Yesterday I bought KFC at Lotus Puchong, 9 pcs chicken and zinger burger. It’s bad burnt smoke smell and taste through chicken. I’m very disappointed!!! Really wasted my money…. Very bad service !!!!!
Their fried chicken is nice and they always had many people queueing.
Trash worker work so slow if u ordered this restaurant get prepare for waiting 1h
Very exprince to by the chicken yesterday i order via grab the chicken was very cold and noo taste and the very wost packing no tusie no sause packing like road side shop even road side shop also pack nicely very wost maintaning the manager want too change the all thing

Staff were aloof. Requested for a thigh but got a breast piece instead, perhaps thinking I couldnt tell the difference. Only Sprite was available. Possibly my last visit to any KFC outlet due to their steady decline over the years.
Nice and fast delivery but kindly take note when im ordered pls give me Drumsticks and chicken tight will be perfect 🥰🥰
On 26th August 22@8.35pm arrived to kfc lotus Puchong awaited for 20mis when my turn comes, the staff ask me to wait coz they not enough chicken in that store. After counted she told me there is no chicken available if u want u cam order burger. This is really disappointing.
I drove through the rush hour jam to get to this outlet because my kids were in the mood for KFC (the things I do for kids is insane). They requested coleslaw and mashed potatoes so I was gonna order 2 dinner plates to take away. The queue was long because only one counter was open. There were 2 cashiers taking turns to take and process the order but once it came to my turn the service was quite fast. Then I drove back through the jam only to discover that the coleslaw was left out of my order! My kids were disappointed. Thanks KFC for ruining my evening. I just looooove jams.
The worse experience of eating at puchong lotus kfc. I was ordered crispy tenders combo A. Totally disappointed on the tender chicken, it was stick oily smell. Some more the mashpotato ewwuk not like normal taste from other outlet. Haizzz wasted of my money.
Very very slow service, had to wait 15 minutes in the queue for ordering. And another 10 minutes for the food.This place need more staff.
Its big! Spacious and welcoming. Love the interior. And best thing is, not crowded!
Hi there.. I just made an order from food panda awhile ago.. cheesy wedges was one of the item ordered but wht we received was just wedges. This may sound petty but every cent matters, just hoping some courtesy frm the management to inform any inconvenience in future prior proceeding with the order. The zinger burger and wedges were not cooked well, it was raw. Pls be responsible and don”t do half baked work because the least we expect is some courtesy for the money tht we pay.
poor servicing. I keep standing in front of counter more than 30 minutes. All worker saw me and ignored me just because Im Chinese. Racist😏

From lobby crew until manager all need training. My burger late, manager and kitchen crew is fighting about order preparation, cashier is rude with all customer. Manager arguing with me went I ask about my chicken is suppose is original and not spicy, manager show me the recipe said at recipe mention spicy not original.
Better come after lunch hour if you like to dine without the crowd

Order Zinger down and Snack plate then order out didnt give me Zinger and the Snack plate didnt even put it properly in the box. Service was slow and the staff attitudes were very bad.

Very conveniently placed. That fact that its located in the same building as Lotuss means you can check off lunch and grocery shopping in one go.This branch is understaffed recently, possibly due to the pandemic. But overall, the service is still nice and quick.This particular visit, they were out of fries and posted notices in the restaurant. They offered to have them replaced with chicken nuggets or something I else I forgot. Very good management 👍Food is standard, as expected from a franchise.Only complaint is the self-collect option. The food is prepared too late, its probably better to order on the spot *shrug*
Disappointed from few visits...the whole team needs to be re-trained to be more customer centric...build their ability to listen to customer order properly.. kitchen crew should also trained to replenish on time as customers keep walking in..the chicken pieces getting smaller...not sure about other outlets..
This branch KFC have the best QA, unique 1inch fried chicken can only be found here!I got the size of 1inch wing n breast from foodpanda delivery, cant blame foodpanda because they only do delivery.

