KFC in Vasteras

Its a little hard to find KFC in Sweden. This place was fine. Lots of parking. Sometimes the staff are amazingly helpful, but sometimes I wish I had not walked in the door.

The food is oily3 stars for the location, service and snacks

Very dirty. They dont clean much. Lazy staff otherwise good is good.

Me and my partner stopped here for late night dinner 15-20 minutes until closing, ordered the food and sat in the car to eat. His chicken tasted weird, while mine was absolutely awful - tasted old but was chewy as if it was raw and of course I instantly threw it out.

Worst experience.I never suggest to this KFC.Serving to the people like a beggars.I was so much tensed because of their behaviour and attitude and use of bad manners.Never go to this non sense shop.

It’s a standard KFC, but the chicken could be crispier and so could the fries.

No ketshup cups and toilet was disgusting mess without paper.

Not sure what the hype is about... Honestly the chicken was quite unimpressive. Looks good but it pretry much tastes just like McNuggets, which is not a good thing...

Good quality, good prices, quick serving.

The KFC is located about 600m from erikslund shopping center.The delivery will be very much fast once you place the order.The place is very much wide.Many people can dine at same time.Restroom is available here.Could have maintained the place.We ordered original burger recipe,chicken strips,chicken wing in a combo.That combo was far good rather than ordering individually.However you should be very careful in ordering the items.Many may confuse you and it might make you to pay more thinking that its cheap.

Very slow and poor service, I bought a double crispy burger but when the food arrives its not even close to the real double crspy chicken burger. Unfortunately food here is nothing like what the menu says.

I know the staff is trying to do the best and its not easy to work with people and also in a hurry. I respect those people who are working in those kind of places 🤘👍. Quick service and friendly staff

Ok food, but I would recommend a grilled chicken from Ica instead. They are way less dry and better spiced.

Pretty standard fast food joint really. But KFC feels new and unique in Sweden. Go figure.

I am overall very satisfied with this KFC experience. Clean restaurant, friendly staff, easy-to-use ordering display, etc. Despite the long queues my food got made in under 3 minutes. This is one of the better KFC’s that I’ve visited and definitely the best one in Sweden so far for me. Highly recommend if you live chicken :)

yummy food but has got the amount of chicken in the bucket wrong multiple times and missed items sometimes too, dirty bathrooms, but the chicken is regular kfc and good price

Meh. Chicken good, fries cold and stale. They dont have a PA system to call your order number out loud so you might miss it.

Food is not so bad, but the staff and service. Kinda dirty and you have to bring your own sanitizer.

Only been here once, never coming back.The place is greasy and dirty, the food isnt good, the staff was awful and I was all around disappointed with just about everything.

Better tasting fried chicken than Växjö branch, took a lil bit of time to receive order, other than that it was good

Fast food thats also good food as is expected of KFC the only issue is that they have no ports for charging phone /tablet etc at all. Otherwise it would be a 5 star rating.

Ive been here twice and will certainly come back for more, the quality and serbice was very nice and the searing area was cleaner than most.Keep up the good work!

Food here is nothing like what the menu says, sadly. It was good during the first weeks of opening. But now, 1 girl making all the burgers, sending them out as she makes them which just makes the first burger cold before the order is complete.

Not too good and not too bad for a KFC branch. The food was greasy but definitely tasted like the original KFC. Nothing special considering how far it is placed from the city and the prices.

Food was okay, restaurant & toilet were clean but no toilet paper 😕

Like all the other fast food chains this one also has nice pictures but when the food arrives its not even close to the image. I bought a double crispy burger which was listed for sek 19 and I was charged sek 25.

The best kfc in Sweden. Big place, fresh, clean. Not many people when we visited during lunch. The food didnt take so much time to come out. Chicken warm and freshly prepared.

