KFC in Leeuwarden

Clean and delicious, but somentimes they screw your sauce order.

Too bad the phone number is not working and their delivery is incorrect

If you like spaghetti-ish fries and missing products. Would you rather have zero contact opportunities rather than a working phone number, then this is the perfect restaurant for you.

The customer service is non existent without a working phone number. We ordered a family box but they didn’t give hot wings which are included in the menu and we wasted 6€. After we found out, there was no way to contact KFC to get the order right. Worst service we’ve ever experienced.

Staff working here dont all speak Dutch, maybe they should be working in the kitchen and not at the counter and the toilets are dirty and broken (men). Food is good, hopefully well get the Double Down again at some point, loved that one!

Bought 3 piece box meal. Cold chips ..2 good pieces ..the third I think was a toothpick...dirty tables..wet floor...not a lot more to add. 18th April 2022 . For some misconceived thought process i went back today. Awful service..waited 20 minutes for extremely bad food. I think the fries I got were the same batch as I had when I went the first time as they were so cold. The chicken wrap I ordered came to pieces as soon as I picked it up. The toilets were out of order. All on all not good.

Had several instances of long wait times before. Staff closed the doors even when it was supposed to be open.Food was ok, staff is hot and miss.

Most definitely the worst store. The chicken fillets have no flavor and the cola was flat(no bubbles and, waterery, not even cold. Worst store ever.

On of the staff told me the restaurant is closed today only drive through is available I dont have a car so on bicycle I waited for half an hour on my bicycle and when my turn came to order one of the girl staff said we cant help u first we need to take orders of the people who are in cars I mean thats really pathetic and worst thing I also came there to order really a pathetic thing

Ordered through uber eats, driver waited for an hour before it was even made while others (who got there latertheir orders before that. Upon arriving the order was missing bacon, two crispy tenders and two bonesless hot and spicy. Tried calling them over ten times in the past hour but keep getting disconnected. Very unsatisfied

The portions are half of the ones that we have in Italy and they cost 1€ +Than: they have a waiting time that is not the one of a fast food

Unbelievable they ignored 5 customers in front of the door.We waited for at least 10 minutes or more. (about the time 20.00 pm.Have a young man from Uber he tried knocking the door they choose to be ignored us.Yes, they not welcome customers (walk in). Supposed to be open inside till 21:45 as it says in Google and on their doors, but at 21:05 theyve been already closed with no explanation. On the drive window, theyre not taking orders if youre coming without car and just normal takeaway window they dont have, shame

Very slow service. I have been here several times and had bad experience every single time. Plus the main guy at the counter, is a very weird guy. Once he closed the doors of KFC deliberately when it was supposed to be open. I don’t know who had given him the authority to do that. It wasn’t even crowded inside, it looked like he just didn’t want people to come in. And to top it off, if you order it online, they always miss a fries or some other thing in your order everytime. It’s very sad, I really like kfc but this is the only option we have in Leeuwarden. Kfc needs to improve the staff in this branch urgently.

Every time I order something in this KFC something is missing or been replaced with something I didnt order. I have had to make it a habit to check each order which is a bit of a nuisance. Todays order was no different, however the service I had following my complaint was absolutely superb! It was realty with straight away. I had to wait a while for the new item so they offered to replace the entire order to make sure I went home with all hot food. On top of that I received a free menu item as well and many apologies. Best service I have had in a while!

Most of the times they forget something from my order and i dont like to check my order every time i go there.I dont know why is that so hard for them to just make the right order.

The only complaint I have is that Ive been twice and the food had been vastly different. Theres many things that can attribute to that but June 21 around 5pm the staff was great. Food was cooked great. The only weird thing is my twister was folded a bit weird and my tomato wasnt evenly spread but who cares it was good! It tastes like the KFC Ive had in America.Anyway this past Thursday the 27th of June around 8 to 9pm we had KFC again. My husband got a questionable fat filled wing of chicken in his variety box. His box this time around was also missing a chest piece from his variety box order. He loved his original box from the 21st.My twister on the 27th also while built better seemed to be lacking lettice (it had some but it was barely filled. It was half the width of the previous one I purchased. Maybe it was just the time of day and running low on supplies, but my only suggestion I could make to them is have better consistency. Foods great when made proper. Will eat there again.

Very nasty attitudes towards customers. They doesnt know how to speak to people. When one buy a variety box or more than one meal something is always missing like one piece of chicken or a sauce and when the client go back to ask for it the staffs act like one would like to steal just a sauce or a piece of chicken . They responded with very nasty body language and speak very nasty with the customer. Take off the t off off their slogan and write nasty instead of taisty .

In compare to other restaurants (fast foodthis KFC was not busy, which means they make a better food than other busy KFC fast food restaurants.

Personally i dont really like the chicken here, the chicken is too dry and fat and tasted horrible. I mostly take a salad here or an ice cream if my friends really want to go here.Besides the bad quality of the food, the place looks tidy and neat and the personnel is very friendly. Ill give them two extra stars for that and their ice cream.

One of the best chicken restaurants ever. Great taste good service best sauces Ive had in a while! Great experience will return again and again.

Always the best experience when you go here. Impeccable service by the greeter/busser! Restrooms are always immaculate and comfortable. Eating spaces are kept clean as well. Awesome play corner for kids; close to booths sitting area (perfect for families). Lastly, and most importantly, the food is so incredibly delicious!

Friendly employees make this restaurant one of the best KFCs in Nederland.

Warm water in the ladies bathroom sink! Haha, I realize thats not usually a big deal. But in the middle of winter, its a beautiful thing! Plus staff are efficient and friendly; they appear neat and ready to serve with a smile. Drive through service is impeccable as well. Highly recommended! Top fast food service in Leeuwarden 😊👌🏼

Nice place to have some junk food. The box meal is more than fullfilling :)

I like the hotwings. They had black pepper fries but then discontinued. Store closes earlier than the time indicated on Google. 12AM is the official closing time, I arrived at 11:15 but they said they are closing, not taking any more order.

Great service and wonderful staff. Especially Josh, the brazilian guy. He was very nice and friendly. And the food was good as always.

I love fried chicken, so have been here a lot, the biggest problem for this place is need staff focus on cleaning the table after last customer

The chicken is very good here. It is very delicious. But... Theyre way to kind and they help to much. But they also forget the napkins so now and then. Plus the required 4 side meals are a pain in the ass. The price aint that bad, but i just cant eat a whole bucket plus 4 side meals. The girls i ate with were laughing at me for not being able to finish all the food. But the infinite refill is amazing. Also, the food gets cold very quickly. But, the overall experience was good enough for me to come back.
