KFC in Dodge City

The app and online would not work I went in to see if they could honor the price on the meal they refused even as they watched me try over and over different cards and phones to try and checkout through the app. For sure wont be a loyal customer.

Chicken was tough. Like older chickens. Was disappointed.

2/20: Very poor customer service, and unprofessional conduct of the staff. And when I spoke to the district manager...he really doesnt seem to care either. I cant seem to get any quality service here. And the female manager does not seem to do a very good job of managing her staff....7/22: Still seems to be poor customer service. The Tea "Machine " has been out of service for around 9 months. No tea. I have noticed, also, pot pie(ssomewhat overcooked...To some of the chicken products somewhat overcooked. I dont like going to KFC anymore. It continues to seem to be poorly managed.

Didn’t have chicken to make a chicken sandwich, ran out of biscuits so I got mashed potatoes. They forgot my Mac & Cheese that I paid for they closed down and threw everything away. Printer for receipts was broken. Didn’t say my order back to me. KFC has been doing really bad lately. Last time I went they gave me someone else’s order and charged me for it & again for my meal. Chicken wasn’t cooked properly and fries were soggy and cold.

The food tasted great! The workers were very friendly and kind but the restaurant was very dirt and messy. The tables were sticky and the fountain drinks sprayed all over because they were not cleaned or soaked properly.

Chicken was raw and the macaroni was over cooked. And the drive thru staff isn’t very friendly.

Poorly cooked chicken, it’s very dry. Don’t order biscuits, they are deadly salty.

The chicken tenders barely have any meat in them and the drive thru staff don’t listen clearly. They messed up my order.

I went and ordered a 16 piece chicken tender meal and my boyfriend gave the drive thru employee a $50 dollar bill. I didn’t know the price of the meal so I wanted to cancel it and get my money back to place a smaller order. We waited for the manager and he gave me 2- $20 dollar bills and the rest in $1 bills and $1 in nickels, this was an awful experience and the maxaroni and cheese was over cooked and the biscuits were super salty. I won’t come again.

The chicken is raw some days and some days it’s super dry inside and the staff isn’t polite. They should be trained to be more nice and pay attention to the costumer.

Instructions are not hard. The service one can expect from this chain appears to be going the way of the quality. That asset bottomed out three years ago and shows no signs of recovery.

So today we decided to eat KFC and other times the food its okay but this time mashed potatoes looked and tasted old, macaroni and cheese tasted bad really sour like the chesse was bad and i order 3 large sides and got only one small gravy 😠 they should have more responsible people working there.

Check your order before you leave! We ordered 8 crispy breasts, mashed potatoes and green beans. We gladly paid $35 for the upgraded order. Unfortunately, we arrived at our hotel with an 8 pc. mixed bucket, lukewarm mashed potatoes & green beans, stale biscuits and no plastic eating utensils. Wont be going back there.

Like being in Alaska so cold I was to uncomfortable to eat. Just left. No reason to have ac freezing cold.

No buffet but they still have chicken and it was deliciously hot!

It is absolutely terrible the drive thru service is one of the longest waits ever and its as if the workers could care less

Terrible service couldnt get a simple order right. I got back in line but it took to long and I had to leave. Just completely sucked. Could even get a side of gravy. Dry tenders cold fries at least the Dr pepper was good.

Food was very good! Never can go wrong with a traditional KFC meal! Now that Doordash is available at this restauraunt its a great way to enjoy eating out from the comfort of your own home! Download the app and give it a try!

Crust mostly off Chicken ( #1 extra crispy). Chicken tenders mostly bread. Had to ask for condiments, straws, sporks, napkins (twice). Stood in drive up window second time because no one would come to the door.

Wish I had paid attention to the reviews. Stuck in a motel with truck in the shop. Got the local taxi to pick up a $20 special. Everything tasted like it was warmed up from yesterday and the mashed potatoes seemed watery. 1 good thing. They did trade the Cole slaw for green beans at my request. However the green beans had absolutely no flavor

Showed up on January 6th @9:30 exactly and the doors were locked and no one was responding to me at the drive through. Hours on website clearly stated kfc of dodge city closes at 10.

I was at the Dodge City KFC this afternoon. I ordered the Special $25.99 for a 10 piece bucket. The guy that took the order said the 10 piece was no longer the Special. I say that is False Advertisement because it was on the drive up menu board! So we had to order the 12 piece for $30.99. Was not able to order sides we wanted and when we picked of our order at the window, the brown gravy was spilled all over everything in the bag. I would not recommend going to the Dodge City KFC be cause of the I Dont Care Attitudes of employees and manager and my food was everywhere! Good Luck to whoever goes there!

This place is dirty! The floors are greasy and the tables where not wiped off. It was so cold in the place that I couldnt stand to eat in there. Mind you its fall and the temp outside is 66. The food was nasty and greasy. I wont be back!

