Late order and cold meals.

Very dirty always not clean bad customer service rude employees the food takes long time.

لا يوجد مصداقيه بالتوصيل بالمرةتأخر بالوقتلا أنصح ابدا فيه

Very slow to get the food out. There was no queue at all. Don’t understand why we had so long to get our food.

KFC Bawadi was our first choice since 4 years of their taste and staff dealing, last Eid holiday because of rush all the place was mess, staff Cashier want us to wait for an hour(11pm aprox.)not in a pleasing way which annoyed us we left the place to KFC opp to Al Ain hospital they sevrved us friendly even though they were super crowded that time (11.25 pm ).

Enjoyed the food...the place is not crowded and the sitting availability is enough there.

The staff is very miss behaving staff you have specially the manager one nepali guy when we enter at 11:10 they said in nepali language to the cashier tell them we don’t have any thing get them out a very bad treating to the customer

The Cashier assigned, Mostafa, is not good in handling guest. He made my whole experience dont wanna come back there.

Bad customer service I went 5 minutes back the mall opens 10AM, all shops and food court opens the same time but when I order they refused because they said KFC will open by 10:30AM, that’s bad customer service habit.

Just disrespectful staff, impolite chubby Philippina cashier... thanks god i was calm and didnt show my unger in front of customers, otherwise i would really smash her face with the drink...

It’s very poor service after 30 minutes I received the order take away no tissue no strow no spoons it’s bad experience

Boss we order for mega deal kfc and a delivery guy didnt give us french fry and i am really very surprised the chicken are not dry.hope next time plz take care but today i am really surprised i ask my self is this a kfc.

سيء جدا جدا وأيضا طاقم العمل بحاجه إلى تدريب وتأهيل..الأخطاء تتكرر.. تاخر في تسليم الطلب وأيضا الوجبات ليست حسب الطلب وإسترجاع المبلغ بعد ١٥ يومVery very bad and also the staff needs to be trained and qualified..Mistakes are repeated.the delivery took 3hrs and I cancel the order..the refund takes 15 days! very bad

Dont eat this Kfc! Bad service...bad management.....and a hair in the food...... totally discusting! The staff is unapologetic and rude. Bad bad bad experience!
