couple of bottles of water and was rudely told I wasnt aloud, even after explaining I didnt like pop, twice. That girl was one of the rudest people Ive ever met and the management is rubbish.
Honestly the worst KFC in the area. I visited this establishment on the 6th of October around 4pm.The food is pretty much standard, however, the staff are extremely rude and seem to have no clue about customer service skills or even basic manners.The counter was extremely disorganised, and when I needed to use 10 seconds to activate a promotion on the KFC app, the server leaned one elbow on a blue kitchen roll and sighed. In addition to this, she was too preocuppied in finishing a conversation with another colleague to give me my change, and when she eventually remembered what she was doing, she slammed the money onto the counter.I have never experienced this level of discourtesy. They tarnish KFCs reputation.
Took my kids on 13/07. The guy completely messed up the order. Was incredible in its incompetence. Ruined meal. Tiny chicken pieces. Waste of time. Going elsewhere next time. Kicking myself as there are lots of good options near by
Great food but 1 star because of poor customer service. Staff have such an attitude problem especially if you try and use the KFC app and it doesnt scan properly. No smiles or please/thank you. If any management read these comments please take note and appropriate action....
Why four stars? I give that rating, not because of the quality of the food, but because they do not serve mashed potato. They serve chips with the chicken, which is perfectly acceptable and good. I just missed them.The KFC we visited is in Victoria Station.
I was in the mood for KFC and popped into this outlet. Unfortunately the food wasnt great. I had a Zinger box meal but theyd run of of the sauce so I was offered a different one. The chips werent partiality hot as was the piece of chicken. I also had a white chocolate cookie which was a bit on the overdone side. To be honest, if Id had time to complain, I would but I was working and only had a short time to eat something. I love KFC but I wont be going back to this particular outlet.
Food was fine, but the server was rude and curt in explaining the UK offering to a Mexican visitor. Given that Victoria is one of the first ports of call for millions of international tourists, you’d expect staff to be prepared to explain simple things like what comes with certain set meals. Our server didn’t even seem to want to consider our existence. Dismissive, impatient, and patronizing.
This place is a disgrace. Well I didn’t think KFC could get any worse, at the Victoria branch the staff don’t have a clue what there doing, there massively understaffed and as always at KFC there’s massive ques and this one is no exception! There have always run out of something at there many branches and today at The Victoria KFC it was hot wings, the piece of chicken I had looked and tasted like it had been on mars for a few years it definitely resembled the same colour as mars!! My chicken burger was cold but that is also quite normal for KFC! Wife’s drink which was 7up basically tasted of soda! Order was half missing when we got to our table! Won’t ever visit this KFC again!
Staff is unprofessional, two female members of the customer facing staff started a quarrel while there were people waiting in queue, they left their posts, only one returned after 5 minutes. Both staff members with whom I interacted were disinterested & seemed irritated by the customers they were serving. My fries were all over the place, there was not much attention offered neither for the people, nor for the food being served. In didnt see one single smile the whole time I was there. Urgent improvements needed.
Big fan of KFC but this particular branch has had extremely slow service, as well as sub par products (drinks and chicken not fresh enoughon every occasion Ive been there. Never enough cashiers on the till, nor enough order pickers, service has taken me between 15-25 minutes each time Ive been. Time to follow in the steps of McDonalds and install self-service kiosks in busy outlets.
9 pieces for £5.99 is always a win (plus two regular fries and a 1.5L drink for £2 - a shame a large coleslaw was £1.75). Got pretty good service as well albeit a bit slow but still good overall.
Normally really enjoy KFC. Personally I enjoy it more than the other fast food restaurants. Been to this establishment a number of times and service has always been poor. Staff really dont want to serve you and would rather you wasnt there. Seems to be tones of food ready and cooked however dont think services could be any slower and then when the food comes its cold. Just avoid.
After ordering I waited for around 10 minutes while the guy who is getting the food ready is walking pacing up and down doing nothing. I could see 6 packs of chips in the open and tons of Chicken already cooked. When I finally received my order the chicken was dry and the chips were cold. This store needs NEW management ASAP. This store clearly cooks everything first thing in the morning so they can be lazy during the day. Will be going to McDonald next door in the future when I walk by.
There is something totally wrong with this store from management level. I hope youll are treating your staff with respect and not over burdening them. The store was understaffed, the staff were disinterested and the staff member at the collection point was angrily calling out the numbers. None of the staff members are polite, not a single one of them said "Thank you." Once when I placed my order, the cashier just handed me a token and directed me to the collection point.The guy at the collection point, just called out my number and handed me my order; He didnt even have the courtesy to ask me if I wanted any condiments.Moreover, there was no manager around.
