KFC in Sharjah

There’s only one cashier that takes cash and the other cashier has only card payment in which the paying machine is not working well and takes 5 whole minutes to process payment which usually stops working midway…

Very bad kfc, worst branch ever!!! My friend got food poisoning! Stuff always missing. SO DISAPPOINTED AND DISGUSTING

We usually go to KFC in Matajer Juraina. I have always been an ardent fan of spicy Twister sandwich meal with spicy fries. Their 4 in 1 meal is also very good. Both these meals are very good for one person and each cost only AED 15 each. While Id give 5 stars for the food, Ill give only 3 stars for the branch in Matajer, for the poor customer service. Lack of courtesy can actually put you off. They hardly give any attention to the customer, and this could be due to the fact that they are understaffed. An improvement in the customer service can improve their rating.

I place a order through kfc app they are contacted me for the order confirmation,they said to me within an hour you will get the delivery, after one hour I tracked my order it was showing as delivered. I contacted to the same number the delivery person said that in the same building another one person collected the order and paid to him .I waited for almost 2hr what an irresponsible one the driver didnt call to me when the order in place .They didnt have any maners and courtesy.

KFC is KFC,BUT THE SERVICE IS BAD 2 OF 10NOT CLEAN 5 OF 10THE FOOD IS NOT HOT NOR FRESH.

Extremely bad service. People answering the phone doesn’t speak good English. Order is almost always missing something or sometimes wrong. This branch needs to close. What a shame. The only branch servicing so many people. But still so bad.

Sometimes the food tastes great and has alot of flavour. Most of the time it tastes like its been sitting for a day and they reheated it quickly and wrapped it for you. No consistency at all in terms of quality. Definitely not one of their good branches.

Mostly they dont listen to your order properly. And they miss atleast 1 item from what you order

This is a very bad branch of KFC....the chicken is very dry....spicy fries are not done properly and half are normal fries......I would prefer going to another branch than this
