KFC in Dubai

Now days worst quality chicken fry. We have been eating kfc in mall of emirates since 10 yrs.. It was good before but last 6 months chicken quality is very low..and very small pieces..

Very bad fires , cold and saggy , not eatable compared to McDonald’s friesThe Pepsi is plain with no gas or tasteThe supreme sandwich is coldThe chili winds was ok

I do not even want to rate it a star because the food was trash service also was very bad. They did not give us what we ordered and the coleslaw was frozen the vegetables in it were stale and had actual ice flakes sticking out of itWorst experience ever in a food court

The environment is fantastic overall.The counter personnel is helpful.Not a lot of time is spent conversing by the order.The packing crew took the number of foods into consideration.The fried chicken is hot and delicious; I can taste just the right amount of heat from here.excellent teamwork

Very bad food... KFC is turning to be a worst fast food chain, nothing is good with KFC anymore from staff to food everything is pathetic... happy to stop eating from KFC... they just dont care about quality anymore... extremely awful experience....

You want dry, old and cold fried chicken? You like tough fries and rubbery chicken? You want items missing from your order making you walk back to claim them? If so, this is your place. Horrid example of kfc, was totally embarrassed to bring visiting family who wanted to try original recipe to this joint. We actually also got a serving of chicking from the same food court and what a difference, was like night and day, chicking was hot and juicy, kfc was pathetic and vomit inducing. Whoever runs this branch should be fired.

Opening hours aren’t correct, I’m here now at 00:10 and it’s closed. It says they’re open till 01:00am…. Needs to be updated. Also the guy chatting to a friend at the till isn’t pleasant either and could have told me a bit earlier that they were closed as he was more interested in his conversation with his friend at the till rather than the waiting customer, in line behind his friend.

Ordered Dinner Meal 4 piece regular (Order no: 57on 28th Aug from KFC west at MOE. I got over-salted fried chicken that I couldnt eat. Quality is no longer a concern of KFC.

We ordered 2dinner meal .Worst thing ever happened here in moe foodcourt.not soo busy store because weekdays and we recieved wrong order.no coleslaw.the gravy sauce no tastes at all like water only…mild chicken no taste.unsatisfied customer.staff are not friendly especially the one who giving the food.

Shocking service, 50 mins late on the delivery, app showed as delivered but driver called me to confirm the address which was wrong. He said he was just leaving the shop!I said if it comes cold its going back.It came cold, driver lied to me, food went in the bin.I gave feedback online, then a second feedback was sent, i filled in more details. I was assured of a call back.A week past then a followup email came advising issue had been resolved... it wasnt. So fed back again.Final had a call from the "manager" at the Festival Plaza branch... she did not help at all, offered not appolgies and advised that i should have called her directly. How? Numbers are not published on the order.Shocking service, i will not be using KFC again, which is a shame as i was a good customer.

Unfortunately very poor service.....outlet which is opp to Abu Hail Center/ attached with Emarat petrol.Staff were kind of very rude and not at all helpful.I even didnt get the tax invoice.I was told that, this was new system...seriously???

The customer service is awful. The lady who was serving us was very rude and our order was not correct as well. The food is fine but the service ruined the whole atmosphere for us.

I have been in Dubai for 11 years. I tried many KFC branches in all over the UAE. Yesterday I visited the Mall of Emirates branch for the 1st time and honestly, it was the best experience ever with KFC UAE. The team there is amazingly professional, smiling and helpful. The lady who took my order I remember her name is Kim. She is a very nice person and professional as well. Thanks and keep the awesome work on.

Too bad I cant give it worse than one star. I threw up after having stomach pain. Basically food poisoning.

If there is negative 100 i would rate it negative bad service i forgot to get the name of the server she’s a filipina worst service ever kfc ground floor it’s not only this time.Every time we will eat here at the kfc ground floor service is very bad. The management should take action about this matter im really fed up to be treated like a trash like I don’t exist in front of her. If i can only tell each and every person not to eat at this store i would. Because they are not customer friendly they are not approachable you will hesitate to ask them because of their facial expressions and gestures towards their customers. I really do hope that this message calls the attention of the management.WORST KFC OUTLET EVER.

