KFC in Anmore

Absolute WORST location in the lower mainland. Wait times are ridiculous, they take forever even with online orders put in ahead of time. They talk bad and say horrible things about customers in Punjabi thinking people don’t understand. It’s more of a social club for the employees, than a business.

Food is always consistent. Service was meh. I asked for freshly made wings and the representative didnt understand what I was saying.

Waited an hour for an online order. worst experience ever.

I was satisfied with my plant based combo.

This place is hit and miss. Shame there isnt another KFC nearby. The staff here are always so meh, bunch of sad or grumpy faces and look insulted if you ask how they are. Sometimes the big crunch are fresh, sometimes theyre so dried out, theyre just hollowed out batter.

Ive ordered here many times as it is near my house. They NEVER had my order ready on time. Same about customizing the order, they do not read it.

Fiest of all when you order their greasy chicken you figure you would get napkins oh no napkins then when i went to eat my coleslaw guess what no fricken fork how do they expect customers to eat their food and wipe their hands and mouth without anything poor management poor service .

Shift Manager Puneet was very accommodating and friendly. Great staff member, hope more like him are out there.

Just ordered Zinger Twister wrap and the chicken was cold and the wrap was very hard, not able to chew properly.

Very bad and dirty store.My food was old and cold. I think it was cooked many hours before i even got it.The bun had a weird smell. I did not even eat my food. Total money wasted. I wish KFC will read my comment and do something about this store.

Went thru for some classic toonie Tuesday fast service and great taste !

Chicken is dry. Tenders are overtly salty. Do yourself a favor and order somewhere else

Chicken rib was very small and full of bone and hardly any meat on it and was very dry and old.

What kind of restaurant serves food that gives you food poisoning and loose bowels? This one does. All the cooks deserve to be fired. What a waste of money, and I can only eat there once every two months! This KFC deserves to be shutdown! What a disgrace to fried chicken!

The food there is dirty and is NOT safe to eat. I had stomach problems and diarrhea for a week. Defiantly would NOT recommend!

Cheapest price you will get is buying in store. Online KFC pickup is $1 more and doordash in $7 more for the Family Feast. Employee gave us a free drink while we waited (not longfor our order. 4/5 stars because parking lot is not good.

Food always good but usually get something wrong with your order, like something missing or something like that

hello. i am reviewing for the second time. first time i gave 2 stars for their subpar service, now they are over charging for their items on the menu. i ordered a spicy chicken sandwich for 5$ , and they charged me $8.45, then i got refunded the money. but how many people did they manage to rip off before going unnoticed? and the food was under cooked, just a horrible experience at this location.

I ordered 10 breasts and they gave me 5 and charged me $2.00 extra a piece. 10 with 3 sides cost me $50. I thought that was very expensive. I watched them take it out of a plastic container, so it wasnt fresh. Got it home and tried it. Very mushy and very little KFC flavor. Not happy.

Very poor service. Cane today to pick up the delivery order at 4:10pm.Told the front guy at the service counter - the skip number. He didn’t responded back anything and started doing his own work in the back kitchen. Their were two more employees with him.Waited their for 30 mins and then got the order after 30 mins and the store was not at all busy. Their was one guy who came as a customer after me, they served him first and not me ( i was waiting before that guy for already 20 mins. the store team members are busy in their own gossip’s at-least as a good gesture they can inform me that the order can be late but they didn’t spoke a single word out of their mouth since i came to the store and waited for 30 mins .Very bad!!!

Crew were understaffed but chicken is crisp golden brown and ok I said spicy but it seems they didnt have spicy chicken.Staff were nice

Ive no idea whether theyve changed their recipe, or the way in which they cook it... But KFC fried chicken doesnt taste fried at all, its a sloppy soggy mess that resembles nothing like old school KFC.The chicken, compared to Mary Browns, or Louisiana is small, like Grade F chicken...I didnt believe it, still cant, I found feathers on my chicken... Pictures dont lie...A disgusting rip off

