KFC in Stephenville

Everytime I go there I never get what I pay for.... always missing things and just rude customer service

Chicken was dry and very small. Fries were soggy and cold. Took a long time to get our order.

Terrible service, 1 person was knowledgeable and was basically doing everything from taking drive through orders and seeing to customers concerns. I placed a mobile order before arriving and I walked in telling I placed a mobile order. 15 mins later I was leaving after 3 sets of people already ordered and received their food. Again, 1 staff member ran the whole place and is indispensable, the rest needs training.

They didn’t give me a sandwich meal. They couldn’t refund my money even though I paid for it online via credit card. The 6 pieces of chicken I got included two drumsticks and a wing that came from a robin. Why they put it in a big box I have no idea. If this was the first time that would be different. LAST. TIME. ORDERING.

Good food, they made a mistake with the order and promptly corrected it so good service as well.

Didnt have things i wanted , placed an order and had to wait 10 minutes for a burger that tasted like it sat for an hour. Poor quality.

Every single time I go to KFC in Stephenville, there is at least a 25 minute wait time. You have to find a place to park along with the other cars who are also waiting on meals. I dont usually write reviews, but if nothing else, I had to at least warn ppl not to go there if they are hungry.

Popcorn chicken is awesome whoever makes them keep doing what theyre doing 💯💯

The product is fine it is the service that warrants the low rating. I stopped ordering after the third snafu on my food order, Imagine ordering for your family, paying for delivery and they forget to provide fries you ordered. Call the store and they want you to drive in and pick up what they neglected to give you on a paid delivery order? After calling corporate and complaining they eventually sent the items paid for 90 minutes later. Food is okay but the service is substandard hence the low score rating.

the kfc is like any other kfc but theres ALOT of grease, so much it leaks through the entire plate or box it comes in, its literal water

I like KFC its really good food is good but sometimes customer service is not too good but I still love the food

We waited for 15 minutes and still was not recognised so we left the young girl in front of us waited in the drive through for a half an hour so decided to come in and still waiting when we left

Slow every single visit ... One week theyre out of lettuce , next week strips etc. Poor service , and I can go on.
