Great long stay experience for its good service & location. However, the A/C temperature is rather low, wear long sleeved clothes is necessary even in summer.

Affordable hotel with spacious rooms & excellent quality breakfast! Service was nice all around, especially Johnny!

Definitely a great accomodation for both short and long term stay. Strategically located next to many interesting place, accessible to convinience store (they have direct access from the main entrance to 7-11), perfect room size loaded with nice amenities, have lots of nice gesture staffs, 24/7 laundry facilities, and even provided photo spot for the guest! Gonna remember my stay here and I hope I can stay there once more in the future. Thank you Just Sleep Ximending!

Updated review - went back and it was even better then last time. This time we stayed in a twin room and normal breakfast has been resumed. Very good value (1900nt for the 228 weekendand even more so with a breakfast buffet.Good value hotel placed in a perfect spot for Ximending. This hotel is just above a super cute 7-11 (the hotel entrance is to the left of the convenience store). The hotel is near Ximending, but not inside the area so it’s not too noisy. Our room was nicely appointed and well decorated. Breakfast was available to go or to eat in the lounge area. We had a few problems with a smoky room but I blame that on the previous occupants not on the staff. Generally a good experience in a modern hotel.

Great hotel! Very clean, comfortable rooms, spacious as well! Love the little touches - 24/7 coffee, free snacks and all. Joyce from the reception was fantastic in helping with check in and arrangements (for a birthday celebration). Overall Id recommend this place for a stay!

Room and materials are cleaned but there is less space. They provide the necessities for long stayed. I stayed there for 7days. There is a well organized self laundry room with English language instruction guide. Front desk staffs are friendly and helpful. Hotel is at good location, near Xingmending night market.

The room itself is OK. Clean and quite stylish. For its price, it is quite good, but, if you care about bathtubs, parking, then... Id recommend you look for some place else. Overall, it is an ok experience. (for me, the parking aspect is quite troublesome)

Clean boutique hotel with hip design, firm and comfy beds, well maintained rooms , friendly staff, satisfactory breakfast. Great location near mrt station, just cross the street and youre in Ximenting tourist area. Near enough for a short walk, far enough not to hear the hustle and bustle of Ximenting. Theres a sanrio themed 711 below the property and instagrammable rooms for photo op.

For the accommodation is average. But the spotlight is on its breakfast. I spent around USD$60. for one night stay with breakfast for two persons. Good deal in Taipei city.

I stayed at Twin bed room for one night. The room is clean, bright and designful. The staff from front desk are helpful for any information.

Our room had a pungent smell that probably can be described as damp/dusty/moldy, maybe from the carpet. The front desk sent a cleaning lady in, who only came in to spray some air freshener, with a "what smell?" attitude and "all the rooms are the same, no use to change room" comment. She finally brought in an air purifier machine upon our repeated request. However I was still not able to sleep the whole night due to the smell. Didnt seem to bother my roommate though he also could smell it. Call me sensitive, but the hotel didnt bother to check if the problem was solved, nor even care to ask if we had a good stay when checking out. Probably they were understaffed and too busy to care.

This hotel is awesome. Not only cheap but also clean, good breakfast. They also have gym and places to take a photo. Beside the reception, they provide free coffee , drink and snacks for you to relax or have a chat with your friends. Very recommend.

A very good hotel. The brand of hotel provides very good service for every place in Taiwan so a 5-star comment is best to describe. This was the second visit of Just Sleep. The previous one was in YiLan a year ago.

The hotel receptionists are very kind and accommodating, they are friendly, even sang for me during my birthday and they had a small present , some candies and it made my day!!They even speak good English and always smiling, greets you everyday, the whole place, the room, dining area, gym are always clean, very good location, many shops and eateries nearby!! Definitelt will recommend it to my relatives and friends!!

Stayed there on two separate occasions. Modern yet homely aesthetic, fantastic breakfast spread, and well situated! (The lifts are a little aggressive, though.)

A little inaccessible with a stroller but otherwise good service and clean, modern rooms.

Overall is average but the receptionist Isa and their breakfast crew who are assisting the seat arrangement can be more friendly/polite when talking to their guests. Will not pay our second visit here due to their customer service is below expectations.

Just Sleep Highly recommend!!! We arrived there around 9am in the morning, our check in time is in the afternoon,then we wanted to leave our luggage in the front desk, Noriko told us we can check in early! Check in early! Check in early! It’s a good news to us! The location is so convenient and room is really clean! Excellent services! Specially Noriko, Johnny and Chole are the best staff in there!

Rooms are spacious and beautifully designed. Staffs are very friendly and accomodating. However, breakfast can get very crowded and ran out of food after 9pm. In addition i think parts of the building is undergoing some renovation now.. can hear the drilling sound during the day.

Good location, easy access to the underground train station by using the tunnel beside the hotel building. Room is clean and tidy. Air conditioning and ventilation is fine. For a check in and check out of the hotel before the Good Friday and the weekend, you will be charged not less than 30% of a peak day room rates.