This is probably the not-goodest KFC in the province. (google hides reviews with negative languageThey make mistakes on at least 50% of orders bare minimum.My partner even called them to confirm they didnt make any mistakes on the delivery, and while they assured us they wouldnt, they forgot lettuce on my chicken sandwich, didnt substitute my drink like I asked, and even gave a drink I didnt order. The coleslaw was old and gross. They had forgotten a cookie in a previous order and assured us they would include it in the order, they didnt. When I tried to call they had already turned off their phone despite still being open.Of course as I mentioned this isnt the first time. They have repeatedly forgotten items they charged me money for, not given what was ordered and forgotten substitutions. One time as an apology for forgetting nearly half the items in my order they promised me a free $5 fill up. When I tried to collect the free fill up the manager came out, called me a person who tells not truths and argued with me for 15 minutes before finally giving me the promised food.Dont order here if you can avoid it.

Whenever I order from this location the employees take such a long time in preparing the orders. They always talk a lot, which explains why not a lot of work gets done in this location.

Very pleasant experience.Arrived just 14 mins before closing on a Sunday and the lady at the front was very polite and willing to make a plant-based sandwich which takes about 6 mins. I got the combo that came with fresh hot fries which was great to receive at closing time.

First, its KFC so the bars not high. Youre not here for a gourmet meal, you come for the salt and fat fix. That being said, this is one of the best KFC locations. I get food poisoning a lot and at this location, I havent yet so Ill traverse the awkward parking situation, inconvenient location, and wait the 15 minutes for them to prepare my food if it means I wont have to pay for it much later.

The hot wings still had feathers attached. The original recipe chicken was bad meat. Must have been rancid because my whole family got food poisoning. This place should be shut down and all the employees deserve to walk the unemployment line.

If I could give zero stars I would.Ordered 6 piece bucket with two sides (fries & gravyplus small coleslawMissing gravy, fries and chicken hardly warm was given only dark meat. No cutlery napkins or ketchupColeslaw was bad / gone rancid.Never again. KFC you have lost me as a customer

Ordered and spent more than $30 and did not get what i wanted. Chicken in the burger was so dry. Ordered a seasoned corn and yet received a pop chicken. Food is already cold. Not worth the penny, will not order again!

ordered my food at 1:35 but still didnt get it at 3:15PM. went to the restaurant, talked to the server, the lady in the promptly apologized for the delivery and packed me the food I ordered in 2 mins.5 stars goes to that lady working in the kitchen. Much appreciated.

Ordered BYOB online for picked up since the last time when we have KFC was long time ago.Either the chicken strips or the original chicken both of them are salty as heck!!!!We all can taste all the salt block that wasn’t spread evenly, I tried to chew them but it was so much I can bear so eventually spit it out.It was quite disappointing experience, I won’t recommend this location to others.

Not just this location, I found most KFC has bad consistency on meat. For example, sometimes normal size sometimes really small. Today, I got 2 tenders with different flavor. I guess the employees dont get enough training.

This us by far the worst kfc in the world. I have ordered many times from them and every single time iam missing items. Well last time it wasnt just a drink and sauces i was missing the pcs of chicken (yes the chicken from kfcand sides as well as all the dipping sauces for my kids. In frustration I called and to there credit the man was very sorry and agreed that was unacceptable he stated they will give me a free big crunch box next time we order. He advised me they would put a remark on my adress and just mention in comment section to send the meal free of charge....well I did and nothing.The phone number will not work for the store so I can not speak to anyone. I have called kfc Canada and all they do is transfer me to the store..which by the way doesnt work.Iam so frustrated with the shoddy service and zero attention to detail this establishment provides. Although me and the family love kfc I dont think I will go again at least not here ☹☹☹☹Absolutely the worst

This KFC is swamped with orders from skip and you best avoid it on deal events or days as youll never get your food. Last time I ordered from here I guess someone didnt wash their hands when handling the original chicken cuz I was puking the whole night afterwards.

Never again will I buy from this KFC location or any KFC. Got a stomach flu when I ordered a 10 piece bucket combo for my family recently. If that’s how you treat your customers than no thanks.

