Bad service!I was there on Saturday afternoon (arround 13.30, game start on 18.30, As Roma). There were 3 girls. One on the shirt station, one on the first cash register and the last one somewhere arround. At least 10 people were waiting in the line and the girl on the first cash register was talking with a customer. The line was increasing, increasing, increasing and the girl was talking, talking, talking and after 10 minutes of talking at least 20 people were waiting in the line and finally they had the idea to open a second cash register.....maybe the manager should teach the employees how to handle situations like this.

Nice products but the prices are very high and the customer service is not up to it : not very attentive who partially responds to requests and show few interest about my complaint. If you have the time and want more choices, I advise you to go to the one at Allianz Stadium

Not a lot of choices compared to the webstore. Vendor are there but not really helping. I thought there were a lot more choice but the shop is quite small. Little bit disappointed.

This Juventus store offers soccer kits for kids and they can customize them by adding a name and number of your choice to the shirt. Good service but a bit pricey.