Located conveniently one street opposite xmd night market. There is a 7-11 directly below the hotel. Beverages such as water, coffee and tea are offered at their level 5 lobby for guests. A few type of snacks were offered there too.The corner room we had was clean, comfortable and spacious. Was about to fit 3 luggage on the bench opposite the bed and still have ample space to walk by. The only down side was that it was fairly difficult to obtain the right water temperature as it was either too hot or too cold when adjusting it. Breakfast was normal with limited selection.The staffs were ever helpful and quick to assist if needed. They were able to converse in both mandarin and english too. Luggage storage was also provided.

Fantastic service and great breakfast spread. Hotel staffs are awesome, friendly helpful and thoughtful. Definitely the 1st hotel on my list when visiting Taiwan

Its a good hotel with a good service. It has a not bad room. It just need some thorough cleaning.

When sleep at hotel. This questions is the nost important thing. Hows the quality of the bed. The answer is its superb i love firm bed and they even have breakfast that have kiwi , and the variety of the food is quite good. I recommend this place. You wont dissapointed.

Good hotel in a great location. There is a covered walkway from the MRT that emerges right in front of your hotel. Pretty convenient to have a 7 Eleven store in the hotel too!

It’s actually not bad, seriously but not for couples!!The double beds have a window that looks out a back alley corridor on your floor- ie, someone could literally walk to your window and peep in unless curtains are closed.Meaning I hardly have ANY natural light coming into our room - and I like that early in the morning or even in the afternoon rest.Only the separate single beds have windows out onto the street with decently nice views!!!Why the ‘discrimination’!!!????

A really nice and comfortable place. Accessible to transport to jiufen, ximending which is just across the road away from the noise and a convenient shop just next to the lobby.

Great location and walking distance to the ximending walking district. Reminds me a bit of Japan. Great location to find some reviewed places found on yelp or google maps that are walking distance. Depending on the type of room you order or last minute booking you might get a room without a window. Room were well maintained but I didnt like the flat rough carpet. Front desk staff spoke basic English and were helpful, but cleaning staff only spoke mostly Taiwanese and some Korean. Would come here again and attempt to get a room with a view of the city. I heard you should ask for window room at the corner end of the hotel.

Except for the lifts which have foul smell, the rest are fantastic. Staffs are helpful. Not a big spread of breakfast but its more than enough. Theres free laundry provided. The cafe area is cleared up after breakfast and space is provided for snacks and tea/coffee - a great idea to provide the space. Room is clean and comfortable with choices of pillow. Location is fantastic as well, Ximending is just across the road, and the exit 6 of the MRT is just outside. Walking distance to lots of places.

The hotel might not have a grand facade but when it comes to their service, they will never fail you. The staff are so friendly and warm!

I love the wonderful service of the staff there not effected at a non 5 star hotel. Extremely convenient location choose to shopping, night market and subway. Stayed there on 3 occasions and loved it.

Stayed at the hotel March 10-15, 2018. Budget hotel with comfortable rooms, courteous and helpful staff, Breakfast buffet choices are okay. Near MRT stop and just across Ximending shopping area.

The rooms are nice. The mattresses are comfortable. The breakfast provided was decent.

Stayed here with 3 friends, staff was really nice and helpful and arranged 2 neighbouring rooms for us. Location is quite close to Ximending MRT station. The hotel is clean and soundproof between rooms. ( could not hear friends shouting in the neighbouring roomPretty great breakfast with many food choices. However the TV signal wasn’t good. Would stay here again.

Starting they give USA haunted room, after awhile, we requested for another room. Luckily the room is no longer haunted. New room has a good view and bright toilet. Thanks!

Hotel breakfast is good and changes daily. There is also a self service that has tea and coffee and some small snacks available for free. Laundry services like washing machine and dryer is provided for free. Location is near ximending area which is great for walking! However, rooms may be a bit of an odd shape due to it being long and narrow.

If you are booking this hotel by seeing the photos in the web sites, you are about to be cheated. I booked a so called 30M room with the photos showing there are two queen size bed, its not and there are only two small beds put together, there is no space for you to walk or stand inside the room too.If you negotiate with the front desk, you will just meet some poker faces and they are very unfriendly. They should change their name to "Just Cheat", US$ 150 a night is definitely a rip-off!

The rooms are clean and tidy, the location super-convenient, but the best part is the amazingly thoughtful and considerate staff. Cathy is especially helpful with her English language and doodling skills.

Its a 5 minute walk from the MRT station. The room seemed clean and the bed was very big. Breakfast was better than the NTU branch. However our room didnt have a view and the ceiling was pretty low. Also there was no seating area at the lobby, making it a bit inconvenient for check-in/out. Breakfast room can get hectic and crowded. Laundry room was very convenient. However Im concerned about the safety of the hotel as the elevators were open to the public but did not require a card scanner.

Clean and spacious room (we had a twin bed room), nice bath, best hotel breakfast weve had in Taiwan so far. Friendly staff and great location. Nothing to complain.

Good location near ximingding but a bit old. Considering the price is good. Only two power sources in room and not in convenient places. Room is small but relatively clean
