KFC in Dauphin

Food was fast, venue was (appropriatelyclean for the time of day (supper period), service was decent. (Attentive but not friendly)Letdowns included disfunctional AC, slightly cold food (not warm at all), and high price.Flavor was good. Buns were kinda dry and brittle, pop was not mixing appropriately (tasted flat, perhaps low CO2). Nobody looked like they were happy to be there. Ive often refrained from coming here because their drive through is infamous for being slow.It wasnt spectacular. But it didnt suck. Ill return again. But not soon.

In the past when I ordered the big crunch, it was good. But the more recent couple times I found the breading tougher then usual.

Really unimpressed with the food and service my friend and I received this afternoon. Even tho one of the male staff said we could eat our food inside, the female cashier didnt seem too happy and bagged up our food anyways. We asked if we were still allowed to dine in and she seemed unimpressed and then said we can dine in but the bathroom was out of order. No problem. We started to eat our food and found that the food was not fried enough, looked pale and the breading was either partially raw and the chicken ribs were overpriced for what we got and there was virtually no flavour!! Im now not feeling so great and give this KFC a big thumbs down. Wont be eating there anytime soon.

30+ minutes wait for drive through? 6 pce bucket of chicken only had 5 pieces? Avoid this place at all cost. Never ever will I waste my time here....

Ordered popcorn chicken and a drum stick and they were very good only problem was the prices are getting to be quite expensive for chicken 🐔 and the service has become really bad I stood at the counter with plenty of workers seeing me and boy one of them helped me for atleast 5-10 minutes I waited and waited. This is the third time the waiting there is horrible and today I went and they had there doors locked and were onky serving drive thru so I will no longer go there

Extremely slow. Got to plan to wait for your food for a while

Worst customer service. Takes 6 people to find something on a screen. Coupons don’t “ work here” brain dead staff

had good service, and a delicious meal, was a nice choice for a night off of cooking.

Under stocked. The online app advertises bottled pop, but I could only receive a fountain pop.

Poorly ran gravy is like water chicken very very greasy dont taste like the original chicken or gravy or popcorn chicken bowl too cheap with (Corn/popcorn chicken they dont honor coupons which is totally wrong when others do......location hours are terrible for the working people who wants to enjoy a late meal hard working families of the parkland area new New manager needed or a good change or competition ( Mary janes)

Long long longggggg wait. If coming be prepared to wait for a long time like 30-40 mim

The service is slow and it closes at 7PM make sure you dont get stuck in drive thru..

Hours of operations need to be updated. I went to this location at 7:21PM on a Friday, and on Google Maps it said this location closes at 9PM on Friday’s. I was greeted at the drive through speaker with a message saying they were closed. I clearly saw employees in the facility, and guests dining in the restaurant area. Very confusing, and management needs to take a look at this and be on top of where this restaurant has their hours posted.

If you are in a hurry, dont go to kfc. They are slowwwww!

Consistently the slowest drive thru I have been to.

Did not accept online coupons and employee told us that there were no specials....

Popcorn chicken was bad and I got a stomach ache but all the other times was awesome!

I really enjoy KFC, although this store is underwhelming. My average wait time in drive thru is around 10 to 15 min in approx 10 visits. For fast food, the speed of service is very poor. Store operating hours are very poor as well especially when compared to AandW, Mcds and Dairy Queen. Ive never seen a manager present at this location. Food is hit and miss for freshness and qaulity. This location needs better management most likely. Staff isnt usually friendly, more neutral than anything.

Poor quality food, slow and terrible customer service, and cant even get the order right, certainly wont be returning.

Well.... it was horrible chicken. Definitely left too long on a warmer. The Dauphin KFC needs some work on quality. I will not return until I see some positive reviews.

Decent food but service can be slow

I ordered a spicy big crunch from Dauphin KFC. When I got home it was a regular big crunch with soo much mayo that I had to wipe it off. There was atleast a good 2 table spoons of it gooped on the sandwich. The chicken itself was good but just not what ordered

My favorite chicken . Always consistent and very good side dishes . Good parking and clean washrooms .

KFC Dauphin was great. The building and interior looked fairly new. The place was sparkling clean with modern decor. Nice ambience. Staff was courteous and service was prompt. The fried chicken was really good and I had good value for my dollars. 👍

KFC. Good chicken but I do like the old gravy recipe more.

Hours keep changing and the food is almost always undercooked and extremely greasy and cold. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANYONE. SERVICE QUALITY NEEDS SEVERE IMPROVEMENT !

Often out of ingredients such as lettuce or chicken tenders with no form of compensation for customers, even when asked. Have to ask staff to get dipping sauces for chicken tenders. It should be offered by staff when you get your tray or placed out for customers to access. Was not given utensils for the salad cups when I dined in.However, the food was hot and tasted good so if you dont mind poor, slow service and are flexible with what you want to eat, its like any other KFC.

Was decent for a kfc. Nothing special but not bad. 5 stars because they gave us extra chicken tender because we had 2 kids sharing 1 meal.

Recently renovated. Pleasant atmosphere. Consistent quality of the food. Staff is always friendly.

Too greasy. Chicken wasnt cooked enough. French fries tasted old. Not fresh. Overall disappointed in the more. Cost was affordable for 3 people. Under $30. I rate a 2 star for price wise.

The KFC was in need of many repairs. Run down. Dirty. Staff were loud and horsing around while using bad language. The food was mediocre. We would never recommend eating here.
