KFC in Lubbock

Fairly quick service, but chicken did not taste like it was thoroughly cooked.

Tried the pot pie. Much smaller in size.. An not very moist. Maybe 2 -3 little chunks. Of chicken in it. Wont order that again

There is a manger with super good atencion and nice

They shorted us the fries on our order. We got home over an hour & a half a way to discover they had not given us the family fry or the individual fry.

biscuit hard then rock and chicken strips not done . Uncooked. Always take your time cooking someone food they finna pay for.

very bad experience, there was no air conditioning, they did not have dishes to eat there, they did not have strawberry jam packets, there were only traces of ice, the drinks tasted like pure water, and it looked the best.we will not return to the place.

Always go here for lunch. Chicken was refried from night before, not fresh. 1st time this had happened to me. Noticed chicken looked refried and darker than usual. Manager is on vacation so I guess they do what they want.

The lady on the drive thru was awful! I drove off without ordering because an attitude like that isnt going handle anything going into my mouth! She didnt ask me if I wanted a drink, she just kept saying "ok" to everything I asked or wanted. This location is always a disappointment. I wish theyd get new management or maybe corporate would come visit....go to University they are pretty consistent and the food comes out as expected.

Gave me chicken tenders that were over cooked, super tough, had to wait long time, didnt have the original food I came for.

Just stopped in for a chicken sandwich and coleslaw. Food was exactly what I expected and hubby was happy with his lunch. 3 stars because they had the parking lot packed with people waiting for their order and one girl running around outside trying to figure out who got what. Just unorganized!

I had the fried chicken breast sandwich meal with fries and unsweetened iced tea. They had no sweeteners for my tea, and it had only traces of ice in it. The fries were amazing and freshly fried, perfectly salted, but the chicken sandwich was all dried out and super chewy, as if it had been under the heat lamps too long. I was truly disappointed, because the service was so nice, friendly, and quick. It had a lovely crispy crust on it, so I was hoping it would be as juicy as chic fil a. Nope.

Man, the night manager was freakin super fast and got everyone one out from the drive through and dine in…. If only people could move that fast at all fast foods, and the food was hot and yummy!!!!

The girl working driver thru was rude to the guy that took my order he was amazing respectful I hope he finds a better job or get better co workers

For the last few times I have visited my order is never right. Please get people who can read the orders back instead of just giving me how much it cost. Dont think I will come back to this KFC even though it is close to home.

I came here a week ago for JUST a chicken breast. I absolutely LOVE the original recipe and wanted a breast for a salad I was making. They do not have a la cart. I had to order a full chicken sandwich meal just to get the chicken. At that.... the chicken was SOGGY! I asked for plain and dry... and even the employee at the seuve they said why didnt you get nuggets? Come on KFC!!! I love your chicken... lets work on the customer service and menu!!!

It was terrible bought a meal 32.00 worth biscuits were hard then we were told no plates would not even give us one of their card board boxs did give us drink cups as ours came in a big bag of Dr Pepper for two people I asked for a refund before meal was touched except by them and was refused.

Food was old and NASTY will never go to this KFC again. The one on N University food is good and fresh but they where closed due to power outage. Poor poor rating.

Very dissatisfied. I did not get what I asked for. When I called to speak with someone about it I was hung up on before I could even speak to anyone. I literally heard them pick up and then "click". Very unprofessional. Ive been to a kfc where customers matter and this is by far the opposite of that.

Showed up today around 530 and was told that it would be a 45 minute wait for chicken. This is the rush-hour of the day what chicken restaurant doesn’t serve chicken and it was gonna be a 45 minute wait. Employees were highly rude did not want to give us a number to the store or managers name and also told us there was no manager on staff. It seems like these employees didn’t want to do their job and didn’t have anything prepared highly rude and professional would highly not recordThis location

Delicious food, they make sure they give you all of the food ordered!Friendliest customer service.We had some of the spicy Tennessee Tenders as well as the bucket of thighs and legs.

Went to pick up a mobile order. The order was wrong, and also so smashed into one bag that all the food looked like someone sat on it. The woman running the window was aggressive and rude. I will never be using this location again. Do better, guys.

In 2019 is was the top rated KFC in the area. Not anymore. The plaque has been removed and for good reason. During lunchtime peak pre cooked chicken was tired and tasteless. Had to eat somewhere else to make sure I didnt have COVID.

trying to feed 5 people, went to the one on 50th.. door locked, cant fit our truck thru drive thru so walked up to speaker which wasnt answered, walked around to window and knocked then yelled.. finally answered by a very sweety lady that told us the system was down.. drive to the one on 2nd and University waited in drive thru to be told they are not excepting cash.. guess we go somewhere else.. will not try eating at either one for a long time

Spicy Chicken Sandwich and French fries were Excellent!! My husband and I ate in our vehicle in the parking lot and we couldnt help but noticed the faded sign with not enough letters to make words, a torn awning, and it was such an eye sore! This franchise deserves a facelift, pronto!! The customer service and food definitely keeps this location alive and they deserve an upgrade!!

The food was good as usual. The staff has the best customer service, even though I was on a call and was patient with me. Great staff here and will come again.

Had me waiting for my order in front of the store for 30mins when they said it would be 10mins. And when I went in to check what was going on with my order no one was worried about it what so ever. WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION! This is not the first time I have had an experience here like this.

