KFC in Elbasan

This is the best KFC I’ve ever had. Came back the next day for more! Compared to the KFC I’ve had in UK, USA and Australia , this tasted so much fresher and didn’t leave me bloated afterwards. Everything was perfect and the staff also were very friendly and spoke English. 10/10 I spoke to the manager after my meal and gave her the positive feedback too, her and the staff all looked so happy

I ordered delivery from KFC. When the delivery arrived, I proceeded to check the receipt to confirm all the items I had ordered were on it. This all checked out, thereafter I paid the delivery person. I was astonished that when I opened the bag, one of the items on the receipt was missing. I quickly contacted KFC through their online customer service portal to politely ask them to rectify their error, or refund me the item that was missing... no reply. During the following two days, I continued sending them messages. Unfortunately, to no avail. They never rectified the order or granted me a refund. Therefore, I am giving them a 1 star review.

Location is perfectThe only bad thing is the service, they serve first the delivery and not the clients who are already seated in the restaurant

Can someone answer me if I can pay with Ticket restaurant card in kfc at Bllok??

A very good looking and nice restaurant. Had a couple of small tables outside and many tables inside. Fast delivery of the food and a smiling and friendly staff.Only had a small cheeseburger and a small wrap but both tasted good.Will recommend for getting a quick meal or lunch. They have good sauces which is one of the things i have missed most in Albania!

4 Star, compared to KFC UK, I thought that this KFC in Albania would be a bit more better quality then the ones in the UK and in some areas this was 100% true but in other not so much. The chicken portions were smaller but were definitely less oily and therefore did not make me feel sicky afterwards which was great! The Chicken did taste fresher then the UK KFC and overall, I think it is worth a try to have this place if it is not busy and you are unsure where to go since it is generic and have good prices I believe. The chips were a bit of a let down since they were the old chips that KFC UK use to use and they should definitely make better ones here. The burger was very nice and apart from the chips everything just tasted that bit fresher! Which was definitely welcome!If you are visiting here, Id definitely recommend you trying Albanian KFC especially if you live in Albania and want to taste it for the first time! It was very clean here too! Could be 5 star worthy if they fix up the chips and stuff!

Worse KFC Ive ever ate at. Terrible chicken, very unkind workers and I was given 2 packets of Ketchup for an enormous meal. When i asked for more please, they said you need to pay. Oh, and the only drink choice with "the meal" was Pepsi or water. Steer clear!

went three times. each time the staff was unpleasant. i didnt mind the first times bc i understand what its like to work costumer service but the girl taking the order was just straight up rude. everytime ive been here the staff roll their eyes at you. and its not their fault. they have to be treated better by the employers. the food is average fast food but i remember the chicken was horrible once. the place is ok

I order box chicken price is good and location is great but music is worst so high and noisy and they just put what they want and play with volume how they want.

Two hours to take the order, and when we finally started giving the order, the girl who was serving, was not paying any attention. We left dissapointed.

Chicken wasnt very crispy, and coating was soft and falling off the meat. Doubts about safety concerns in regards to people getting food poisoning. Everything else was fine ,the environment, cleanliness of the place and service was swift and prompt

Delivery sucks. My order took 1 hr and 40 minutes to arrive.

The food was delicous but a bit too expensive the service was a bit bad too because they where a bit rude. We just ask for forks and the waiter looked at us in a angry wat

Although KFC surely is great most of the time, for tourists do not go here!! For the price of a shoddy meal for two you could eat at Any local restaurant and have a fantastic dining experience with a glass of wine, main meal, desert. We ordered KFC delivery one evening and spent 1490 lek, the food was freezing by the time it arrived and gave us bad stomachs. We deeply regretting not going out to a restaurant and even a really fancy restaurant would have been a similar cost. So tourists avoid its not worth it here

Same great finger licking KFC taste I have come to know. Has adequate sitting area downstairs and a more spacious sitting area upstairs. Staff are polite and orders are processed quickly.

I like the chicken pita wrap and the garlic sauce of KFC, but the sanitary condition are terrible in this kfc spot. The food gave me unpleasant stomachache and diarrhea.Better choose another KFC spot to eat, less crowdy and more clean.

Price and taste are very good, but they need employees that speak English.

KFC is always a good one. Prices here are nice, like you would expect in this country. They have all the traditional stuff buckets etc. I actually had the biggest chicken piece I ever had in KFC and it was deliciouuuus.

This is not KFC. They dont have the original recipe. You can get this kind of fried chicken anywhere.

The WORST from all the KFC-s in Tirana. They dont put any effort in making the order as it should be, focusing in quantity and not on quality. The salad is horrible (literally just a few leaves and a small tomatoe with a high price). I can expect that kind of salad from my 3 year old nephew,not from KFC.

Worst KFC Restaurant ive EVER BEEN in. Bad Prices,Small Burgers,No Air Conditioning AND Stale Pieces Of Chciken For 8-9$. I Couldve Bought Better Food Than Some Stale Overpriced CHICKEN. Waste Of Money, Waste Of Time, And I FEEL VERY BAD for The Employees.

Really good deal and friendly staff. Weird that they charge for ketchup beyond one per packet of fries.All in all a good experience here and the location is meeting kfc standards.

So a while ago we ordered a bucket full of chicken pieces and they didnt even cook them properly, they were crispy burnt in the outside and uncooked inside, ive been at KFC for a while but this has never happed to me, oh and also they just stuff ur drink full of ice so u could get less liquid this is outstanding, never going back to Albanian KFC, really unsatisfied 😣😤

The people that work here do not even know what job they do. They sell you fries and after you take them they say sorry no ketchup. They don’t care if you are here to eat. I like KFC but not in Tirana. Here you get the worst service ever.

It’s not the best place because the staff doesn’t even take the order right like for example I ordered a spicy twister and got a normal one. Not only that but the prices are not reasonable at all

The Worst KFC shop. The mens toilet has more than a month unfunctional. You don"t have a place to wash hands ! Unimaginable.

Great food. Its KFC. But some times they minus some parts of the side menu. For example the ice cream. They were giving just the ice cream without the hazelnut!! Same price!! Something the manager decided to take out and have some extra benefits in Albania. Thats unfortunate!!

This is the worst KFC i have ever visited. The food is not good end very horribly prepared. The only good part was the fact that is clean inside.

As knowing KFC in Canada and Serbija in Albanija was the worst KFC i had .Two peace chicken and fries first price high second when open bucket wow wear is chicken after digging true bucket found two peace that are same size like my thumbs . not going back to this KFC

Best place Ive ever been! The food is delicious, the twister, the wings are OMG, I always pick them. They offer lunch menu from Monday to Friday with a discount. The prices are good, the staff is nice.

A nice place to eat fast, they offer lunch menu (12.30-14.30with discounted prices. The place is usually full with students and high schoolers... but still, for eating once in a while, is a good option. The food is ok, even though you should not expect the size KFC products have in US (here are smaller). Toilets need to be improved. Often without water or just blocked.

Its the only fast food chain represented in this country. 🍗🍗🍗🍟🍦🍩☕ It has his history and when you are really on bad mood and need your portion of good junk food its the best place to undereat your frustration 😊

Food like in every Kfc of the world. Toilet for men does not function. I tried to enter the room for females, the girl who was in, when went out had scary sights

They can hardly understand English, but sandwiches are good. They give you hand cleaner paper that is quite unique