Im not gonna lie the wings were succulent and had a bit of spice to them so its good. But the chips however, dead. Overfried, oily. When man put the salt on, it bounced off. The potato content was alright but the taste was weak. All in all it is approved. But 9£ for 9 wings and a small side of chips and drink? What do you take me for? Bossman, i dont know wagwan but, that cant run. That cant run fam

I just love krispy KFC. This time on the first winter day. Unfortunately, they were out of batter for the ones I ordered - so they lost a star for that. But still yummy. 😀

Me and my friend ate here and we used a coupon to save 110 kr from the big Mix meal wich usually cost 379, we had a great time!

Clean place and good food :)

Located near the shops with literally entrance trough ICA maxi. It’s small but cozy inside, and what I liked especially - with relatively clean tables if you compare to other fast-food chains. Cashiers may do mistakes, but they are super nice and helpful. There is a playing place for kids.

I honor the black people that eat here, i frekin heckin like it!

Excellent food and well maintained place even under really heavy customers timings during weekend.Expect long waiting times during weekends.

one of the most beautiful places in Västerås. You can expect great food. I suggest them to have some machines to get the orders because it becomes very hard to make an order and choose the food you want on the weekend when the place is almost full.

If your hungry and want something a little differant its nice here but Im used too gravy and seasoning on the chips, which is sooo good! probably only in Australia, but I was a little disappointed they did not have that

The food as usual which not unexpected, instead is the service which is not good at all. Last visit at Sunday evening, clearly they are short staff with only one cashier open and services was sooooo slow, plus self refills soft drinks machine down. I had waited for more than 15 minutes just to be served at the cashier.

The service sucks! The worst ever.No body knows what they are doing. Very slow. Waited for 45min just to get to the casheir, and then frustration starts. Takes 10min to just get the order.A manager needs to be around.

Very slow cashiers, never gets the order right. Always out of something, like fries. Would never recommend a visit. There are far better places to go. Shame, cause the chicken is actually good.

Happy to witness KFC in Sweden, drove all way from Stockholm, about 100 kms, to have KF chickens... I miss the crispy chicken bucket, instead they only have original chicken recipe bucket, was lil disappointed. Wish they had some more options with crispy chicken... Spice level was less, otherwise overall quality was good.

Its a bit overpriced but I think it might be because its new here in Sweden and Västerås. Hopefully the prices will not stay that expensive, the place is clean every time I go there which is almost every 4 days. The food takes so much time but that might also be because they dont have enough staff (every time I go there I see the same workers). And as someone else said the menu is very limited, I have the menu in my head. The food tastes great but it takes so much time.

The food seemed to be stale. They said they were out of the “Original KFC Chicken” at 10pm. I was served one piece of chicken which they said was the last piece, but it was soaked in oil and hardly edible. The staff was friendly and quickly gave me a different meal as a replacement, but I did not enjoy the food one bit.

Higher prices than standard kfc menu, ridiculous wait times (when 7mins become half an hourand personal that totally ignores you once theyve cashed in your money. Travelled all the way from Stockholm just to be disappointed.

Being British Im all too familiar with KFC and its quality products and services. This is mirrored with this restaurant apart from 2 areas. The range of menu choice is limited and not as varied as in the UK or USA and the prices are EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE. Im not eating at a Michelin Star Restaurant, its a fast food joint selling chicken. In the UK Id rather eat KFC over any other fast food, but in Sweden I refuse to pay the extortionate prices and will continue to eat other options if eating fast food, which is a great pity. However the Staff are helpful, polite and friendly and the restaurant is clean and fresh. If the menu was bigger and the prices were more in keeping with the product being sold then Id award the restaurant a 5 star.

I didnt like there offer, to high prices for fast food and even taste was not same as I got in Turkey, spain l, Uk and Nederland. Well hope to that there will be some improvements here or otherwise will hold to our classics instead

Sympathetic staff despite the horrible fast food being served at higher prices than the average KFC elsewhere around the world.Still worth a visit though

Very friendly staff. Good food. Fast service and children friendly. Reccommended.
