Made a order from KFC on just eat around 10pm. Said would deliver by 10:45. At the delivery time i got a call from KFC saying they didn’t have what i ordered and could send something different. Didn’t really want anything else but after just having surgery that day just wanted food so i agreed to expect the switch to something else. The guy also said that because of the inconvenience he would send some popcorn chicken and a pot of the chicken bites. I thanked him and we ended the call. 5 minutes later They cancelled my order completely and sent me nothing.I will never use KFC Maidenhead ever again. Dont even want to give 1 star they don’t deserve any.
awful experiences - worse than my expectationsin simple words, but just stating facts - soggy chicken, fries and over seasoned chicken. Pepsi was flat and bland, so not recommended. Not biased because I normally enjoy having KFC

Very long wait (20+ minsfor food.Got to Maidenhead station only to find popcorn chicken missing.No wet wipes were given.
Don’t buy via Uber Eats. Received 10% of our actual order and KFC refused to take any responsibility. Not worth the risk

Have been to this place a few times over the years as my daughter likes KFC.Unfortunately, this particular one is not worth the hassle. The queues can get hilariously long, the self service ordering machines will happily let you order, and then suddenly fail when you tell it you want to pay. If you do manage to pay, the machine will display an order number, and it will lie and tell you it is also printed on the receipt. There is no receipt because the paper roll in the machine was last replaced in 2018.Once you do manage to obtain the food, youll be told that certain things are out of stock (drinks, usually). Its also tradition here for the staff to forget at least one item from your order- so make sure you remove everything from the bag and account for everything on the order before you leave.
The wait time just keeps on getting longer the later you go there...theyre more focused on provisioniong those delivery drivers than their in-house customers
Extremely rude and obnoxious staff with an attitude, seem to be school dropouts. You are not treated as human here. Chaotic management as well. Worst service EVER by far… AVOID.
It took a lot of time for the food to arrive. The shop is spacious and had lots of seats when I arrived. They are charging for the supercharger dip and some other shops dont charge for one dip. I dont get the logic behind that.
As I waited for my food… I saw a member of the staff chatting away to another member of staff with his hand in the ice tray, cooling his fingers down. Very hygienic!
Another new team. Seem to be working well and quickly. Quiet when I went (Saturday 19.10and served quickly.Unfortunately, it was only when I got home that I realised that the BBQ mini wrap was missing lettuce and cheese.

The chicken is usually sweaty and greasy. Fries should be crisp but are, again, sweaty. They are also not the fastest here.Ive had better KFC at Oxford Services on the M40.
Worst kfc I’ve been to.Soggy skin , dry chicken . Weird tasting . Gravy was terrible. Always missing something . Unhelpful staff. Just all round horrible food

Absolute useless bunch of muppets! Waited over a hour through just eat and the order finally gets here but it’s missing my daughter kids burger! Rang kfc who admitted forgetting to put burger in the box and they said they cant delivery I need to ring just eat! Just eat only offer refund so my kid has a portion of chips and that’s it! Can’t even get a order right hence why there going no where in life!
Extremely poor service and food at this particular branch. The kitchen is just too small to cope. And with lots of online orders flooding in, the service is worse than ever. Sunday evening I waited (stoodover 30 minutes for my order. I saw a deliveroo order sit on the counter for most of that time too! Ill not visit again, Im done with them. TFC in Queen Street is a much better option!
Typical KFC when it comes to food items, but the staff isnt maintaining it properly. The tables arent clean, we literally saw leftovers on most of the tables, even on floors - so cleanliness gets zero points.Also, we ordered for eat-in, but we were given in takeaway bag - when we asked for a tray - the staff gave it but not with a happy face at all (seems they werent interested for eat-in customers).
There are 3 basic requirements for food. The right temperature, the right order and for it to taste good. KFC have taken the flavour aspect away because it tastes how it does so they have 2 things to focus on that they’ve never managed to get right!I’m not entirely sure how hard it is to count out the correct pieces of chicken, put a pot of gravy in a bag or to make sure the chips are hot but from a customer experience, it must be pretty hard because I’ve never experienced all of the above!
I dont know who works in the kfc but they got my order wrong 4 time now ,didnt even receive sparking water and the driver didnt even bother knocking or ringing my bell .
Poor customer service. Big turnover of people here.Please always check your takeway. These people never ever put your order right! Never! There are always things missing, sometimes half of your order, so I do check now before leaving the premises and today again 4 items were missing! Careless people, poor service, dirty tables.