Not bad for Dodge City....staff was smiling and friendly.....very comfortable inviorment for some one so out of place....wish I could review Dodge City...lol....great place....fresh food...i liked..thumbs up

This location replicates the oil spill from the Exon Valdese! Remember the folks tenderly cleaning the oil off the little ducks? Well for 1 they had less grease than this chicken. And the only other difference between this KFC and those folks, was these folks just fried them instead of washing them.I havent seen this much lubrication on thighs since the Crisco parties at the Democrat National Convention!

Slow drive thru service, large orders missing item quite frequently, rude customer service when you go in or call about missing items. On other hand buffet is usually good and hot, just a little slow replenishing items when busy.

I was not impressed by the buffet here. They didnt replenish the food selection unless you asked. The staff were slow and surprisingly some of the food choices werent good. I dont think I would recommend this location. Maybe I just went on a bad day so with that being said you may want to check all your options if you only want chicken.

So disappointed yesterday. Didnt get biscuits with our dinner and sides were wrong. Chicken was very dry. Gave them 2 for friendliness and quick service, being generous because we usually have excellent service and good food.

Typical kfc food is mediocre. But the cleanliness of the place is questionable. Not quite sure the food and health regulations in dodge city or kansas but i dont believe it would pass most inspections in other states. Expect food workers to wear extremely dirty cloths and not wear gloves or hair nets. Also expect them to be kids running the operation and more focused on socializing then anything else.

Came here at 8pm on a Friday evening, ordered the 8 PC and they said they werent cooking any more chicken. We said we will wait. They said no, they were cleaning the fryer and were not cooking any more chicken. We asked when did they close, they said 10pm. Why would you clean a fryer at 8pm on a Friday night unless you were planning on closing early. Havent been back and wont be.

Havent ate KFC a few years due to my last experience with one but I have to say this one was well worth it. Great tasting food and very clean.

I was very pleased with their service.. The gentleman was very polite and placed was clean. Bathroom was clean.. And food was amazing thanks guys keep up the good work

Good food but drive thru staff could learn to listen to clients a little better. Talking over the customer does not help you get the order right.

Not the best weve been in. Selection was fair on the buffet. Restaurant didnt feel real clean. There were no hand wipes available.

The food was awesome!!!!! Took an 89 year old lady with me, the floor was slick as ice. We went and told them and the staff came out and mopped again but still slick slick.

The food here is usually pretty good and the staff is usually pretty good but sometimes both are very good. Ive never had a really bad experience there but it could be better.

Went to KFC for lunch and had the buffet for a little over $8.00. Had a salad, some fruit, mashed potatoes/gravy, cherry cobbler, chocolate pudding, jello, and of course two large chicken breast. Good service and nice people. Between the KFC buffet and the Pizza Hut buffet I had yesterday Id say the KFC was better at a better price.

Well, Im still waiting in the parking lot for my drive thru order... Been here awhile... The fryer has to heat up for my potato wedges... So why was it off? Are you closed? Went inside to pee, wait was that long, and you looked closed...

They are really trying to make this a great experience. We had the buffet and the people were devouring it so fast! One lady requested more legs and the manager told her that he would bring them to her!Thats service! The price for buffet has always been a problem for me but when I consider its all I want of whatever is out there its actually a bargain.The place was crowded even at 1PM. This tells me they are staying busy and the food is constantly fresh.

No one spoke English. Our order was all messed up & we were over charged. Someone (manager?)who did not identify herself & spoke English threw $2.24 on a tray. No explanation. We originally were charged $22.00 for a chicken leg & a breast.

The food was very good. The place was clean. The people were ready and waiting. Everything went smoothly and with no problems. The Wife and I enjoyed it very much for our noon meal. Thanks.

From out of town figured the buffet would be good.. Spent more then 50 bucks for 4 people and the food was HORRIBLE nothing was fresh on the buffet. (I should have just ordered individual mealsI told them only way I was getting the buffet was with fresh chicken and they said they would get it out. I ended up having to tell someone to put the fresh food out 10 mins after waiting at the counter. Id never in a million years eat at this KFC again. Worst Service ever!

Went in tonight and ordered a pot pie and a drink. When they brought my food it was sacked. I told Victor I had planned on dining in. He said they wanted to close the lobby so I needed to take it to go. Seeing many people in the lobby still eating, this did not make sense. I spoke with Sam the manager on duty and he opted to refund my money rather than letting me fine in. Fortunately Dodge City has many restaurants who believe in customer service. I would recommend you eat anywhere but KFC.

Slow service. We did not do buffet. Just placed an order...and waited...and waited. Went up to window to inquire about and our order had not gone to the screen to be filled. Then one piece of chicken short so gave my husband and I one order. One plate. One biscuit. Instead of giving us all the sides and then delivering the last piece of chicken. Many many customers served prior to us getting our full dinner.
