KFC in Las Cruces

2 piece meal deal is a value. On Tuesdays the Chicken Fried Steak is good.

Only have on churches in town so KFC is our next go to option. I like their famous bowl.

Honestly I dont think the original crust chicken was even done and the whole group of us felt the mashed potatoes had a weird flavor. Its time for the grown-ups to manage the kids who seem to be doing all the cooking these days. If youve every heard this you know what I mean..."what can I get you, Boss?"

ZERO STARSTheir manager is handling food with no gloves, is on the phone, there are workers with toothpicks on their mouth, and on the phone handling food that’s unsanitary. Also I waited over 8 min no service and there was no other customers other than me there. This place has been going downhill for a while

We went through the drive thru and they made us park for 10+ min, for a famous bowl and 3 pc. The car that ordered after us was served before us smh!

The food tasted old, the wait was longer than other customers and the overall customer service was disappointing. Asked for kfc sauce and received 0. But received honey mustard and ranch which neither i mentioned. Earlier in the month i had went to this location on a hungry night and the gentleman taking my order was very rude and not willing to listen to my order, insisted on driving away because why would I distribute my money to a company that don’t care for how their employees treat their customers. Root beer was good.

I waited an extreme amount of time before my presence was acknowledged, i was the only in store client. The staff was focused on the drive through clients. The cost for chicken dinner is way to much

Today 5:40 pm my review went from 5☆ to 1☆.1. After I asked for a receipt, she told me they are out of paper2. During my entire ordering process the employee yawned.3. She then told me that they had not prepared any crispy chicken breasts, and it would take about 11 min.4. She then went on to clown around with the "window" employee.5. I noticed after trying to get my drink that they were out of Dr. Pepper and another drink and she told me : "Yeap, we are out".(Never mind the dirty state of the drink station and the completely filled up waste baskets)6. After I tried to find a lid for my cup and told her that there are no lids....her comment: "OK" ... there was no effort to fill up the lids...7. After arriving home with my meal, I noticed that there was no cole slaw included, even though I specifically asked her during the ordering process.Ok ... I just hope that this process does not become the new norm and standard for employees and restaurants.Very, very disappointing.

Forgot my food and still had to wait 30 extra minutes for them to give me what they forgot horrible service

I ordered a famous bowlThere was no gravy at all I just throw it away cuz it was dry.. my husband got the mini chicken bites they were dry no Buffalo sauce..

I ordered a 2 chicken sandwiches and made wait 25 minutes ,come on it is too hard to put a chicken breast in a bun, so when I noticed that other people who was ordering large meals on the drive thru they didnt have to wait , so I went inside and talk to the manager and he was very rude along with his employees ,so I requested my refund and turns out that I never get my money back, they are very dishonest people So be very careful when you buy food in this place.

Amazing food !! I got quite a bit this morning for my family and I was only in the DT for about 3 minutes, just awesome. Didnt miss anything except forks/spoons for the mashed potatoes/mac and cheese but honestly Im not even sure if they were supposed to give me forks soooo lol. Anyway good job KFC !

KFC doesnt have salt or pepper, just so ya know. And, check your order BEFORE driving off. I orderes original recipe, they gave me extra crispy AND my coleslaw was missing. It is the little things in life that make you crazyy.

Go to a different location! Every time we get food from here we are missing something or the order is wrong. This time it was no dipping sauces, fries instead of mashed potatoes, no cookies for the box meals, and the chicken breast was super tough I couldn’t even eat it.

The food was hot, the containers were sealed, and the pace was fast for drive up.

Excellent customer service super friendly, one of the team members overheard my conversation with my daughter (9 years oldabout her not wanting mashed potatoes (shes not into mashed potatoesso he offered to bring her mac and cheese, so thankful.

The variety of foods is incredible. The staff is very friendly. And the service is fast. If you need any condiments, and dont see any, the staff will gladly provide them. You can feed a family here a whole lot cheaper than a fancy resturant.... That can save you a lot more for future gasoline ⛽️

Went to get a 5 piece strip meal through the drive thru. It took 25 minutes and there was only 4 cars in front of me with small orders. Got home opened my meal and there was only 3 strips. I knew I should have went to Canes. This location KFC just doesnt seem to get things right. My meal big or small is always incorrect.

every kfc in the USA still does pot pies.. but nope not here in las cruces... both kfcs in town say no to potpies... out of choice not availability .. thats like McDonalds no longer carrying big macs! what the fork man.

Went to the drive through on telshore, bought the 8 piece family feast for $40 got home opened the bucket the pieces of chicken were so small I couldn’t believe it they used to give good size pieces not anymore.VERY DISSAPOINTED !!!!! NOT WORTH IT!!!😞

This is the only KFC Ive gone to since moving here, their food is good and the employees are always courteous.

During covid, they should be wearing their mask but they dont and a cook was sweating and hand fresh chicken in his hand and putting it in the warmer and not wearing a mask and had liquid snot coming out of his nose and fell on the chicken and we just left. Its not a very good place to order food without them being very sanitized with every employee should always wear their mask as its mandatory by the administration.

KFC an icon but since its all franchisees they have totally lost the original flavors, we had chicken in pieces and also chicken tenders, tenders ok chicken Very greasy cold frys I will pass next time was expecting way better and prices are expensive.

Ordered the 12 piece drums and thighs meal it came with 2 drums 2 thighs 6 overdone meatless old wings and 2 old dry breasts. 38.99 I feel ripped off. Wont be back.

Roomies like original I like not having to cook. Friendly staff and ready to make suggestions if I ask. Food is always hot and plenty of it.