Absolutely ridiculous, I ordered a simple chicken sandwich and it took over 15 minutes of me waiting and watching 3 people who made large orders after me all get their food and leave within 5 minutes of their order being placed, I also watched the kitchen staff dissappear into the back and leave food waiting to be picked up by an Uber eats driver for 5 minutes while the driver was standing there asking for the order.There were atleast 5 employees in the store but only one person cooking and the rest found it a better use of their time to stand around and talk in the back of the kitchen

Ordered via Uber eats, food arrived within estimated time frame (40 mins), tasted delicious and was pretty warm considering.I had the Famous Chicken Ultimate Box Meal. Nicely organized packaging, pop was separated to stay cool and everything tasted freshly made.Very happy with the overall experience and would definitely order again.

Just bought a boneless bucket. It is super salty so we cant eat it at all. KFC should consider quality control for all their batch productions!!! Not happy with my experience.

This is the second time they messed up my order. First was I ordered spicy bucket of chicken and got regular. I went back to the store to get it fixed. But tonight took the cake. I ordered the boneless chicken bucket, comes with chicken tenders, popcorn chicken large fries and 4 dipping sauce. Also ordered 6 p spicy chicken and poutine. The 6 p spicy chicken 3p were old and dried out like eating beef jerky. And they forgot the large fries. So we phone and told them that they missed the large fries told the person that we would be coming to pick it up. I get there and know one seems to know what I was talking about. I was like I just talked to someone not even 5 minutes ago. What makes me mad is that I pay to have this food delivered ( that I pay for and I have to go back myself to get what I ordered. I will not be returning to this store.

It took 30 mins to receive simple twister combo. This isnt even my first bad experience with them. I found metal shavings inside a chicken tender on one occasion. It seems quality control is in desperate need at this location.

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY!!!After waiting for 2 hours and 3 phone calls with the store, my food did not arrive. After one hour they gave me 20 min eta. 2 hours later I ended up canceling my order. 2 hours of wait with nothing.I live like 5 min drive away.This is not the first time, I gave them like 3 - 4 chances and every time they are late and the food is cold but this would be the last chance for them.PLZ CLOSE THIS LOCATION, then the automatic online system wont force this location on my order.

Im usually perhaps overly patient. This location is absurd. I waited 18 minutes for 2 pieces of chicken and a sandwich. Everyone was moving nice and sllowww. Not one other customer there. 3 drivers who were complaining tjry had been waiting 15 minutes plus. If its busy, I understand. Lazy, well thats a little different

I ordered two Zinger combos, one of which was delivered with a raw chicken patty! I cannot fathom how the person who prepared and packed it did not detect this! This is a serious health and safety issue. I seriously recommend avoiding this branch, who knows what other safety issues this place might have!

The quality has gone down drastically. I am not sure if its just this location or KFC in general. The only good thing about this place is the staff. They are friendly.The food tastes terrible. The chicken strips were very salty and the size of the chicken patty in the famous chicken burger was smaller than the bun.I have already deleted my app.

Third strike youre out. Twice have ordered in store, chicken cold and greasy. Literally had oil on my plate. Tried ordering on line at KFC.com. order received, receipt sent, time stamped and estimate on delivery 40 minutes (I live 4 minutes from the store). Food literally arrived 2 hours after placing order. Food barely warm. No grease this time. When I spend $40 for dinner I expect a decent meal. I could eat at many mid level full restaurants for the same or less, for a much better meal. Will not be eating from there again.

Comically inept. Huge wait times even to order. Customers just floating in and out, hoping in vain someone will pay attention to them. Staff look demoralized and barely conscious. Dingy, grubby interior. Churches Chicken up the road sent me on my way with a full order in less than 5 minutes, after waiting 25 minutes at this KFC to not even be acknowledged.You always want to keep your standards low for fast food, but this makes the average fast food joint seem like a fancy restaurant.

Wanted to try out the famous KFC chicken burger. Not as great as I hoped it would be, the crunch wasn’t all there and the chicken was bland but I did like the pickles. The place could use a decent upgrade since it does look dirty inside while I walked in. I don’t think I will go back to try again even. There are plenty of other places that have better fried chicken burgers these days.

Tried the KFC Plant-based chicken sandwich box. delicious sandwich, but the Plant-based popcorn chicken was dried.
