KFC in Universal City

Eric Cartman loves KFC. You can watch Medicinal Fried Chicken 🍗 to learn more. He also loves the gravy too so I got that. So I took Cartman and other Southpark boys to KFC.

Wont go again food was zero star today

Price gouging but its in universal city walk so what can i expect, either way, best kfc ive ever tasted. The star of the show? The fresh biscuits, the first time ive ever ate a biscuit and it wasnt dry like the sahara desert.

Rosa Meléndez (the managershould not be managing this location. She is extremely rude and unprofessional. I asked a young lady at the front if she could check to make sure the soda/gasses were functioning on the dispenser because the drinks had an awful taste. She then asked her “manager” to check the machine. I was waiting for her to check the machine before I poured a new drink, while standing in front. They continued to ignore me and it took her over 10 minutes to check the machine, only because I asked them again. When she did, she just pressed on the lever to see if the drink was dispensed and didn’t bother to check the product coming out of the machine. She then walked away and didn’t say anything to me. I finally asked again “ are you not going to check the product being dispensed” and she responded “ the machine works!”. Well, obviously… that wasn’t the issue to begin with. She then started muttering to her co-worker in Spanish “let her throw a fit if she wants too, it’s fine!” My daughter overheard her and she obviously didn’t know she was with me. I have a few issues with this, #1 I paid for this drink, it was not free! So yes, I should get a drink that doesn’t taste like garbage. I am a paying customer. #2, this manager should not be in this position if she doesn’t have proper customer service etiquette. If I were KFC, I would definitely reconsider her employment. I am sure I am not the first person dealing with her bad attitude. Never again! I will not waste my hard earned money at your establishment.

Just dont eat here. Chicken was more than pink. Worst KFC I ever been too. City walk needs to close this KFC down.

Zero stars if i could. Avoid at all times. Uber driver was great. KFC HORRIBLE...paid for drinks, asked for utensils, asked for dipping sauces...its an app, KFC ignored.PAID FOR ...NOTHING DIVERED. CALLED TO ASK FOR REMEDY...HUNG UP ON ME. The food is blah. Asked for crispy got who knows what this is. Tossed it and ordered from Deli.

Love KFC! I get the popcorn chicken and it’s very yummy. It tastes SO good! I honestly think that KFC is one of the best chicken places to order from.

The line was long, customer service was super slow. Food was ok but not as good as a normal KFC.

Chicken dinner (3 piecevery very dry, biscuit even dryer. Order delivered not as requested. I had requested mashed potatoes without gravy and the very small container of mashed potatoes was covered in gravyYuck.

I dont think Ive ever waited this long for a 2 piece meal.. This is a very small restaurant in city walk with high traffic. The food takes at least 30 minuets so youre just sitting around for 30+ minutes waiting for your food. I would recommend going elsewhere if you dont have the time. Other than that food is as expected. Its a joint restaurant with KFC and pizza hut. It looks like theres only one cook and one cashier. Not worth it. Take your business elsewhere.

Definitely I wont pay $42.99 for $20 bucket. Definitely a bad strategy from the owners, people just walking out after look on the overpriced meals. Think about it!!!

Terrible customer service! I went in to ask for 1 napkin as my special needs child had spilt some beverage on himself. (We had just gotten food from pink’s next door and as they were crowded after I left and you know.... covid-19.... and I didn’t not want to wait while leaving my children alone). I ran into KFC and the employee told me should would not give me a napkin as they are “for customers only”. I was blown away by this incredible act of pettiness.

Pot pie has a small amount of chicken if you have to charge more and add more or lose $500 A YEAR FROM ME ALONE like you have over the past 5 years! Not a very smart business model fools! PS chicken is about 50 cents a lb wholesale at your level?

Overpriced tiny portions. Double crunch is a tiny sandwich with 2 small pieces of chicken. Got 6 hotwings made out of chicks, barely any meat on the bone. I thought everything in the US was bigger...

Excellent service I don’t know why people are complaining. This is Citywalk things are higher priced than normal all the restaurant are the same at Citywalk. This theme park and all theme parks movies are priced as they would be

Slechtste KFC op aarde , broodje van je burger word in de magnetron warm gemaakt een stuk droge kip met daarop een plak kaas die uit de verpakking is gehaald en er zo opgegooid is , dus niet gesmolten om er vervolgens een stuk bacon op te gooien die er waarschijnlijk al uren lag en zo droog en hard was dat je er een raam mee kon breken . We waren met zn vieren en hadden 3 koude burgers en 4 kipvleugels voor de prijs van $35 . Denk niet dat deze tent er nog lang zit wat een aanfluiting

No way.... 50$ bucks for a bucket! We downgraded to no drinks, no sides but it was still $40 bucks. I dont think Ive ever spent this much on fast food. I should of stuck with an actual restaurant.

Worst service I’ve ever experienced

Worst service got here, we were sitting inside with KFC food and they just took away our chairs with saying it’s their rule to close their inside seats after 10:00 pm. More than 6 other customers required to be noticed before they made payment but they just answered it’s their rules. How ridiculous for them to call their manager and still answered that they did not care about customers’ satisfaction! Never waste your time in KFC again! I guess they rarely train their employees and paid too less for them(which may explain why they don’t care the customers and just want to finish the job early)

Honestly was a terrible experience, one worker took a cup from my hand when I had wanted to try a sip of one soda. When I sought to pay for a real cup, the worker charged me double.

There is absolutely NO WAY Im going to pay for parking to get KFC. Horrible placement on their part. In all honesty I didnt even go inside so my problem is strictly with the location of this particular business.

Me and ma boi Dan got meals here just there and man to man thems the wurst mans eer had. He asked for a meal for 10 dolla and payed 19 dolla for some reason. The wedges were poor and the drinks completely lacked fizz. Shocking stuff me and my boys have made a pact never to go to a colonel ever again. You shame his name
