KFC in Lumberton

Had the wings and they was rite on time like the KFC taste!!! Keep up the hard work employees!!!

It was my choice to wait cause I new it would be fresh. I wasnt satisfied!! I got original instead of crispy my two biscuits wasnt done & the tea wasnt sweet! I could have said something to the KFC store owner sitting there but I didnt cause my rim was ready as so my stomach to eat!! Wont go there anymore

Clean, newer looking restaurant. Thin straws, which is ideal. Friendly staff. Will be back.

Employees need to be trained in how to deal with the public and mannerisms.

You have to come across very diuretic dont your fool doesnt come as desired thats the unfortunate part but other than that its good 👍🏾

Went through drive thru and ordered family meal. Wasnt asked what kind I wanted. Finally got up to window and asked for it to be mixed. They had no idea what I was talking about. Whoever is training people, maybe themselves need to get retrained.

The chicken sandwich is delicious each time I come thru the drive thru and order it. The drive-thru associate was super nice!

I really do not understand how people think they should make 15 dollars an hour when they can not get the simple order correct. Ordered 2 meals for one and asked for Mac and cheese with mashed potatoes and they gave us fries?Ordered a 12 piece meal and that was jacked up as well. I am sure it’s my fault for not checking before I drove away but dam if that’s the best you AP can do , time to give it up.

Great experience here. Excellent customer service. My order was delivered before I had time to get my drink. Incredible serve time. The Famous Bowl was one of the best ones I’ve had from any KFC. Plus the restaurant was well cleaned and maintained. Actually, the employee was cleaning the tables as I was leaving. Something you don’t see very often at restaurants now that customers are expected to bus their own table. I would highly recommend this KFC.

Hot delicious food , a little on the slower side,not too bad tho.but you have to remind them every time about your butter and honey 🍯

Everything was satisfactory. Food, service and quickness. I would go back again and suggest you try it if you havent already. All KFC food are the same, the only difference is service and this KFC I rate an A+.

Kfc is nothing like it use to be but neither is anywhere else..like chicken is not freshly cook..sitting up a while after cooking..had not been to a kfc in a while but now I remember why...

They need to bring back the old hot wings. I stop eating there because those wings now are not good at all. Its only chicken wings with different hot sauce and its not good. I tried it again this day after over 2yrs and they are still bad. I was a faithful 18 piece hotwings every Friday. Not I dont go at all. 😞

Food ok, super slowwwww inside, plenty of folks there but drive-in more important, enough to give up and go elsewhere.

Food was good BUT what has happened to their PRICES. Could have gone to a steak house for what it cost for chicken. As a matter of FACT, we ate today at Long Horn for just a small amount more we paid for KFC 2 weeks ago. $82 at KFC $97 at Steak house. 6 people ate BOTH times. 3 of 6 had steaks and there was an Appetizer of Onion Petals. COST is the reason for low rating.

Chicken dont taste the same.I miss the wedges they where so good wish they would bring them back.French fries are not good with chicken tater wedges are better

Ordered the Chicken Pot Pies, which I think are pretty good. Always request that they do not include the cookies, but they give them anyway. Cookies are not the best. Other issue is that the drive thru is always slow. Need to find a better way to get customers thru the long lines, especially since, there is hardly anyone inside ordering anything.

Horrible customer service a drink was spilled in the middle of the restaurant and sat there for 15 minutes while people traded through it do not recommend

This restaurant is the slowest drive thru in the world.YOU WOULD THINK WITH THE DINING ROOM CLOSED THEY WOULD GET FASTER. HA HA HA HA

Some of the best chicken. I love their mashed potatoes and gravy as well. I dont eat mashed potatoes from any other restaurant. Their chicken is great. I LOVE KFC!!!!

Walked into this place to order 1 French fry it was busy to be expected for a Sunday. Waited over 15 minutes and still no fry, I asked the cashier could I just get the one fry and leave and he said no I had to wait, even though I watched order after order be given out and I only ordered 1 fry. After continuing to wait I asked for the manager for a refund and she still stood there for over 5 minutes until I could get a refund for ONE FRY! This place had the worst costumer service ! Needs new management and new employees who want to work !

Just ate supper from the KFC in Lumberton NC off 211. The service was excellent and the food was what I ordered, hot, and quite good! Thank you to those who chose to work today and made supper on the road delicious!!

