Who the hell cares about the experience, its KFC!

The prices were great and the food was too. Stopped in for lunch on the way to Minneapolis, not a bad stop for those travelling.

They arent too fast but Thats OK when its hot fresh and delicious and great customer service. By far the best KFC in Minnesota Ive ever been to so far.

I wish they were open till after 9pm like every other fast food restaurant.

Give me a bucket of chicken!!!! Lol

I usually would give this place 5 stars but tonight the food was tasting a little funky. Me and my boys slid on into that John and schmucked on some grub. Don’t get me wrong it was bussin bussin but I can’t seem to get off the toilet.

This is a KFC/ taco bell and for some reason they always seem to have a wait for something........on this visit we were told that it would be 30min for ant menu item on the Taco bell side so we left.

I sat for 20 minutes in drve through the longest I have ever sat.

The most wonderful custom service I have ever received. I came through the drive thru at 6 pm during a busy dinner service made my order but when I got to the window they had to put more chicken down for extra crispy. The worker politely apologized for the expected 15 min wait and offered to give me a 10% discount for the inconvenience. He even went as far as to offer me and my mother free drinks while we waited. I was more than willing to wait patiently without the discount or free refreshments. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Our food came well packaged ( hot food separate from cold itemswhich I absolutely appreciate! Food was excellent cooked correctly and just the way it should be. I highly recommend if you are gonna get KFC to go to this location! Outstanding service and great food! A+

It took 10 minutes before we could order our food. The staff ignored us and another couple. When we finally ordered and got our food, my husband had hair imbedded in his chicken. He took the chicken back to the counter and showed the person at the counter. The guy said " yep thats a hair" said he couldnt give our money back that we had to call the corporate office, but wanted to give us another piece of chicken. The cooks in the back 2 if them had long hair it wasnt pulled back, just hanging in their faces. We called corporate office was on hold for 35 minutes finally got our money back. Never again will we eat there.

I ordered a bunch of things and I got everything I wanted and it was good

Tenders were thin, small and dry...very disappointed. For a combo I wasnt satisfied.

Asked the person running the drive thru if something on the menu was correct and was greeted with sarcasm.Absolutely unnacceptable behavior for anyone dealing with customer service, occasionally mistakes are made and asking questions doesnt warrant hostility.

Its KFC. If your reading a review on it, just go cus you know your just looking for a reason to.

Supposed to open at 10:30 am. Got there at 10:50, door still locked. Wont be going back!!

While waiting for my food to cook, I noticed a strange smell coming from within the establishment. It was rather horrid and smelled of rancid meat and cheese that had been left to melt in the sun all summer. It was almost sickening and definitely killed my appetite. There was this behemoth sitting at one of the booths lording over the skeletal remains of what may have been chicken, it was hard to tell. She took up the whole booth and forced beneath her Phil Collins like gut was this small dog. Im guessing she was planning on tipping someone from the kitchen extra to fry it up, or maybe it was just there to eat the table scraps that bounced off of her in her eating frenzy. Either way, Im not understanding why a dog, even one the customer clearly planned on eating, was allowed inside your restaurant. I do not feel I can safely eat here anymore.

Clean but my son ordered dark orginal meal and they said it would be 15 min until we got his food, they gave him extra crispy instead and he said it tasted awful. Nice staff

Its been a while since I went to a KFC. This one was quite busy and the staff seemed nice. Watched a family getting portraits done with KFC food which I thought was cool. The food was fresh and tasty and would definitely consider going back.

Disgusting.. Salty chicken meat.. The food was warmed over. Dark brown from sitting. I had the 5 piece. Chxn strips. $8. And change. My driver and I both agree. Stunk !He tossed his meal. The food taste cheap..Nothing taste like home nade

It is always clean no matter what time we go in friendly cashier is polite an said thank u for coming or welcome with a smile

Manager totally argued and yelled at me that I was a liar about the time that I was waiting for my food! Like I didnt know time! Give me a break b---h!

They were nice. They also need to make their employees be clean (hair, nails. cause I lose my appetite after I see nappy dirty hair over food!!

Order taker was polite, chicken, mashed potatoes and biscuit were very tasty and hot. I ordered a side of coleslaw, it was ok, just not as creamy as usual. Upon leaving, I pointed out my observation of the coleslaw and the Manager became defensive. I didnt want anything, just wanted to let them know that it wasnt as good as usual.

Not a very good experience .We pulled up to the door after many hours on the road and saw a rat trying to get in the front door. Needless to say we left immediately . suggest to remedy this problem right now . I know it was still outside but definitely takes the appeal of food away .

Slow service, waited nearly 20 minutes after i paid. If I knew it was going to take so long I wouldnt have ordered.

This is a nice KFC close to hotels, not far off 2 major highways, I90 and I35, and pretty central to shopping.

Topeka av topeka ks. Dry chicken tiny portions on side 6 small potato wedges. But still high price grocery store chicken beats it in every way possible what a rip-off

Raw chicken wings, no thighs, awful service. And to top it off when I called they yelled at and told me to eat a leg

We ate it all. But the chicken didnt taste as spiced as I remember. Also, the tables had not been wiped.

Well Im currently eating at Perkins right now but Google asked me to review KFC. So what the hay, its good when Im in the mood for chicken and stuff!!! Other than that I dont really care about wheres located or anything....

The restaurant is in an old Starbucks so seating is extremely limited especially if you have more than 3 or 4 people. The chicken is generally overcooked and dry. Service is pretty slow.

The last 3X they have screwed up my order, so I stopped going there, for 1 year. My brother is visiting, and wanted KFC, well guess what not only were all 3 meals wrong, the receipt was wrong, and they charged us too much! I tried to call them, she was rude, and continued to tell me that my call was cutting out! RIGHT! Obviously its hard to get good help for cheap price, but this place needs new management!

The worst KFC I have been to. More people have to wait on the parking lot since they cant provide basic simple order on drive through.

Food was fresh, hot and the cashier was very personable. That was a good feeling to see good at their job and I felt like our order mattered. Was worth the drive!

Horrible, employees were arguing with each other the whole time we were there. We ordered $75 worth of food so it took a while. We asked for ketchup and BBQ sauce (we were staying at a hotel so didnt have access to these thingsThe girl says "the bucket comes with 6 BBQ sauces" Okay, we have a bucket of chicken tenders for a bunch of kids and a bucket of chicken for a bunch of adults. 6 BBQs? She says "we usually have to charge for extra" I said "Ill pay for extra, I just need more than 6!"She was so RUDE, made it sounds like we were just asking her to go out of her way to throw a few more BBQ sauces.Thank goodness we were just visiting because I would never eat at this KFC again.

Casheer was rude didnt even say thank you. When she gave us our food she just shoved it into the window of the car without saying anything.

Food was good, bathrooms and dining area were pretty clean, but there are no baby changing stations in the bathrooms.
