La calidad del servicio ha decaído considerablemente. Ahora el tomate de la hamburguesa te lo cobran como un adicional y las papas, ya no son acompañamiento de los combos, si las quieres, te toca pagar adicional también. Es terrible que le quieran pasar la factura al cliente de una forma tan evidente, deberían cambiar la estrategia. 🍅🍅🍟🍟☠️☠️

Place was not clean. And I dont refer to just one table but the whole restaurant overall. Also people at the counter with a bored face, zero customer service. KFC in Costa Rica is NOT cheap so you should service people to the price expectations