Got the chicken tenders. They didnt give us BBQ sauce, and I explicitly asked for it. Im not out here trying to be a Karen, but if you look at my review for Raising Canes, youll know that I find BBQ sauce as a STAPLE to the chicken tender experience.Fortunately, Im 4 million IQ and managed to find some unopened BBQ sauce packets in our assorted snack drawer (dont lie, you have a drawer like thisand dunked my chicken tenders anyways.The fries were really good, but once theyre not fresh they get super chewy and unpleasant, so you have to eat them really fast.Anyways, make sure you give out your BBQ sauce, KFC. Oh, and bring back the Smokey Mountain BBQ, you cowards.

Delicious food but last time i was there i purchased a side of macaroni and cheese and got home and wasnt there. Really sad because i always have some with my orders.

My wife likes the chicken sliders but decided to try the spicy chicken sandwich. She just enjoyed it. I had already chose a place to pick up before we came here and boy had I wish I had waited. All is well, will try to stop by at another time.

If there was a no star option i would choose that instead of 1 star. A while back I went through the drive thru placed my order. when i got home had a couple bites and reached for my drink, when i was drinking my soda i noticed something wierd with the suction through the straw when i opened it i couldnt see anything wrong so i continued to eat. After i was Almost done with my drink I opened it back up a saw something at the bottom of the cup so i poured it out and out comes a pair of gloves. I pray that they werent used. I called the store it was closed, i called corporate office and one answered i left a message no one ever called me back. So ill never eat KFC ever again.

Food was delicious, but customer service was not very good. Ordered mashed potatoes and got no spoon or fork in bag. Did not get receipt for food order and asked for 5pc tenders and got only three.

Ok. They were nice. We didnt wait too long. The only complaint is we had to ask for part of our order and I miscounted the biscuits when I checked the order before we left so we were also short a couple biscuits. Not a big deal they were only like $1.50. But ultimately they were the second item missing.

1st the order taker kept interrupting me while trying to order. 2nd wasnt to impressed by the service. 3rd got the order and drove less than a mile home and the food was cold. 4th hardly and gravy in potatoes. Just was the worst experience at a kfc.

The staff at this location is rude and incompetent. The food wasnt cooked, and they didnt give me anything I asked for. Wrong order totally. The wait was to long for uncooked food. Make sure you check your order before leaving this kfc. When I called them to complain, they just left me hold. Then got the busy signal for 2 more calls. I will never eat from there again. Possibly, never eat kfc again.

Horrible. They dont give you anything unless you specifically ask for it. No napkins, no plastic utensils (have to eat everything by hand), no more mashed potatoes, no ketsup for french fries, no soda mostly ice and no receipt. Just great.

Did not receive the Large MAC-Cheese or my small coleslaw. If it is being picked up by Grub Hub or any other delivery service. The restaurant should double check everything is in the bags before giving them to the driver.

Online it states they dont close till 10pm. I walk in and every employee is sitting at a booth and some women in a red manager shirt says "are you trying to order cause were closed..." and I tell her "yeah well online it says youre open till 10..." and she says "yeah we always close early." Sounds good.... I come to this one due to the location on main sending me with a 20 piece raw hotwing on my last visit. But maybe you guys need to adjust your hours and lock your doors of youre actually closed. And Im sitting in the parking lot as I type this.

I recently visited KFC on 10/03/19 and it took me 35 minutes to receive my order.When i placed my order I had ordered hot wings and was told it would be 10 minutes that was 35 minutes later. They werent that busy for it to take that long. I will probably never ever visit that KFC again. I have let co-workers know about it and they too will not be eating there either

The food was disgusting and they did make one mistake on order. On the side of the KFC building it says "Hand Made". There was nothing hand made that we ordered. We both ordered chicken strips but mine was some special chicken strips. They differently had been taken out of a the freezer and was already prepared. There is no way anyone that made them hand made would have cooked the special chicken strips, if they cared what they make.The special chicken strips was so bad I couldnt even convince myself to eat more than 1 and a half of them. The chicken was as thin as a piece of cardboard. The breading was burnt and hard. They served buffalo sauce with them and it was creamy Buffalo sauce which was not visually appealing but it was gross.I paid close to 20 dollars on this food and it wasnt worth a dollar. I say STAY AWAY, DONT EVEN GO TO GET YOUR FAVORITE KFC ITEM BECAUSE THEY DONT CARE WHAT THE SERVE. VERY DISGUSTING FOOD AND DRINKS, PERIOD. I WOULD RATE IT A MINUS 10.

Still yummy. Pretty quick. And the young man allowed us to sample the newest soft drink. It was pretty good. Probably add it to the list of sodas I partake of on the rate occasion I eat out.

Usually service here is great last few times i arrived there they seem to be in a hurry and not care about quality, I have received for the 2nd time raw and not fully cooked biscuits and cinnabon biscuits aswell will not return for raw food time after time

Went to dinner yesterday after ordering food at fountain machine looked down the rug thats in front is so filthy all corners are so dirty plus the floor was aslo dirty tables also.this the KFC on telshore,the bad thing this restaurant was remodeled about 3 to months ago

Food was good. We had take out. Its usually pretty safe to come here. My only complaint is they were out of the chicken I wanted but hey it was Friday night. Well go back again.

We are a bit embarrassed, with all the wonderful selections in the area we opted for tried and true only to get chicken to over cooked to eat and these tiny little containers that were our sides. I swear if this is were KFC is headed Ill never eat at one again. Ps: rolls should be warm and not rock hard. We left hungry and spent $50!!
