I stood at the cash for at least 2 mins before the worker even acknowledged I was there. The other girl was just standing outside the door doing nothing. I got a wrap and after I finished paying she decided to tell me the grill wasn’t working. I had a cold wrap for breakfast. Awful customer service

As seen in previous comments, mask not over their mouths or nose ( as specified in government orders), hanging on their chins. One girl had her bluetooth headphone in taking calls today while serving me. How absurd is this? 2 girls were working around 12pm today, 1 put her mask back on the other literally stood there on her phone call with her white Bluetooth earbud ( only one in her eartaking calls with no mask covering her mouth or nose simply around her chin.Ministerial order M012 had detailed explanations of how to wear a mask properly, 1masks are mandatory province wide 2masks are mandated in malls. The BC CDC also has instructions on how to properly wear a mask, which these girls did not read or are simply ignoring public health measures, which your company is then responsible for being they are breaching public health measures within your business.This is actually unacceptable and from reading previous reviews this isnt the first time you have been notified. Maybe this needs to be taken to work safe BC as a lack of action addressing and combating communicable disease within the workplace to staff and clientele. This is an obligation of employers in BC, take the health and safety of your staff and patrons more seriously because these girls are showing us, the public that safety appears to not be top priority and Im sure it is for your business, however, as patrons it tells us a different story when we see things like this happening.Again, this was today 10/27/2021 around 12pm today 2 young girls working. I suggest this be discussed with these individuals.

Staff takes a long time to recognize a customer is waiting and employees are wearing their masks on their chin (not covering mouth or nosewhile handling fresh fruits/vegetables etc.

Ordered a Big Blue Protein and a Power Peach. Shortly after, the person and I who drank these had stomach pain and food poisoning. Went to let the manager know (proudly 4 years there).Unfortunately, she smiled and laughed at me and asked me details about the food poisoning. Lady I dont want to spell out for you which end your drink is coming out.After that she told me its impossible for the problem to come from Jugo Juice because they make 30-40 drinks a day and have never had a single complaint. Which doesnt actually prove anything except she most likely wont be checking whatever she was serving to see if something went bad or is stored wrong.

I found a hair in my sandwich and they offered no solution or refund. Terrible customer service

Tried using a brand new $30 gift card that was bought less than a month ago at the same location. They couldn’t figure out how to activate it and essentially said it was my problem and they couldn’t help, and the $30 gift card was worthless.

Good juice

Ordered one of the fruit drinks, but found it to be a little too sweet.

So, me and my S/O tried this place for the first time, and it was very delicious dont get me wrong. But almost exactly an hour later, a severe stomach ache hit us both at the same time. We had different things throughout the day, but both had Jugo Juice. We even ordered different ones. Whatever was in that drink hit us like Vesuvius and Pompeii. Still a great drink menu, but ye be warned.

Always a good healthy option - expensive at times but occasionally a great health drink

Ive not been to a Jugo Juice in many years, but it is very much the same. They have a few new things on their menu from a few years ago. They have a few healthier options, like the ones without all the fruit in it, and all the sugar. The staff were very friendly and it was very well-lit location

I not sure anyone can go wrong with Jugo Juice when it comes to taste--because it is super delicious. Im not entirely sure if its loaded with sugar since its so sweet, but I was assured that there was no added sugar in my drink. I really love their strawberry drink with banana I got yesterday, not to mention it was extremely filling.This location is in the mall and its convenient when Im shopping and dont want to browse on an empty stomach. I will be coming back for sure.

As far as healthy juice drinks, I would rate this one very high. Lots of fresh ingredients to choose, including khale. Thank you.

This is the place I hit when I try to avoid buying an unhealthy snack. The juice tastes delicious, and its good for you. Quick service as well.

Dont bother the taste, is healthy not tasty. The service is nice.

3 people I know (My Girlfriend and 2 Co-Workersgot Jugo Juice on the same day (at separate times), and within hours, all got food poisoning resulting in them throwing up for days - all were not able to work for several days.I highly recommend NOT going to this place unless you are passionate for not being able to eat for 3 days straight while throwing up anything that enters your body. Disgusting.