One of the worst experience I have ever had with the KFC crew.The most understaffed KFC in all of Malaysia maybe. I feel pity for the staff there, but that thought changed due to my experience. I asked if zero chicken burger was available on the menu before waiting in the q for 30mins only to find out it was not available when my turn came on the counter, seems the staff who informed made a mistake by misinforming me due to the availablity. This is how competent they are.KFC - both your food made in this outlet and the staff needs serious improvement. Or else pls kindly to shut the door so people like me dont have to waste 30 mins on busy Sunday lunch time because of staffs negligence.0 stars for you
Very slow service have waited for like half an hour to take my order only and the staff just talking and chi chat but 1 of the staff wanted to take our order but the staff told him don’t take our order. Also I told them I was to take order but they answer me very rudely tell me to wait. Very disappointed because of slow service and don’t care about us might as well buy Maggie cup or McDonald that one even more faster.
Modern and fresh store. Just like typical KFC store nationwide. Safety precaution and SOP really implemented during entry and dine in. Same goes with the food. But, one thing fastfood store ever faced is pest problem. Death roaches lying around table. Have too asked the staff for removing it. Store manager need to overview and inspect every part of the store before start operating the business. Need to step up on that.
Worst kfc ever. Workers openly cursing in the kichen.The cashier who took my order straight up open her phone even though not yet finished taking my order.Please discipline your workers here a bit more.Now covid no customer, bad attitude even less customer

Very poor service, taking 20 minutes to reach my turn for order (only 3 customer in front of me), waited another 15 minutes for the food. The order taking staff acted like it is our problem to wait here and none of her business
Terrible slow and bad service here,waited longer than 30minutes more for food preparation. Even Mid Valley, Sunway Pyramid and KLCC outlets branches of big crowd more customers also faster service than this Puchong KFC branch outlet, hopefully the HQ management can be improved up well in future, if not will get a lot peoples including me black listed & never come this Puchong KFC branch outlet again.😓
I reached KFC at 8.45PM with long que so I asked the counter still got original chicken or not and she said got. After 30 minutes is my turn to order (have to wait another 5 minutes before she can take my orderthen she said original chicken is finish. What the fish? I waited for nothing!! I even asked before, this quality of staff is really pathetic. Why cannot cook new? Behind me still have about 10 people queuing!!
Waited 1 hour to get my order.😡😡 Inefficient. Poor management. When Original fried chicken in high demand, and yet 2 trays of spicy chicken resting there for new order..
If you think McD made you wait for long, think again cause KFC would come right out and top the scores. Probably the worst experience ive had with the service personnel. The so called managers is so unprofessional and ineffecient I almost wanted to ask for a refund before my food arrives. It took almost an hour to receive my food. The worst part is, i ordered 6pcs chicken tender, the manager told me he added 2 more pcs as a compensation for the wait, but i ended up with only 4 pcs. This is a big NO for me.
Fast & accurate counter service. Food tastes good & freshly made. Fewer seating capacity due to RMCO made worse by many uncleared tables (come on Malaysian, we could do better, pick up after yourself ya😊).
I like this outlet bcos convenience, after done my shopping in Tesco, this is fast-food for me. Quite spacious and usually, quiet during weekdays. Important is their fried chicken always freshly fry and juicy.

Cashier asked to wait about 15 mins to get spicy chickens. Anyhow, that voice didnt reach to my ear. After waiting 27 minutes, I asked for my meal, then the cashier was telling me that she told me to wait 15 mins. Finally, in total of 31 mins waiting, I received my meal. Food & taste was good enough. Services need to be improved. Otherwise, the outlet will lose customers.
The phone number is fake and unable to contact. Please change to valid number.Overall it is still a good KFC branch to go.One thing to comment is they priotise delivery more than in house dining. Often wait around 30 to 40 minutes for in house dining.
One of the slowest KFCs Ive ever been to. I dont think its right to keep your customers waiting for 30 mins for "fast food". Alot more shouting going on behind there. The only upside is that its pretty clean I guess.

Slowest KFC ever.. the queue system is messed up and do not solve any problem for takeaway or eating just adding more trouble and anger .. the screen to see the number not even displayed correctly and the staff asking tons customer if this is their order!? Poor staff and customer.. this KFC need to close down and reconsider what their are doing
Slow service, lack of staff, take wrong order. Staff very blur and the best part theres 3 counter, only 1 operating. Dont even consider buying there as they took their sweet time to take order yet make mistakes. KFC should consider changing the entire team there as theyre very arrogant and never change their mistake
