KFC in Sligeach

Next time Ill choose McDonalds. Better "food" and more lively.

Toilets were a mess and had an off putting smell, food was ok chicken strips seemed very salty . Ordered with the app food was totally wrong got a zinger instead of a regular tower meal, got a mini fillet with just ketchup 🤔 sure its supposed to be mayo and lettuce, the staff were lovely and polite

Excellent service, very friendly staff 👍🏼We had to wait for our order for a while as it was very busy. . . But I have given an extra star for a fresh juicy chicken ⭐

Foods good but 9 times out of 10 they forget something.

Have improved hugely work hard....staff are nice good manager. Food has improved hugely but just check you have everything at busy times. There is problems with the app but the staff are very nice and sort it out efficiently.

Nice restaurant in the business Park on the outskirts of sligo Town, lots of free parking and its just of the M4 motorway, a great selection of other store yher lime Smyth toys, Harvey Norman and Mcdonalds to mame a few great for a stop by food is always fresh and restaurant is clean as are yhe bathrooms

A very poor dry zinger meal..little sauce on burger and wrong drink. When i told them....the reply was does it matter?? And cleaner brining back unused sauces etc back to be served out again...not be going there again!!

Very disappointed as was left without my fries when I ordered a bucket of 6 pces. I love 10km from Sligo so only discovered the loss of food when I arrived home. No way of contacting KFC as telephone number not ringing just a tone

It seems like it has improved over recent years, maybe new management. The drive through is quick and for the first time ever we actually got the type of chicken we asked for without complaint or just being ignored.

Awful place would never go back. Tables dirty. And the chicken didnt even taste like KFC chicken.I recommend going to McDonalds next door instead.

One of the best KFC franchises in Ireland! Its busy so the gravy and food is fresh always tasty!

Had a takeaway and it was lush, all really hot. Unlike like a neighbouring outlet

Rarely visit KFC but Sligo branch gave excellent service with a lovely, polite, friendly young man serving....and food well priced and good quality. Impressive 😀🙏

Excellent kfc, Ive been to about 4 different ones and this one topped them all probably because the krushin machine was working for once😂 any other kfc weve gone to its "never working" we went on 2nd July 2022 around 12pm and the guy on the intercom was very friendly and the food was piping hot which is what I like! Thank you!

Worst experience ever with there food ordered a mighty box for one, ment too be 2 mini fillets got one cut in half, got Pepsi and it tasted like water no taste of it at all, chicken did not taste like KFC chicken

Disappointed as we could only get drive through premises not open to sit in. Food was good but they didnt give any salt or hand wipes and I had to ask for cups for our drinks but they were busy so need to forgive for that.

Slow. Confusing menu. Extremely overpriced. Missing loads of menu items. Lady at the drive-in was very nice though.

Staff were very friendly and polite, on the day we went the touch screen at the front door wasnt printing receipts I informed the staff and asked for copy but was told it wasnt possible. Also bins were full so couldnt empty our trays into them.

I want to give credit to all staff that were working around 3pm on sat the 12th of Feb. They were all very friendly & working very hard. Place was clean and food was great! We will be back

Avoid at all cost. Horrible chicken..smells like diesel and none existing customer service. Dodge the bullet and avoid this place by miles.... Its not family friendly....

It was as a good experience, nice food. The place is usually crowded and it does have enough parking places. Usual waiting time for each order is around 10 minutes. You can select the order and pay by using the payment machines near to the door, the same will generate a bill with the order number. As KFC is an established business, I would expect a display where it mentions the order numbers instead of employees saying it.

12:10 on a Sunday and the door is locked. Staff seem to be arriving at 12, but the premises is due to open at 12.Plenty of people trying to get in but the door was locked. I wont be back.Management should be paying staff to arrive at 11am, so they can prepare food and get ready for the day ahead. I actually pity the poor staff.

Just because they literally never have the vegan burger but its first thing you see on the drive through menu.

Beautiful tasty chicken, perfectly cooked. 4 stars because it was a very long wait in the drive through. They apologized and I could see they were working very hard in the kitchen, they were down staff due to COVID-19

Very nice staff, food is served so fast, the staff is very polite. I ordered 2 meals during busy lunch time using KFC app, the money came out from my account but I didnt get the order number. Staff was very understanding and served me very fast, no problem at all. 5 stars for KFC for sure, especially comparing to the McDonalds next door, which has a mile queue and really slow service. Youll drop dead till you get your meal with those ones.