Clean, with large enough sitting space. Fast working staff.One of the ordering machinee is out of order for a long time.Expect some wait because of the number of delivery orders (many deliveroo, Uber eat,... drivers even when it looks quite)
My stepdad orderd our food from just eat as soon as it arrives the food is cold items missing and he spent £43.17 for what trying to call up kfc but don’t seem to give a damn very disappointed and outraged by this clearly kfc don’t care about their customers.
Ordering via Uber means you’ll be missing one or more items from your order. 90 minutes for a bargain bucket from a less then a mile away. Travesty
Every time i go to this place I just know that the order will be short so last wednesday was the last time ever these people are deliberately short selling for about the last 10 times there is always something missing out of your orderAnd when you asked them to deliver the short fall "we dont have any drivers " which is a lie because it says on the advert for the shop "deliveries" why are kfc employing these people they should be ashamed themselvesIf you want a nice evening in without hi blood pressure eat somewhere else Charlatans all of them
Poor service. I went in to buy, served by Harpreet (transaction: 1009). Got my order wrong. Filled my drink, didnt ask if i wanted ice. When I said I did, it seemed she was annoyed.Food wasnt nice, it was clearly sat out for a few hours (I picked up at 1147am so not sure how long ago it was cooked!)/Not going back to this KFC again!
I had a delivery. The Ubber eats guy was fine. But the food was revolting. Dry and totally over flavoured with salt. I chucked most of it in the bin. I will never get anything from there again. Inedible!
About 3 -4 Uber delivery drivers standing at the collection point , coughing ! Not keeping any social distance and didnt bother to move away from the collection point like they own the place. Seems like the management doesnt care about it.
Ordered for delivery through Just Eat - delivered nearly 25 minutes late & 3 items missing!!!!! Half the family now have no dinner. KFC store not answering their phone & Just Eat says we must register complaint online!!!! How does that help???? Terrible, Terrible service both KFC & Just Eat!!!
Ordered via Just eat and as usual items missing, 3 drinks this time and 2 popcorn chicken last time. Get told we can collect but guess what we ordered delivery for a reason. Very poor service via KFC not Just eat.
Im so sick of this place. Every time we order they miss items from our order weve paid for. Tonight weve made an order through Just Eat. 10:20pm and its meant to shut up at 11pm. Drivers turned up and the staff have left half an hour early and shut up without telling any of the apps and now the Just Eat driver is stuck there. We cant cancel the order as hes there waiting , he cant pick up for anywhere else because our orders active and should be fulfilled. Come on KFC, even on the local Maidenhead Facebook groups everyone says how bad this branch is, cant something be done? Gives your brand such a bad rep compared to the other brands we have available locally.
DO NOT ORDER. Worst kfc by a mile. Always getting orders wrong then when you ring up about it , you hear them in the background laughing & joking about the complaint . Manager doesn’t even know what comes in a box meal . Disgusting , but if you want to receive freezing cold food and part of your order it’s spot on.
Service is probably the worst youll come across, visited this about a month ago thought it was a one off. The food was fine but check your order before you leave as items missing in mine and customer near me
It definitely no longer can be called fast food. Waited around 40 minutes to get a bargain bucket. Now there are walkin customers, online app orders, just eat & the gang, its rediculous!! & STILL THE STAFF CANT GET YOUR ORDER RIGHT!! AS FROM BEFORE..Theres often something missing or wrong, no salt sachets, no napkins to wipe your hands. I hardly ever use it nowadays, no i will never ude it again. & most of thevstaff look as if they would rather be elsewhere..cant blame them really .Its PANTS Kfc. & thats being polite.
Juicy, suculent pieces of chicken, cooked under pressure so that it is cooked all the wat through. Quickly, so that its just like the famous KFC product. No Way! Sorry Folks. Cooked in a deep frier just like chips etc. Not under pressure. Which cooks it through which means Dedworth have to leave the chicken in longer. This means the chicken shrinks and becomes a hard piece of thigh, breast, leg, quarter etc. Maybe the wing is better. Kids wont know the difference, but just go to the USA and see what you are missing. The way it used to be in the UK in the 70s and 80s.
