Juici Patties in Spanish Town

Good salty and full of pepper, the single solitary chef around the back can’t cut it(poor guy). The new brown cashier is trying, she sticks to the script and sometimes seem a little stoic & boring(maybe try smiling behind the mask may help). There’s a supervisor who is easily flustered once she has more than 5 hungry persons in front of her patiently awaiting their food, and at times has resorted to cursing with the customer instead of apologizing for their tardiness and lack of alacrity. Juici Patties, if you’re seeing this, FIX IT! Provide more staff, help out the people dem!!!

This location needs some work, the place was cramped and restricted. Its about they remove the gaudy yellow tapes from the seats and allow customers to sit. I dont see the purpose of preventing sitting but allowing everyone to bundle-up at the order and pick-up area, thats doing nothing to prevent the spread of covid.

The facility was crowded, the location for the customers line need to be relocated and better parking area plus more handicapped accessible.

What really made me give 3 stars was the set up of the location. The place was looking run down and in need of some TLC.Outside of that, the cashier and server were very courteous and helpful. After getting my order, the cashier gave me suggestions that got me value for money before I swiped my card. I ended up with 5 patties 3 drinks and a cocoa bread for less than $2000, which is a steal in our current economy.I got my order in good time, the food was nice and hot. I would buy from them again but I wouldnt eat in.

This was a quick stop in to pick up patties. Got good free parking. Sanitize upon entering.

The one price for all patties helps make buying from the menu easier and their chicken meals are reasonable and tasty.

Its pretty ok. I prefer their make of patty to the other brand. The place is family friendly, only it is not offering dining right now due to the restrictions of the pandemic.

Great food but because of covid19 there is a long line

Their attitude is never right and they are closed on Sundays and never have shrimp patties.

I visited this Portmore branch at around 2 pm on a Saturday and I was informed that there were NO patties, NO meatloaf, NO food...nothing except soup. On a weekend day at that time? I just think thats unacceptable.

Had to wait a while in queue outside because of covid protocols but once inside I was processed satisfactorily

Regular Saturday morning stops for breakfast, its great and would recommend others to give it a try

The last of its kind in portmore to get a meat loaf for all the filling on meal that can do everything for you with a side of orange juice. My recent visit has introduced me to a thing called meat loaf with cheese.Better than slice bread.Service is okay, never had any serious problems, with the history on the wall to digest, the wait time is minimal.

The breakfast was really great....I had ackee and salt fish with fried dumplings, plantain and yam.

The service could have been better in terms of the wait time on the meals. But overall its a nice place to get a quick meal.

Went late in the day, patties were stale. I love juici but this is the worst time to go there to do anything except buy a drink

Kinda disappointed in this branch this morning. I purchased a Stew Chicken, dumplings, Pumpkin & Sweet Potato were all hot but the stewed chicken was dead cold. Never experienced this before. I hope that it doesnt happen again.

I generally enjoy Juici Patties but on my last visit I was not very happy with the quality of the patties I got were not the best. It was in the morning and one has to ask the question if they were from overnight. The staff were quite welcoming nonetheless.

Most of the staff was very polite including the security. Great covid guidelines practices.Disappointed though when making an order for frozen patties for travel. Seemed as if there was no clear procedure as how it was to be done. Was pushed aside to wait just to have someone write a receipt which it seamed as if they were not sure how to do it. Im a regular paying customer, why did I have to wait for several others to cash before I was attended to.Felt like I was a bother.

My experience was ok service was good.

The port henderson branch service needs a lot of improvement. They are very slow in delivery and cashier tend to make mistakes. She will indicate something is available only to realise it is not. She would register like cocoa bread as wheat instead of regular white which is what was needed. Things like these also waste my time especially when in a rush. Many times the cocoa bread seems overdone - near burn.

Patties and I mean all the patties are delicious..soy, shrimp, beef, well I dont eat chicken..but from what I understand..thats good too.Liver breakfast delish...

The wait time for the cashier was a little long and the fries was a little off from how its usually done. Other than that, great customer service has usual!

The reason why i like this little shopping plaza is it had a lot of variety of shop for clothes, food etc. and pastries thats where i get my juici patties,cake, drink and lots more variety of things to eat very clean and friendly staffs and i will go back there and recommend there to my friends.

They give numbers that does not have relevance because online persons who make noise are given preference For example number 126 and 127 served b4 121. By the way they demanded their food The staff need to be trained to be more customer friendly Thanks I still prefer Juici beef patties

Spacious + lots of room to dine in. Waiting times can be a bit moderate due to the large number of patrons at peak hours. Food menu is satisfactory. Good overall.

They run out of patties very frequently which is very weird being its a patty place. Also I dont find their lunches delightful.

Fairly decent patty based meals. All the patties are the same price, and taste alright on average.. but... Its not very filling. If you need something heavier to really fill you up, get a coco bread with it or just get a meat loaf. These loaves are just patty and Coco bread without the patty crust
