The worst ordering system ever ! After placing your order ,You have to wait around clueless to when you can collect it , going back and forth countless times to the counter , asking an employe (only one working at distributing meals who had lost his smile and his good manners.

The best KFC meal Ive got, you think theyd share the same recipe but apparently not.The KFC I frequent in Tangier made me hate the trademark but this tiny shack had me think it back. What ever theyre doing is how all KFCs should do it. Too bad the place is too small and crowded.

Very bad service very inpolite staff

The food was quiet well but the service was very bad . I ordered a hot shot popcorn with asking The Who takes order about sizes and how many suddenly I received an other order very different about my order plus forgetting salads of my other orders (dinner meal 4pcwhich It indicates neglect, lack of focus and organization!!!!

I dont have a problem with the fact that its a tiny restaurant. Or the fact that the service is slow and disorganized. The problem i have is that the chicken did NOT taste good at all. My wife and I went to a KFC in Tamaris and the chicken was absolutely delicious! It was freshly made, the breading was crunchy, and the chicken was juicy. At this Rabat location it was the complete opposite. I noticed my chicken sandwiches were sitting under the Heat lamp for almost 10 minutes. I told them i dont want my chicken to get cold or stale but they just told me dont worry. The chicken was dry, stale, and by the time i took a bite and was not fresh at all. I now see why it has such bad reviews. I assumed it was because of the small size of the restaurant and the poor service. I only care about the chicken and the chicken was awful!

Visited the place many time solo and with family, good vibe in the place, like it and the food of course is something

Satisfies your cravings for western food though don’t expect the best, if any service at all, place is always jam-packed and music tends to be deafening.

The place is small and its hard to find an empty table during the weekend but KFC as usual is really good.

The food quality has gone down quite a bit in the last few months. The music inside is SO INCREDIBLY LOUD & annoying...you cannot even talk to the staff.

They give us spoiled collsow and when toled them they compensate us with freinsh 🍟

I had my order mixed up and when i informed them the manager was very rude. I was very clear when placing my order but she didnt listen. The cashier was very helpful and admitted they made a mistake.My point is the manager was not as helpful as he/she should be

Was looking for fried chicken in Rabat, thank goodness for KFC. Place was clean. Service was typical. My fried chicken was crunchy & juicy.

The food was very tasty and fresh add exceeded my expectations. The service was friendly and the restaurant clean. The location is great on a busy street with lots of shops and restaurants. I will definitely be back!

Dry food, bad portions, Chips stale. and the cashier took advantage of us and tried too short change us by 50DH.. Luckily a local spoke Arabic and helped us get our money back.

Its the closest place to my workplace. I have 60 mins lunch break and this place has been good in term of the quality of food n service.

One of the worst KFC in Morocco. Service is bad and the overall quality of food is not good.

Is ok the food. The staff though 9/10 times Ive been they are more interested in chatting to each orher then caring they have a job. You should get people that care to have a job that are more deserving.
