KFC in Medicine Hat

The prices are more and the pieces are smaller .

Awful attitude while ordering, no patience what so ever..one of the worst customer services I’ve ever experienced & I’ve worked in the fast food environment myself.Good food though, work on the staff!

Worst kfc experience. Mashed potatoes tasted awful, its like they mixed the gravy in it... taste was horrible, coleslaw was liquified... like it was placed in a blender. Chicken pieces were small. Paid extra for breast and I got a half of a breast piece. $27 for 2 each 2 piece dinners with side of mashed potatoes and coleslaw. Not coming back.. ever!

Great customer service

Had a good meal here. Chicken was extra cooked at our request, was perfect, enjoyed it alot.

Good place to eat, I always ask for the fresh cooked chicken....sometimes they like adding other chicken cooked before...

Fries are always cold and soggy, poutine inedible because of this.

Staff who work there absolutely hate the job or hate the world or hate humanity in general. Store manager if you see this please do me a favour and do whole Medicine Hat customers a favour, but most importantly do your staff a favour: let them go. You are saving them, yourself and us.

Bad attitude rude service poor quality popcorn chicken undercooked and overpriced

I have been to this location several times, and the popcorn chicken is always room temperature. Seriously makes me question the food safety of this place - I will be following up with health authorities.

Inside was super clean. Staff was friendly and efficient. Wait was short.

Had KFC delivered to my house, payed by credit card and the delivery driver gave herself a tip with out asking. When I asked her for credit card slip she claim she gave it to me, I yelled. at her and she gave me the slip. Then she comes back and saids oh Im sorry, did you. mean to do.give me this. tip. Called the store manager to complain and he claims he couldnt understand what I said. SoI tried to tell him again and he hung up on me and may I mention, I do have disability/ Never again will order from this location. Next time, Ill go to Popeyes for some real chicken. Update, I just made a complaint to the head office.

Ordered the double barrel meal for the family and a poutine for my daughter. Lady at the till was friendly. Got the order home $50+ lighter in the wallet. 8 pieces of small incredibly greasy dark brown chicken, (like greasy enough to think the white meat was just wet fat), chicken tenders that seemed to be rolled in salt, tasteless popcorn chicken devoid of any of the Colonels original 11 herbs & spices except flour, and undercooked soggy fries. KFCs gravy is usually the saving grace for a mediocre meal, but I guess theyve already switched out to their summer weight blend as it was thinned out enough that rather than stick to the fries or chicken, it just sorta filtered through the pile on the plate and left a runny soup at the bottom. I dont order often from KFC for the family, but I dont think I will again. This location has underwhelmed before, this will be the last time.

Poor experience, the lady recenty working drive through on May 20, 2022 a 530 pm.Made a comment about my grandmother being grumpy. Well , first off you would be to if you had cancer. Now, having my family working retail for many years comments like that would get one fired!Unexceptional attitude and very poor customer service!

Renovations look amazing! We tried the plant based sandwich which we were unhappy with(since covid, regular meat has a foul taste and ive been trying different plant based meats outthe staff was kind enough to issue a refund since we couldnt finish the meal.

Advertise extra crispy chicken yet most times none available

If I could give this place a NEGITIVE I WOULD this is now the 3rd time we have ordered from this kfc and are missing food. When you pay 76 bucks one would expect ALL their food to be delivered, but not from here. Missing meals. Other food was softy and cold thanks for wasting my money on garbage food should had edo..

They should be criminally charged for calling themselves fast food. I’d hope for this wait time they’re harvesting the chickens fresh back there

None of the Stores participate in the National Programs. Toonie Tuesday back for only 1 day but not in Medicine Hat. Go to the app try and order, It won’t work. Call the store, they have a Tuesday special, same 2 piece with fries for more money. It’s frustrating.

Order was completely disgusting. Fries were soggy to the point they were wet, same with the popcorn chicken. Ordered large sides got small. Took an hour to make the order.

Went through the drive thru which only had one car in front of us. It was difficult ordering as the worker didnt seem to understand the order we wanted, however she did fix it at window when we went over the order to clarify, wasnt difficult order, straight deal off the board. Gave us fries which we didnt order but they had already packed. Once we got on the road to go home, we live in a different town, we noticed half the chicken we ordered was missing. I believe the fries they packed they mistakenly thought was a box of chicken. We tried calling from the vehicle a couple of times only to get no answer. Managed to get ahold of some when we arrived home. They were nice on the phone, apologized and gave us a credit for next time we visit. Mistakes happen I understand but frustrating when half your food is missing. Always check your order before leaving the drive thru.

This KFC is fantastic they have charging stations for your phones they have clean brand new flooring restrooms everything else like this is a triple a five star KFC you’ve got a try it out it is really really nice in here

Extremely slow drive thru and food was just average.

Love how they get a brand new store, first day open, and already have staff that cant listen to anything. Asked for extra lettuce on everything, they confirmed it, and we got three or four strands of lettuce on our sandwiches and wrap, fries were mushy and old and took FOREVER. Only one person ahead of us.

We ordered a bucket of chicken, fries, gravy & Mac salad …. IT WAS TOTAL GARBAGE ! There was black on all the chicken, on the bones & it tasted totally OLD !! Must be getting the chicken brot in from China .. this was the KFC just down from the mall on Dunmore Rd. Never again !! Also, he was going to give me a credit with a 3 or 4 piece chicken meal & I spent 40 bucks there …. LOOSER !!