Went inside, thought it would be faster. There were 3 kids in front of me. The KFC worker took one order and started mopping the floor. After a few minutes of this, one of the other kids asked could they order. Madness. Fast-food it is not. Had to wait twenty 25 minutes for order. Plus over salted and pricey.

It says fast food..... fast it WAS NOT!!!. I was stuck in the drive through and if I could have escaped I would. I never had to wait so long for food from a take away 40mins before I even got to order. Not happy

First time went there 1 Sept with kids. Food was ok but service brutal. Girl mixed 2 different order together so I had to separate which I no clue what suppose to be in. Communication 0. Hi- bye. More respect for customer needed. Wait 25 min to get order- take away:D longer then in restaurant. Would never go back.

Would have been great to have outside seating as it is now takeaway only, staff were training made lots of mistakes, there was a Male customer in the premises who was not wearing a mask and was not challenged by the manager who was sitting beside the service area, you can do better KFC 🙁

The Macdonalds beside it is always full,seeing as Im too hungry to wait I always get kfc,best part?Everything is freshly cooked ,amount of times i got almost burned with how hot my food is.You can always count on them having fresh and fast made food with small waiting lines.

Today 6:00 pm I bought food from KFC Sligo for 27€ for children and it was not at all edible because of too salt content, so I tried to contact them through phone but couldn’t recognise that number. Really sad and waste of money. Will never visit there again for wasting my money.

Popped in for a snack. Didnt know what I wanted so I ordered the rice box with zinger chicken without the buttermilk dressing. Wow it was absolutely gorgeous. So glad I tried it.

Disappointing Icecream today in KFC Sligo....tasteless and full of ice chips. It is usually very nice.Updated this week to 5Stars. Lovely lady on till apologised for last weeks experience. I was offered a sample of icecream to taste before I purchased it. It was perfect. I was not charged for the icecream this week. Excellent Customer Service and much appreciated.

It was that day again, The blue van men found have found ourselves in the distant land of sligo, looking for the most succelent gravy chicken burgy of them all. We had travelled many a mile on this journey of chicken and have come across disappointment after dissapointment.Until this our last hope had arrived when the 5 of us seen a KFC in the middle of nowhere from our banged up wagon. We stopped and took a gander of the menu. Once we all agreed what to get we started to pull up to the drive thru, BUT then we spotted a special rare item on a poster not on the menu.We planned out a new strategy as we were not prepared for the likes of this, so one of us decided to bite the bullet and swap out there original order for this rare item.We finally had arrived at the mic a WOMAN spoke to us with a heartfelt tone and asked what items on the menu we would want. We hit her with everything we got. The stack, The tower, The banquets, The triples even the pop of the corn but it was nothing to her she handeled it like a champ. But then we pulled out the big guns.We asked for THE GRAVY and we thought thatd be it. There was no way she could deal with all of that gravy. But we were wrong. She just threw it back in our face and was like I got your gravy bruh. I had to say we were impressed hopes were high.But that was just the first hurdle next was the delivering of the food. Which I have to say I was blown away by her speed alone. as she put up her glasses to her face almost to say this her moment as her blonde hair blew in the wind she handed us our food and drinks in less then a minute flat from us ordering the food.We then gave her the money and we were gone as she sent us on her merry way as if this is just a normal thing for her. Then we travelled all the way back to our current homebase to see if we were gonna be disappointed like so many times before.But as we opened our meals and we got the taste and the feel and the smell of the chicken burgys and gravys we knew we had accomplished what we had set out to do so long ago. Not the most friendly or helpful staff. Disappointed now how little amount of chips you get. Under 20... Is that a new idea

As much as I enjoy KFC chicken I couldnt recommend the Sligo outlet. We were met with a rude member of staff at the counter who didnt see fit to use words to speak to us and instead stood there silently staring at us and eventually nodded her head at us. After refusing to deal with her we were served by a pleasant chap. They didnt have rice boxes available which was disappointing. The toilets were filthy. We wont be back!

Ive been in this restaurant on 3 occasions with friends. Each time, the music has been so loud that I couldnt wait to get out. I dont mind loud music generally, but when youre trying to have a relaxing bite to eat after shopping is not really the time or place for it. I wouldnt bring my kids in there as the volume of the music would undoubtedly make them too hyper to eat.

Have to clean table your self with your own cleaner because no staff willing to do this job
