KFC in Dhaka

Food was tasty but we wanted to order another item but the staff informed us that the item was not available but he took the same order next after us that we wanted to order..... It was not exceptable.

Need to improve the taste of the food & Kids play ground. Not up to the mark.

Burger was really good, as usual ... But something has changed a little bit with the fries ... Not as yummy as before ... Was very much looking forward to the fries so a little disappointment was there .. but the rest of it was good ...

Food was well cooked & hygienic. Too much crowded.Should take care washroom.

Chicken was okay, service was slow but I guess it was just a mistake but the atmosphere was bad.If you enjoy serenity this is not the place.

If youre going to have "Double down", have to wait for 15-20 mins for the food but the food is fresh as always! But they need to up their service, the tables remains uncleaned till you ask for it like 4-5 times!

Efficiency of the order takers could be better. They were not able to deal with the queue very professionally.

I ordered chicken wings 6pcs, large french fries,Medium pepsi, mayo. The wings was a bit over spiced in some areas. French fries was average. The place was very crowded.

Its like any other KFC. Food is great and staff were incredibly helpful. The playground is VERY small though so I dont think kids would have much fun here.

Tastes good but burger needs to improve a bit

We went to gulshan brunch. Ordered Supercharger sandwich which was not even warm and loaded strips n fries . Fries were simply and dry cold . We visit this store previously several times but it wasnt this much bad.

Tastes of the foods are not same as like it used to be 4/5 years ago. At that time I decided that I will not go BD KFC anymore. But thought of going here again few months back. Went there and found that foods still taste bad and in addition prices have increased a lot. previous locations (near shooting club, east side of the main roadbrach was specious and very attractive. But the current branch is very ordinary and very congested.

have the right place, clean and friendly services.theres only one female servant who seems very hostile, but we understand.maybe theres a problem

Its a vibrant place.along with good food and play zone for babies.the play zone though looks little narrow but can serve the child happiness.

A great place to take a quick bite. Usually crowded during the afternoon and evening. Menu is usual KFC menu. Service is usually fast. There also a place for childrens to play. Which is great as parents can let the childrens play before they take the meal. There are a few dessert options as well.

It was good, I always heard that in bangladesh. Kfc is bad not like foreign countries. Which is true but in my opinion its not bad

I love visiting KFCs where ever I go. The Zinger burger used a different part of tge chicken you find elsewhere.Wasnt too impressed when I asked for a diet Pepsi instead of regular and when I was told I could have one, I was content until I realised I paid for an extra diet Pepsi.I remember the burgers being a lot nicer the last time I was in Dhaka.

Very crowded when I visited last time.... Small place... Nothing to say about food quality but service was bad due to crowded... Try it if you like kfc

There was a promo offer today, my colleague didn’t knew about the details, so he asked the guy who was the floor in charge. The guy replied rudely that we should check the offer, terms and conditions before we go there...!!! Seriously!!??? What is his job then?

Day by day they are getting slower. They told me to wait 15 minutes but its almost 25 minutes where is my food.

Lost its quality of food. Writing this after eating from KFC. Their crispy chicken is too dry and peri peri chicken tastes as boiled chicken without spices and all.

Love their zinger meal specially the burger. Absolutely hate the taste if spicy flaming hot chicken. Fries are okay and can be improved I think. But one thing I always notice is that they are super late.The staffs aren’t helpful, so dont like their service.

The food tastes good. I like their smoky chicken than others. The price is higher. It could have been better if the place is little more bigger.

KFC (kentucky fired chickenis the best restaurant in the world. It has many branches. Gulshan branch is one of the popular branch. This place is crowded. Environment is good but not well organised. Employees are not well concerned about their customers. Talk about the quality of food, fried chicken 🍗 tested good but I expected better.Thank you.

Well known place for having some foods. Tried their Chicken Taco, rice box and crispy chicken. It was good as always. Expected better taste in the tacos.

Finger licking good. Incomparable taste and best fried chicken in the town. Excellent super fast service with minimum waiting time. Though, the place and sitting arrangement is bit congested however had great time and food there.

I took their Tuesday deal which is 999tk offer.You will get 8 pieces of fried chicken,12 pieces of wings. Worth the money. I havent tried KFC for couple of years now.but yesterday took this offer from gulshan branch and I must say I absolutely loved it.❤ like other fried chicken it was not very spicy or oily, taste is quite subtle.and freshness is there. They serves the food super fast,I was amazed actually. Due to covid they are not open for dine in. I miss their coleslaw though, they stopped making it 😪 i hope it will be back.**You have to park car on road and then order.they have guard so its okay.

The coleslaw that was served was very bad like it was given directly from the freezer which had no taste at all. Plus the fried chicken was ok but not like the one you see in KFC all around the world.

The new outlet is very small and cheap compared to the old flagship KFC.No dedicated parking, have to park unauthorized in streetside.Kids playzone is very small, floor is hard for small kids.

This rice offer doesn’t worth 299/- at all. Rice quality should be more upgrade. At least not the boiled pelow rice in salt and cloves water. Dont like it at all.

They shifted from across the road recently. The new place is much smaller compared to the last. Also the play area for kids has been drastically reduced. The new place has a new look and feel which is nice. However, the reduction is space is quite disappointing.

KFC are really awesome. Nice environment, services are also good and pleasant manner. Foods are good as well as other branch. Like it.Price comparatively expensive but taste are good.Security are good, So foreigners are also preferable.All items are relating with chicken. Environment is relaxing but frankly speaking overall disgusting good. Way too salty and tasteless burger and chicken fry, was difficult to swallow. Had the opportunity of trying KFC in different countries but had the worst experience here in KFC Gulshan-1. KFC should shut down their franchise in Bangladesh if they cant maintain their standard.

Took their new kfc double down. Price is little bit higher but I was satisfied with the taste. Chickens were very crispy and tasty as always. Their stuffs behavior was very good. They told me it took 10 minutes to serve as it was not made. They served it within 10 minutes. So, service was very satisfied. It was a great experience for me.

Small and cozy, but slow serving time and mosquito problems. Its a proper quick bite place. Also note the service is really slow after 10pm and they run out of options.

Recently changed the place, 100 meter just straight opposite rode inside new cozy but same staffed but a bit minimized-demarcation. For this Branch of KFC Bangladesh I would like to say its a well decorated place and restaurant in a prime location of Dhaka. The Environment outside and inside is well and food is also delicious, they have also kids play zone & kids manu but they are price and serving is not up to the mark. They, Should try to improvise some special offers for students and try to serve the food as quick as possible.
