Bad experience and service. I went for first time and ordered some spicy chicken. It wasn’t spicy and pieces were so small and mostly made of batter. I asked the girl giving me takeaway food extra ketchup she ignored me and left. I asked again and she said she already put one in the bag I asked ok but give me one more, she said no I can’t and rolled her eyes and was looking agitated staring me down, giving me attitude. I said just one more and she picked one ketchup sachet and threw it across table in my direction. It was unbelievably rude experience. Will not be going again. Also most items I wanted on menu wasn’t available.

Fast food

Service is awful. Youre trying to get food delivered quickly and not have to wait hours and even have to call back to make sure your order was taken. Think twice before ordering!

Good vibe

I enjoyed my fast food especially the fries, crusty on the outside and soft on the inside, goes really well with the ketchup and not to forget the chicken 😋 yum!It’ll be a lot nicer if new meal gets added to the menu.

KFC First Lady, Dakar Corniche Ouest is a fast food restaurant that specializes in fried chicken from the US based Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurant chain.

I like that place, staff and service is very good.

The chicken is nice and crispy, the burger I had once here the bin was not fresh... Also no salt is available.

The communication of the staff is very good and the food is very tasty, the view of the sea in the evening is very beautiful, sitting on the terrace in front at the time of eating.

KFC like the one in the USA but theirs spicy chickens aint that spicy.... descent location across from the beach so you can expect a nice breeze blowing around .... they have a drive thru also they offer dinning in and different sitting areas like the balcony and the inside.... overall its a descent fast food place , adequate for a quick date night or to grav something to go

One of the best restaurants I visited in Sénégal. A nice ambiance. And their customer service was professional.For those who cant descend from their car, you can just order and pickup from the mobile car queue.

Its the first KFC to ever open in Senegal, they called it "KFC First Lady" because their philosophy is to run that KFC with a majority of women... And it will be the first thing you notice. Apart from that, it has the same standard as in other countries in terms of configuration, design and organisation. You place your order, carry your food to the restaurant and enjoy it, or you order from the Drive-in and get your food right in your car in the next 5mns (I have always prefered that option). Regarding the quality of the chickens 😁 delicious, if you are into spicy food, I highly recommend the spicy versions all the way round. Only downside, its expensive, everything is expensive in the Senegalese KFC. Never order the Chicken Pops, worst "investment" ever...

The food is amazing and the waiting time is very short! The only bad thing is the home delivery the phone doesn’t seem to work.

Fantastic service. Its an all female staff to empower girls n women in Senegal. The service is awesome as any KFC very clean n nice n its a brand new building over looking the beautiful Senegalese ocean across the highway. The take away service is also great.

Nice place beautiful view and the place is clean and the food is good as well the service.

Its a KFC. Not too interesting when Im from the States and the food is rather hit or miss, but its a slice of home and comforting and comfortable. The building itself and the staff are all really nice, just beware of the lines that will develop if youre going during a popular hour.

Too oily and really not very tasty. Plus it is definitely not crispy 😢But real nice space to hang out

Amazing to have KFC here in Senegal. The store has come a long way since the opening. The restaurant is clean and has a great atmosphere, just like a KFC in Europe. The menus however is still lacking much diversity beyond fried chicken and a sandwich. No popcorn chicken or any sides such as mac and cheese or rice. The lines also can be very long. Be prepared to wait and have to talk through your order to be sure you get it all. It is not perfect but the food has great flavor and it is a treat for sure to get some KFC in Dakar!

Food is great, but the organization so far (a month after the official openingis disastrous. I hope they get their stuff together and are able to better accommodate / serve in a timely matter.

Amazing. They really nailed it. I will be back ASAP. There are long lines at the busiest times. Service, atmosphere, and food were all really good.

Today was the first day and they had arranged a concert on the opening day. There was too much rush and people were waiting in the long queue to get in.

Its so good!!