Ordered via deliveroo. Took over an hour. Only to find out half the order was missing and the drinks. The food is always cold when it arrives You wonder if they have taken so long, atleast they could ensure the food is hot. The chips were stone cold. What a big mess. Do not order
Absolutely disgusting! Uber eats delivered our party bucket and upon opening it, all of the pieces of chicken were under cooked! The skin was all soggy and dropping off them with a saliva type liquid oozing from the chicken. Called kfc to be told we had to complain to Uber eats. When I said the problem is not delivery, it’s the fact they’ve not cooked the chicken properly, I was told (by member of staff with managers advice and consentthat we still have to contact Uber eats. Am waiting for a response from them but still nothing. Absolutely disgusting food, and not only was the chicken under cooked but the rice portions consisted of less than 2 tablespoons of rice in each container! Won’t be ordering from them again!We both immediately vomited after taking a bite of the chicken! Yuck!
GREASYThe food here is just getting worse. It was bad usually but now I felt the need to write review. I came home and my chicken drumstick was mushy. The bottom of the bone had come apart and was so greasy/oily and wet. The whole bag was wet! The breadcrumb was just coming off. AND so salty!! What is wrong with this place? Is there no pride or passion to at least cook them correctly?Even when I walked in to the place it was so smokey, the smell of grease and over cooked oils! Avoid.
Hard working and polite staff, but they need to get some control over their delivery drivers in regards to social distancing and adhering to the stores postered rules.There is no sense telling the customers to get out because its too crowded when nearly a dozen drivers are taking up the majority of the waiting area.I understand that times are tough, but the staff seem to be overwhelmed not only by the volume of orders but also by the flagrant ignorance of the drivers who choose to live by their own rules.
Cant go too wrong with KFC (as long as you dont tell your dietitian). Staff are usually friendly and quite efficient. Been ordering/coming here for around 2 years and only once had an issue with our order.
Staff are not adequately trained in till operation, menu knowledge or customer service.Their priorities are delivery orders at the expense of walk in trade.I keep forgetting how bad it is....go back and get reminded.Its such a shame as KFC is a good VFM product.Last week I literally had to shout out "Hello is anyone serving?"Id waited for around eight minutes by the till without being acknowledged as the staff were heads down bagging up for the home delivery drivers of whom I counted as a group huddled together which fluctuated between 7-10- no social distancing.
Attitude of Some of the staff is just appalling, especially towards the Delivery Partner drivers. Every evening, especially Friday & Saturday evenings the waiting time can be upto an hour. Yes, an hour & some times it’s longer & without any explanation. They treat the customers & delivery drivers very poorly. Don’t think the word Customer Service exists in their dictionary.The so called Managers don’t give a damn really, I’ve complained through UberEats, Justeat and Deliveroo for past 3 months but nothing has changed. It’s the worst KFC in this area.
Ordered at least 10 times and not once was the order correct. Not once. I reckon there’s a good £10 deficit in the value I was meant to receive overall considering the times when items were simply not in my order.I’d imagine this is pretty basic to get right so it leaves me uncertain of the problem. Lack of training, lack of people or simply care?
I visit this KFC restaurant approximately once a month and it’s a very decent establishment. It has its occasional off days when service is a bit slow but we go at midday on a Friday so some days are busier than others. Food is fresh and hot. Plenty of space to sit and eat too. Sign up for the KFC app as you get money off rewards that are actually decent compared to some other store cards.
It was ok, but definitely should improve the customer service. The girl who took my order looked bored, her rather unpleasant demeanor made me feel uncomfortable. Also fries were soggy and I could taste a very old frying oil on them. Not cool. Other than that it was fine.
Food was not fresh. Chicken filet very dry. And we order a 2 large popcorn and we got like on photo.. 2 medium in large box..
