First off, good big space, plenty of seats, including upstairs (2 lvl), chicken is fresh and juicy (not every kfc has same taste). Has toilets and many types of seats to suite family, friends, couples etc.So far so good, right?Well, the problem is with the staffs im afraid. One cashier slowly operate and made ppl Q unnecessarily long. Understandable because of the covid and coup, reduced operations. But the attitude is the main problem here. Staff girl not willing to show any customer oriented mindset. Black face with annoyed voice over small, extremely easy to do requests. She just lacks the "saydanar", in English "goodwill" to the customer. I wont mention her name nor the details here, out of courtesy. But as customers, we can feel your attitude. Hope she will learn and change.Back to the point, the management can focus on staffs training, and up their service standards. Staffs mostly dont have service mindset, coz about 10 of them loitering and taking a seat and talking loudly amongst dining customers, made things a bit of annoyance really.The rest is ok, keep it up.

I seldom eat fast food Lately. But my son loves KFC and he always asks me to buy him rice box, popcorn chicken, original chicken one piece and max orange soda. Well i have no choice for not giving him this favor.He enjoys a lot.

Its KFC. What do you expect? Oh. I noticed that theres a taste difference between different KFC. This particular KFC got better tasting fried chicken. The one in San Chaung is tasteless to say the least. I mean they all taste like chicken but the skin, man, the skin taste the best in this branch. And if youre visiting from other country, try the time limited items like Tom Yum burgers or fried chicken. I mean its specifically not a Myanmar thing but you know.. at least you try something new. Cheer

Sadily, the taste of KFC is not good as when it started open. I was a loyal customer of KFC but i prefer Loteria now. Thats obvious when compare two products. Most of the foods become less and less quality then before. Not only one franchise but also all of the KFC in Yangon are same.