I have always purchased food @ KFC. They really know how to cook chicken right. No other place cooks chicken that is crispy, juicy, and will not scratch your gums up, so thank goodness I have real teeth with tender gums.When you eat and really dont need anything to drink, to wash the food down head on over to my favorite place

Not a good experience this trip. Food was good but the wait time from order to receipt was horrendous. Even while the service was this slow, there were 5 employees at one point on break in the dining room..

Would have given 4 stars however if you go I you are ignored until the drive through is caught up. Check your order before leaving! They have failed to get the order in my previous visits.

The most delicious Chicken sandwich on Earth, the best fries by far and staff has always been so helpful and polite I love my local KFC especially the receipt coupons.

Customer service is horrible let’s not forget the horrible acting mangers food is horrible the slow people at drive thru just stares and talks and points at you for no reason at all... the employees be eating at the window that’s unsafe and unacceptable training needs to be required again please.

Very disappointed from the moment I pulled to the speaker to order. I really advise any of their workers that don’t want to do their job then don’t work. The young lady working the window this morning rushes me to place my order then after I place my order she say pull around for my total. Okay I’m at the window get my food Oh wait I ordered the $30 full up chicken and tenders not once did she ask what kind of sauce I wanted when I placed the order so I asked at the window and she points at the window I guess where the lists of sauce was and I asked if I had eating utensils in the bag she say it should be which there was none then hands me the bag and instead of asking if I care for anything else she shuts the window. That’s not it! Get home the chicken don’t even look like it was fried well just put in the box the skin on the chicken you can still see flour on it skin just soggy...that’s it for me! Ive been to alot of KFC restaurants and this one was not a let down. The outside was very clean and well life. The extra crispy dark box meal was just as amazing. Friendly staff, fast service, and great food gets a 5 star in my 📖.

Chicken wings was passed their hold time and wasnt fresh. Called to get a refund and the mnf on duty fixed it all for me. As well getting me my fresh food.

This is my favorite KFC in all of NC! I hae lived in Fayetteville, Asheboro, and the Outer Banks. The people who work here are pleasant and always willing to go the extra mile for their customers. Because I order a large number of chicken breasts at one time, I call ahead and they always have it ready by the time I get there.The quality of their chicken is fabulous and their biscuits are better than Bojangles. ❤

They are really slow. Lines all the way around the building and not moving fast at all. Not to mention they are not wearing masks. Employees or customers going in to get their carry out. Guess we know where the next wave of coronavirus will come from. I saw that and decided I didnt want their chicken that bad and left.

I used the drive thru and the young girl that served me was well spoken and very pleasant. Even gave her a $6 tip. Restaurants need more servers like her. I didnt get her name, but Ill return to that KFC because of her!!

Given our current situation with the pandemic the service was still good. There was a long line but our order was fulfilled quickly and correctly. The food itself was good.

I ordered four of the $5 fill up bowls, but I requested my chicken to be separate from my bowl, because the gravy and mash potatoes makes the chicken soggy. Everyone’s bowl included the proper chicken (popcorn chickenexcept mine. For some odd reason someone thought a sliced chicken tender would suffice. Needless to say, I’m not surprised mostly irritated.

Its ok. Cant count 16 pc of chicken. Lol. Ordered 16pc dinner meal. Hot 8 pc and said something and she tried to say there was 16. Opened bucket. Showed her and still said there was 16. Someone else looked and got us the 16pc we paid for. Guess its the new math.

Ever time Ive been to the remodeled store on Roberts Ave my order hasnt been correct. You get home and your missing gravy for the mashed potatoes or the corn is so dry its inedible, missing chicken etc. I was missing a gravy today and told the manager before I left the restaurant and was told the workers get confused with what goes with what. I blame the managers if the workers dont understand their job in that case.

Great food. When my daughter was pregnant, they took the time to make her a 6 piece box of just drumsticks cuz thats what she was craving. Very cool!

I tried the chicken tenders for the first time ever. I must say they were NASTY. Those chicken tenders taste like fish. They breaded the chicken in thick flour and a whole bunch of black pepper. Ive never had it & never will order it. Those are the worse chicken tenders ever. KFC is horrible

Normally this is a good KFC. However today I ordered a pot pie and it was not the typical quality of this facility. Found a lot of gristle in the chicken, the bottom of the aluminum container was a bit scorched and there was a bone in the pot pie. My wife had the chicken fingers and she said they were good .

The drive thru was full so I went inside. So I went inside and ordered 5 hot wings. So upon waiting 10 minutes - the cashier asked me my name and informed me that there were no hot wings. Need I say more.

Stopped by Sunday after church. The food was great but it has never taken me so long to get my food. I had to wait 30 minutes before my order was ready.