Everybody knows what KfC food looks like. I mean it is everywhere. Its 5 star because out of all the fast food and restaurants here in UAE whenever youre uncertain youd probably consider KFC. Thats how familiar we are to the brand. Its the fried chicken we grew up in. So if youre hungry in the middle of the night or you think you should eat something youre certain of the taste, this is the go to place. 😊

I place my order on 14 march online first of all they were not able to deliver it then its been more than 2 weeks they are not refunding my money staff keep in telling me that someone will call me but nobody is calling... funny thing is the online order taking staff already recognize me because i am calling everyday..Worst experience ever i will never recommend to anyone and will never buy anything from kfc ever again...

4 stars due to slow service, probably just inexperienced staff which is okay because the food is bloody delicious.We ordered a messy burger, we don’t have it in Australia but we should.Chicken here tastes wayyy better then Australian chicken.

moe kfc ground floor the pepsi they gave like water..i come back to change i asked for 1 staff to change my drinks coz was no taste at all. they keep me waiting 10 mins and i asked the staff where my drinks she said they are refilling but i can see that 1 staff giving pepsi to others customer. i tell asked again the staff why she giving drinks to others and she keep me wait and i asked the staff to call her manager she came out from the backside but she never come to me and ask whats the problem not even say apologized. the manager need to train what is responsibility needed.sorry to say she not a manager at all.

This is I noticed long time ago, regarding the behaviour of the Filipino staffs in mall of Emirates branch, ground floor. They are so rude and mean, to customers and colleagues. Today, @18:55 , 1 Filipino staff (guypunch his colleague , whos in the cashier. I dont know the reason why but his acts is totally unacceptable. RUDE! Veryyyyy baddd !! Its not the first time they bring me order with not cooked well chicken!! Or cold food !!! Really bad i need to eat only empty sandwich instead??? Even when i called they dont help asking if there is blood in chicken??? Which i clearly said not cooked and i waited all this time for nothing….

Ordered snack box from MOE branch, 14 AED is not a money ? They gave some different kind of chicken fully oil and bot crispy as other but they giving some good pcs of chicken to some costly pack i dont understand this , bad experience and wasted my valuable 14 AED.

Ordered “ Hit for Six box” for 82 AED including VAT, the order was ready within 2 mins and it was hot and delicious. Despite the long queues the staff working like mad to get ppl’s orders as fast as they can.Value for money and very good branch.

Place is well maintained. Good job to the staff as well as they were very quick in handling multiple customer orders. Food was freshly made as well.

KFC fast foods at Mall of The Emirates, very well and very fast services, too delicious fast foods, kids will love it too much, they offer too many different offers discount almost daily, and also too many choices of fast foods (Chicken tenders, chicken wraps, fiery twister, and many other,with cold drink, and ice cream for extra little money, and prices are medium range.

KFC with a differenceThis one is at a huge mall in Dubai but as you walk in you would never tell in what country you areEverything is just as it is in the states or UK and the food looked and tasters just the same. Bought on impulse but enjoyed it.Service excellent

Worst KFC experience ever. Weve ordered a kids meal and asked for a juice as complementary drink. Of course the meal came with a Pepsi. My child sat down and started eating while I was waiting for 6 minutes just to get a pack of juice. When I got the juice I told the lady to make the manager called Yousef work. That was the moment when he, instead of apologising for the wait, started arguing with me.To the KFC management: fire this guy as he has no clue what it means to serve customers, to manage his own people and to run a fast food shop. Moreover he has no experience on how to tackle unsatisfied customers.As long as this guy is there we will not purchase anything from this outlet.

Good Food better than the French KFC but workers needs to be more happy, service is bad...