I just went through the drive thru and I get home without gravy for the mashed potatoes, the chicken looks like it is undercooked. There’s no crust. It just mush and soggy. Also did not get my drink and the phone is just a busy. You cannot even talk to nobody. This sucks!!

Wasnt what I ordered was suppose to been original fried chicken and they have me a spicy crust to me it was horrible. I will go back to the KFC on West 19th from here on out. Very disappointed

Over $20 for 12 chicken tenders and sorry to say but it was bland, dry, and tough. I also had green beans and mashed potatoes w/gravy. I will not go back

Ordered a 3 piece meal and the chicken was very soggy. They was so much grease that it tore through the bottom of the box. I couldnt even eat it all.I also ordered a side of fries and they werent even cooked all the way. They were cold and a few still tasted raw.

Its ok......But the managers at this one has a very bad attitude especially if what you order is big she is very rude and tell you there is no chicken or they will tell you it will be 15 minutes of a wait for chicken just so you can leave. I called to make an big order and she hung up the phone would not answer for nothing. But they have great chicken.

I made an order online and not only did I have to wait an additional 20 minutes with nobody in the dine in or drive thru line, but my order was incorrect and the cole slaw was sour. Worst visit ever!!!

Lobby hot, take out only (not marked on doors). Rode bike to get a bite, ended up sitting outside to eat before riding 30 miles back home. Our meals state coleslaw and one side included, both our meals were without coleslaw as well as all meals observed packing for drive-thru. Was going to order extra food to bring home, but was told I could not pickup when done eating, so I did not bring extras home.

Ordered 6 piece wings & small fry! My wings were burnt. Like crispy burnt & my fries are soggy & taste like they were cooked in old grease. I guess thats the “secret recipe” KFC is talking about. This was literally 5 mins ago. 7/17/20

Usually this KFC is amazing but tonight I spent almost $50 on chicken. The chicken was suppose to be extra crispy, its not, the biscuits are hard, the fries are stale and taste like they have sat there all day, they didnt give me any sauces that I asked for, the boxes broke when I pulled the tenders out and they went everywhere! This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with this KFC.

Erica was great! Our car broke down the street on our way to south Texas. We were stranded and they were about to close the doors but allowed us to order. The food came up fast and was great quality! Thank you Erica and employees for the great experience!

Check your food before eating. After a long day of driving decide to buy some KFC and my math potatoes had skin chicken yes you heard rite..

Ordered my food, our drinks had NO ICE AT ALL. When we got home to eat, the potatoes had no gravy, the 3 famous bowl combos had no gravy, my kids didnt get their cookies that should have came with their combos. My tender box & fries, the fries and tenders were over cook, chicken pulled apart like rubber, and the fries were all hard. Wasnt worth it to go back and complain, just wont be returning!!

The store is shabby and run down but the order was correct and reasonable price. Went through drive thru. Had 3 separate people begging for money in the drive thru line. Reason I only give 3 stars is because they wont do anything about that. I dont feel like I should be harassed for money by multiple people and the store not do anything about it.

You need to increase the sizes of your sides; get real. Why did you get rid of your cornbread muffins? Those were awesome, and they SOLD! Other than that, all is well. The woman with the tattoos on her arms is always, and I mean always working her tail off in this store. She needs to be approached for district manager or some promotion.

My dad just went to grab three of the $5 boxes but when he was handed the order it was wrong. He tried several times to tell the lady its wrong but she just would not listen. She made him pay for a $37 meal that he did not even want. he said she smelled strongly of weed and looked high as hell. never coming back to this kfc.

I mean, its fast food chicken. How do they make it so darn good? How are the mashed potatoes so delicious? Probably a lot of salt, fat, and sugar. Still, its a good place to get a filling and tasty meal on the cheap.

Drive thru service is subpar. They pretty much give you whatever they want to. I ordered 4 piece dinner in which you get 1 wing 1 breast 1 drumstick 1 thigh. I got 2 thighs 2 drums. I ordered a large mac, I got 3 individuals that were half full. I recommend you go inside to order to check order for accuracy.

Didnt like the service today always great now they took our order down 3 ahead of us and then I ordered and then waited new customer comes in with 4 dinners and extra food ordered and gets their order by the time I got mine in order. Then I asked if the macaroni and corn was also in my bag she said yes I walked home and got home and missing 🌽. I wasnt going to walk back or try to complain making a phone call they dont answer phone.

My husband went and ordered inside. Came back and we had a 14 piece all original. When he ordered a 16 piece mixed. Didnt even get the coleslaw. So told my kids lets go get our order fixed and eat there. We get we let him know he just threw down the bucket and was just tossing the chicken in the bucket. Then I ask for water cups and says they are out and wants to charge me for cup because THEY WERE OUT OF WATER CUPS. I like KFC never had any problems at any other location. This by far was the worst. Could not get his name he no me tag. Check your food before you leave. They werent even busy.

Good chicken however for fast food the staff seemed to struggle a little getting my order. Took longer than i wanted and had to correct them a couple of times regarding what i wanted, but will still go back. Food was good.

I had not eaten in over a year due to food poisoning, however, decided to give it another try!! Should have known better, after ordering thru drive thru & driving home, and thats a 30 minute drive home, my order was WRONG!! I attempted to call the store, not once but 10x & phone was constantly busy!! Lesson learned..will not EVER EVER make any kind of attempt to eat there!!
